如果看長期的。。 可以考慮。。。 但是短暫可能股價會下調因為CPO價格不美。。。

谢谢大大解答。现在棕油价跌，打算分批买进一些棕油股，长期持有，以现在kretam的价格是否低估了。。值多少？？

公司自從1分五後。。就一直下調。。。 公司的資產是50CENTS左右。。

我可以建議你如果有下調到50cent以下可以慢慢買入。。。

好的，在财报里为什么找不到有6万英亩油棕种植地，还有净现金到底有多少，我只看到有几千万，但是在冷眼文章里看到有几个亿，搞到我都迷糊了。。是否可以请大大帮我确认一下财报，小弟万分感激

公司有搞重組的還有其他的買賣的。。。 可能是冷眼的資料舊了。。。 你要的資料一定在年報看到的。。。

请问大大，在财报的第几页，可以看到有多少土地，还有多少现金。。我已经看了几遍都找不到，麻烦大大指点。。

The Board of KHB wishes to announce that the Company and KHB Management Sdn Bhd ("KHBMSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, have on 17 October 2014 entered into a Joint Venture Agreement ("JVA") with Mr Liaw Chin Loi ("LCL").  Consent from the Company and KHBMSB as well as approval from the Board of Winpalm Development Sdn Bhd ("WDSB"), the joint venture company ("JV Company") in which KHB holds 51% equity interest less 1 ordinary share which is held by KHBMSB, were given to LCL to acquire from Mr Herman Anjin @ Etap ("HAE") 49% equity interest in WDSB and 55 parcels of agricultural land which are subleased under Sabah Land Ordinance native title terms to WDSB.  Consent from the Company and KHBMSB together with WDSB's Board approval were also given to the appointment of LCL to, and the resignations of HAE and Hee Shuk Yun  @ Linda Hee from, the Board of WDSB.  The JVA was entered into substantially on the same terms and conditions as the joint venture agreement entered into on 21 October 1999 by the Company and KHBMSB with HAE for the establishment of the business of oil palm cultivation, so that the position of LCL in the JV Company and his relationship with KHB and KHBMSB will be regulated by the terms thereof. （吉隆坡18日訊）嘉利丹（KRETAM,1996,主板種植組）宣佈與新聯營夥伴廖振萊（譯音）達成聯營協議（JVA），後者將取代原任聯營夥伴赫爾曼安金作為旗下聯營公司——Winpalm發展私人有限公司的新股東。

嘉利丹發佈文告指出，廖振萊將向赫爾曼安金收購Winpalm發展的49%股權。在完成收購後，嘉利丹在該聯營公司的股權架構將不會有變化。嘉利丹將會保留在該公司51%減一股的權益，而旗下獨資子公司——KHB管理私人有限公司則會持有該一股的權益。（星洲網）
