轻快铁安邦延长线落后 乔治肯特备受指责

（吉隆坡10日讯）安邦轻快铁延长路线项目延迟，乔治肯特（GKENT，3204，主板贸服股）备受指责。

据了解，过去几周，涉及安邦轻快铁延长路线的承包商，都在相互指责对方导致工程延迟。

然而，焦点是被委任为这90亿令吉轻快铁路线3项目的工程交付伙伴（PDP）———乔治肯特和马资源（MRCB，1651，主板建筑股）。

其中，乔治肯特面临不少的投诉。

领域业者质疑，主要业务为水表生意的乔治肯特，如何应对大型的铁路项目。

其中一名领域业者表示：“他们乔治肯特因安邦轻快铁延长线项目的延迟，而受到了很多抨击。如果指控是真实的，那为何给该公司更多项目和责任？而且这次还是90亿令吉项目的工程交付伙伴。”

乔治肯特和旗下Lion Pacific，获国家基建公司（Prasarana）颁发11亿令吉的项目，负责安邦轻快铁延长线工程的工程、建筑、测试和调试系统工作。

与该公司相熟的承包商表示，乔治肯特可随时聘请有经验的铁路高管和必要的专业人士，来完成任务。

可能延迟一年

消息人士力撑，乔治肯特在香港和巴布亚新几内亚都赢得水表合约，无疑可提升公司的可靠性。

而另一名明显与乔治肯特有分歧的承包商则表示：“据我所知，他们就是导致整体项目延迟的主因。在把所有设备交到他们手上后，他们并没有办法启动系统项目，乔治肯特明显落后进度。”

尽管如此，仍有人认为，不该全怪罪于乔治肯特，安邦轻快铁延长线的项目管理人Opus（大马）Ace Vector财团，也该负上一些责任。

“我们必须从3个阶段去看，分别是购地、细节设计和执行工作。这些全都需要获得批准，而这只能由项目管理人去得到，因此仅仅指责乔治肯特是不公平的。”

而乔治肯特主席丹斯里陈溪福坦言：“项目将会有一些延迟，可能会延迟一年，但我们会尽快追上进度。”

但国家基建公司高层日前表示，工程不会有延误，首期会如期在本月杪完成，而第二期则会在明年3月完成。【南洋网财经】

馬資源喬治肯特 法定股本提高至2500萬

（吉隆坡2日訊）喬治肯特（GKENT，3204，主要板貿服）與馬資源（MRCB，1651，主要板房產）的聯營公司馬資源喬治肯特（MRCB George Kent） 私人有限公司，作為輕快鐵第3路線工程交付合作夥伴（PDP），宣布提升聯營公司的法定股本和股票數額。

喬治肯特向馬證交所報備，聯營公司法定股本將提高至2500萬令吉，有1250萬股股票和1250萬股可贖回優先股。至于股本增增至1000萬令吉，涵蓋999萬9998股股票，George Kent Rail私人有限公司和MRCB Builder私人有限公司將各持50%股權。

（吉隆坡14日讯）乔治肯特（GKENT，3204，主板贸服股）第三季净利按年劲扬67%，同时宣布派发每股1.5仙股息。

该公司当季净赚1207万2000令吉，远超去年同期的722万8000令吉。

营业额则微增1%，从9603万1000令吉增至9693万6000令吉。

该公司业绩亮眼，归功于工程和水表业务提振，加上美元走强有利水表出口销售。

另外，该公司将于明年1月26日，支付每股1.50仙的股息，除权日为本月31日。

累积首9个月，乔治肯特净利按年攀涨53.62%，至3041万4000令吉；营业额则走高14.7%，报2亿7062万3000令吉。

主席丹斯里陈溪福在文告中指出，第三季的业绩表现强劲，见证了公司在过去9个月的努力和付出，同时，也在当季取得数项庞大订单，包括获得香港水务署颁发公司有史以来的最大笔订单。

（吉隆坡29日訊）工程與水錶業務出色，推高喬治肯特（GKENT，3204，主板貿服組）淨利，截至2016年1月31日第四季為止，該公司淨利揚升139.75%至1千987萬5千令吉，全年淨利報5千零28萬9千令吉，上漲79.04%。

第四季營業額飆升128.16%至2億6千746萬5千令吉，全年營業額報5億3千808萬8千令吉，起52.36%。

派息3.5仙

董事部建議派發每股3.5仙股息，需待股東批准。

該公司主席丹斯里陳溪福在文告中說，在計劃執行夥伴（PDP）聯營計劃下，該公司獲得輕快鐵三線合約，加上香港水務署早前頒發2年總值717萬美元（約3千119萬令吉）水錶訂單，因此看好來年淨利表現。（星洲日報／財經）

乔治肯特首季净利扬52%

（吉隆坡29日讯）工程业务收入飙升169%，激励乔治肯特（George Kent (Malaysia) Bhd）首季净利按年劲扬52%。

乔治肯特今日向大马交易所公布，截至4月杪的2017财政年首季，净利达1501万令吉，或每股5仙，相比上财年同期的987万令吉，或每股3.3仙。

首季营业额从同期的5903万令吉，增长一倍至1亿2296万令吉。

该集团在文告指出，工程业务的收入飙升是因为施工项目稳步进行。

同时，由于本地和代工生产市场需求走高，水表业务的收入也增加18%。不过，盈利跌25%至373万令吉，受汇率波动影响。

“这些表现显示今年又是另一个好年。所有业务都作出贡献。董事部对截至明年1月31日财政年的前景持乐观态度。”

乔治肯特还宣布，获得新加坡公用事业局（PUB）颁发合约，供应和交付32万3630个DN15 Brass PSM-T水表，总值490万新元（1470万令吉）。

该集团指出，从9月起的18个月内，将分10批交货。

“这是PUB自2012年连续颁发的第三个合约。在2015年9月，乔治肯特在香港水务署的公开招标中胜出，供应60万个DN15 Brass PSM-T水表，总值2890万令吉，是本地区最大的单笔订单之一。”

全年赚5030万
乔治肯特50%净利派息

（蒲种30日讯）乔治肯特（GKENT，3204，主板贸服股）主席丹斯里陈溪福表示，保持50%的派息率政策，其余的50%盈利须留作业务拓展用途。

截至今年1月31日止，公司一共派了2100万令吉的股息，几乎占了公司盈利的一半。

根据最新业绩，截至4月30日首季，净利按年扬升52%至1500万7000令吉，或每股净利5仙。

至于截至1月底的2016财年，全年净利激增79%，从2810万令吉提高至5030万令吉；营业额也按年涨52%，从3亿5320万令吉，升至5亿3810万令吉。

陈溪福今天在股东大会后说，虽然2016财年的营业额，有80%来自工程服务业务，但这并不代表不注重建筑业务。

“这两种业务无法比较，1亿令吉的建筑合约，是一单大合约，可是对水表业务来说，100万令吉就已经是大合约了。”

陈溪福也表示，乔治肯特正在探讨开拓欧洲铁路交通工程的建筑机会，不过，目前还在鉴定的初步阶段中。

目前，未完成的订单总值有55亿令吉。

“我们会一直竞标，我们任何时候会保持50至100亿令吉之间的合约，供7至8年。”

今年6月17日，乔治肯特获新加坡公共事业局，颁发总值490万美元（约1470万令吉）合约，供应32万3630个水表；该批水表在18个月内，将分成10批交货，首批将在9月送出。

乔治肯特拟4送1红股

（吉隆坡19日讯）乔治肯特（GKENT，3204，主板贸服股）建议以4配1的方式，派发总共7510万2542股红股。

该公司今日向马交所报备，将利用公司的保留盈余完成上述计划，派发日期待定。

早前，乔治肯特已宣布派发截至4月30日止财年，每股3.5仙的终期股息，总值1051万4000令吉股息。

该公司指出，发股息后再派发红股，是为了回馈股东长期持有、扩大公司资本规模以反映营运规模和资产，及增加公司股票流通性。

乔治肯特也冀望，将股本扩大后，股东人数会更多，吸引更多投资者参与。

若根据该公司截至4月30日止未审核财报，在扣除股息、价值3755万1000令吉的红股，及10万令吉的红股活动开销后，保留盈余最后剩下1621万2000令吉。【e南洋】

看好喬治肯特核心盈利創新高

豐隆投銀研究指出，該公司2018財年盈利增幅將放緩至6%達5500萬令吉，因第3輕快鐵剛啟動，到2019財年全面啟動后盈利成長將再發力，按年增17%至6400萬令吉。

潛在合約多

該公司與馬資源（MRCB，1651，主要板房產）聯營公司在去年9月，成功獲得第三輕快鐵的交付合作夥伴（PDP）合約。該行相信聯營公司可良好執行有關工程，因在安邦輕快鐵延長線中具有經驗，加上馬資源在吉隆坡中環車站也有紀錄表現。

至于更多大規模的承包工程配套，料在今年第3季陸續頒發。

目前，喬治肯特有51億令吉訂單工程，其中88%源自第三輕快鐵。該公司在未來有潛能獲取的合約，包括第二捷運工程、巴生谷醫院工程和數個污水處理廠。

該公司生產的水表占全國50%市占率，而獲得香港和新加坡有關當局的大型訂單，顯示有關測量表可取得國際認證。國內市場方面，該公司有潛能攝取雪州和馬六甲市場。

捷运二号线竞标 乔治肯特财团领跑

（吉隆坡16日讯）以乔治肯特（George Kent (Malaysia) Bhd）为首的财团，已成为总值10亿令吉，建造捷运二号线（MRT2）或被称为双溪毛糯-沙登-布城（SSP）线新铁路的领跑者。

根据熟悉内情的人士透露，捷运公司（MRT Corp）料在下个月颁发该工程配套。

由丹斯里陈溪福控有42.21%的乔治肯特，与中国伙伴中国交通建设股份有限公司（CCCC）联手竞标该配套。该财团的股权结构不详。

以报价来说，该财团据悉已经提交最具竞争的标书，使其在这52.2公里长的SSP线捷运工程、采购、建设与调试（EPCC）竞标中领跑。

如果这两家公司成功出线，这将是乔治肯特在5年内第三个铁路基础建设项目。

该集团的主要业务曾经是水表制造，但在赢得11亿令吉的安邦轻快铁延长线的信号系统配套后，大突破至铁路相关工程项目。

之后，乔治肯特还与马资源（Malaysia Resources Corp Bhd）联手，获委为总值估计为90亿令吉的第三轻快铁计划（LRT3）工程交付伙伴（PDP）。

该集团的净利也急剧上升。截至4月1日的过去12个月，净利达5543万令吉，较截至2013年1月31日止财政年的2556万令吉，大增117%。

目前，乔治肯特的股价已经开始走动，自本月初至昨日闭市的2.61令吉，扬升超过30%。过去一年跃升了119%。

根据昨日收盘的2.61令吉，市值为7亿8407万令吉，或14.08倍本益比。周息率为2.7%。

不过，值得注意的是，铁路工作配套，如所有的捷运工程，都是依据竞争性投标颁发。此外，国际竞标者必须与本地企业合作，竞标SSP线工程。

捷运一号线的铁路工程颁发予三菱重工业（Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd）。但赢得捷运一号线（双溪毛糯-加影线）的工程，并不意味着SSP线的竞标十拿九稳。

例如，德国西门子（Siemens）取得捷运一号线的铁路机车合约，而韩国的现代-Rotem赢得二号线的工程。

中国交通建设乔治肯特联营
获捷运SSP工程

（吉隆坡24日讯）捷运机构（MRT Corp）宣布，将总值10.1亿令吉的双溪毛糯-沙登-布城路线（Sungai Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya，简称SSP）工程，颁给中国交通建设股份有限公司（CCCC）与乔治肯特（GKENT，3204，主板贸服股）的联营公司。

捷运机构通过文告表示，上述关于轨道的工程、采购、建筑、测试和调试、火车保养和列车项目，是在首相拿督斯里纳吉主持的一站式采购委员会议（OSPC）后，颁发给该联营公司。

中国交通建设在联营公司持有51%的股权，而乔治肯特则持有49%股权。

捷运机构总执行长拿督斯里沙里尔表示，该工程配套是SSP路线主要的建筑项目之一。

“中国交通建设拥有丰富的技术知识，且负责过许多基建项目，包括铁道建筑。”

他补充，中国交通建设与乔治肯特联营，后者在我国的铁路领域拥有强稳的立足点，相信捷运项目可从双方丰富的经验中受惠。

沙里尔说，该联营公司是7名竞标者之一，在技术部分的评估表现良好。

“得标者是根据最佳的评估基础所选出，意味着得标者不一定是出价最低的业者。然而，以这个工程配套而言，得标者的出价也是最低的。”

另外，SSP路线的所有系统工程配套承包商，必须确保将35%的工作份额，颁发给土著公司。【e南洋】

行家建议：

我们曾在本月初报告提及该联营公司赢得捷运工程的可能性，加上执行能力不成问题，因乔治肯特负责安邦轻快铁延长线工程的系统工作也涵盖铁道，加上建筑巨擘中国交通建设股份在铁道的经验丰富。

一般上铁道工程将是捷运施工周期的最后阶段，因土木工程需要首先完成。

因此，估计铁道工程或在2019年执行，而根据49%的股权，乔治肯特将获得的营业额份额为4亿9500万令吉。

我们不排除乔治肯特会在今年内，赢得更多合约，据悉该公司目前正竞标布城总值3亿至3亿5000万令吉的合约，有望在年底前落实。

一旦财测上调，目标价有上修空间。

（吉隆坡25日讯）乔治肯特（George Kent (M) Bhd）表示，仍未接获捷运（MRT）双溪毛糯-沙登-布城（SSP）路线、价值10亿1000万令吉的工程项目得标书。

捷运机构（MRT Corp）昨日发布文告指，已颁布价值10亿1000万令吉的工程配套予乔治肯特与中国交通建设股份有限公司（China Communications Construction Company Ltd，CCCC）合组的联营公司，乔治肯特针对此而向大马交易所报备上述消息。

捷运机构表示，这项工程配套包括承建铁道、维修和工程列车。

乔治肯特指出：“董事部欲宣布，截至截稿前，公司仍未接获由捷运机构颁布有关上述工程配套的得标书。”

“一旦收到得标书，集团将适时对外公布。”

（吉隆坡29日讯）乔治肯特（George Kent (M) Bhd）与联营伙伴中国交通建设股份有限公司（China Communications Construction Company Ltd，CCCC）获颁价值10亿1000万令吉的捷运2号线（MRT2），又称双溪毛糯-沙登-布城路线（SSP）的系统工程配套。

该集团在8月24日已宣布获颁此工程配套，惟今日终获得由捷运机构（MRT Corp）颁发得标书。

这项系统工程配套包含捷运2号线的铁轨、维修车和工作车的工程、采购、施工、测试与调试工作。

乔治肯特在今日的一项文告中指出：“此合约工程预计在2022年5月1日完工。”

该集团表示，捷运2号线全长52.2公里，一共有37个捷运站，其中11个站为地下站。

这条路线从双溪毛糯延伸至布城，其中涵盖斯里白沙罗（Sri Damansara）、甲洞、Batu、苏丹阿兹兰莎路、敦拉萨路、城中城（KLCC）、敦拉萨国际贸易中心（Tun Razak Exchange）、旧古仔路、史里肯邦安和赛城。
