吉隆坡发展11.7亿公寓

(吉隆坡19日讯)新丰尼生活(SYMLIFE,1538,主板产业股)与联马置地(UMLand)的联营公司,在吉隆坡市中心推出发展总值高达11亿7000万令吉的服务式公寓,放眼吸引来自中国的主要投资者。

这家联营公司Alpine Return的营运总监辜亚伦今日在推介礼上指出,这栋Ascott Star KLCC Kuala Lumpur服务式公寓,瞄准中国、香港、韩国、台湾和越南等的外资,本地投资者为其次。

“为多元化投资组合,我国房产受中国投资者青睐,对他们来说,主要是因为房价低廉、文化相通及物价便宜。”

各持一半股权

他也说,随着交通设施和基建逐渐改善,更是能吸引中国等外资,进而将房价推高。

新丰尼生活和联马置地在Alphine Return持各半股权。

此栋公寓是和新加坡雅诗阁(The Ascott)联手推出,预计2021年竣工,并料在2021年7月投入营运;涵盖471个单位,其中353个单位将由雅诗阁管理。

这也属于该公司位于吉隆坡市中心叶观盛路的综合发展项目之一,整个项目的发展总值高达30亿令吉,占地4英亩,除了住宅项目,还包括旅游与娱乐中心,以及零售单位。

其中,Tower 1住宅大楼已经售完,而Tower 2取得90%的认购率。【e南洋】

新丰尼生活904万回购公司

(吉隆坡13日讯)新丰尼生活(SYMLIFE,1538,主板产业组)脱售Midah Jaya实业私人有限公司(MJRSB)计划因土地持有人换名工作出现问题,而延长处理期要求遭买家Oracle资本私人有限公司(OCSB),被迫以原价903万756令吉价格回购MJRSB股权。

该公司发文告表示,除回购MJRSB股权外,公司也同意赔偿OCSB股权买卖协议的律师和印花税费用,以及每年8%的融资利息。

在完成收购计划后,MJRSB将再次成为新丰尼生活独资子公司。
