没详细读完，大概这样而已。

21 Sep 2010 08:33 - 0032 GMT [Dow Jones] Noble Group (N21.SG) may gain when trade resumes at 0100 GMT as US$317 million acquisition of U.S. retail energy, electricity business deemed positive for commodities supplier's existing natural gas and power business. Company buying Sempra Energy Solutions, jointly owned by Sempra Energy, Royal Bank of Scotland. Noble will also take on Sempra Energy's US$265 million debt. Latter earned pretax profit of US$140 million in FY09. Transaction expected to conclude in 4Q10. Morgan Stanley, which has Equalweight call with S$1.89 target, says acquisition price reasonable, tips some synergy with Noble's oil gas business estimates deal could add about US$85 million to annual net profit, doesn't expect Noble to face financing risk given imminent US$280 million cash inflow from sale of its Middlemount Australian coal mine, low net debt-to-equity ratio. 21 Sep 2010 09:57 - 0156 GMT [Dow Jones] Noble Group (N21.SG) +5.6% at S$1.89 on optimism over earnings visibility following US$582 million acquisition (including debt) of Sempra Energy Solutions. "The acquisition is expected to propel Noble to be a leading participant in the U.S. power and gas business," says OCBC Investment Research, which has Buy call with S$1.97 target. Nomura, which has Buy call with S$2.10 target, says Sempra Energy would offer stable annual earnings of US$80 million-US$85 million, high ROE of 25%; "it is a good use of Noble's strong balance sheet as this acquisition should be immediately earnings and value accretive." Sempra Energy's FY09 pretax profit at US$140 million. Shares now above 100-day moving average of S$1.87, a bullish sign. Resistance at S$2.00.(frankie.ho@dowjones.com)

In our view, a strong set of 3Q10 earnings is required to justify further share price outperformance." Notes stock +20% since release of 2Q10 results on August 12, vs STI up 6% over same period. Tips potential headwinds arising from moderating global economic growth. Says issues that plagued commodity supplier's 2Q10 results, such as shift in revenue mix to lower-margin oil & gas business, "will not vanish overnight." Shares end +2.1% at S$1.91 yesterday. 28/09/2010 11:29 - 0328 GMT [Dow Jones] STOCK CALL: Daiwa raises Noble Group's (N21.SG) target price to S$2.21 from S$2.00 to factor in recent rise in shares of commodity supplier's peers. Keeps Buy call. "While we do not expect superb 3Q10 net-profit growth due to the challenging market conditions for soybean crushing in China, international dry-bulk shipping, and spot iron-ore trade, we do expect good things from the company's energy-trading division from 4Q10." Notes Noble expanding energy trading team to cover various asset classes; "in our view, Noble is trying to step into a market vacuum left by investment banks, which have generally been consolidating their operations due to new regulations and capital constraints." 哈哈原来我们同病相怜前阵子错过了$1.8X的买入良机，结果就跟它失之交臂了没办法，这就叫“股海难测”，任命了。
