On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that an office copy of the sealed order of the High Court of Malaya confirming the par value reduction has been lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 31 October 2013, upon which the Proposed Par Value Reduction shall take effect. Hence, the Proposed Par Value Reduction is deemed completed. Shareholders of KBB should note that the par value reduction does not affect the number of the rights attaching to the ordinary shares of KBB held by them. All the ordinary shares of KBB standing to the credit of the securities accounts of KBB’s shareholders shall be unaffected except for the reduction in par value of each ordinary share of KBB from RM0.50 to RM0.15. 統一資源附加股超額認購27%

（吉隆坡23日訊）統一資源（KBB，7182，主要板消費）發行1億2000萬股附加股，一共超額認購27.26%或3271萬2266股。

該公司附加股認購期限于上週四（16日）截止，共接獲申請認購1億5271萬2266股附加股，價值2749萬令吉。但附加股活動僅發出1億2000萬股，及派送1億2000萬單位憑單。

統一資源董事經理拿督斯里秦祥發指出，市場對公司發行附加股的認購反應，顯示股東對公司未來擴展計劃有信心。

“發行附加股兼附送憑單，有助加強公司財務狀況和股東基金，持續提振公司擴展計劃。”

上述企業活動是1股現股配1附加股方式進行，每股發售價18仙，集資2160萬令吉資金。這筆資金將供資本開銷用途，主要為現有業務成長融資，包括購買原料等相關用途。

至于未有成功認購附加股所得資金，將退回給各別股東；成功認購投資者，將根據章程配售出去。

一家面表示，有关新股发行对象为第三方投资者，包括有兴趣的董事、大股东、总执行长或相关人士等。

以每股18仙的参阅价计算，该公司预计从中可筹集1296万令吉，主要用于偿还银行借贷。
