Skynet 服务很差，不能用的公司!!!!
昨天（01/09/2010)我的Supplier用Skynet Courier 给我,今天5。05pm 我还没收到货。
我早上11am打电话去，他们说驾摩哆出去送的，我到现在还没收到!!!
我打电话去给他们有十多通电话，他们连一通电话都没打来。
不可以用的Skynet!!!

可是skynet是酱多courier service 最便宜了。可是里面全部都是马来人做工。。

我觉得看地方吧！
几年前我在PJ，我等了一个礼拜货才到。service很烂！！！
我现在在puchong, 一天就到了。而且service很好。。。 |

Puchong 的 Skynet，不见得好。。。。，我总公司叫 Skynet 来我们的分公司拿文件去寄，拖了三天都没有见到人影，每次都打电话来说找不到我的分公司在哪里，我也曾经告诉他们我们分公司的位置在哪里，他们还是找不到？还是没有来找呢？
有次还跟我说他们的人有来，但是找不到我们的公司。怎么人来了找不到，不会打个电话问我的吗？到了第三天我等不及了，自己拿去 Giant Puchong 里面的 Mini Post Office寄，刚巧当时 Skynet 又打电话来再问我公司的地址，我直接跟他们说，已经拖延了三天，我自己拿给其他快递公司寄了，不必来了。 |

之前已有人开贴说skynet不好了，怎么lz又开多一个啊？
不过我公司也觉得skynet不好，很慢。。。。 |

這是我寫去投訴的信
Dear Skynet,
First of all, I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with the poor service of Skynet.
The parcel was sent out on 30/08/2010. As I am paying for the courier service, it should reach me by the next working day, which is on 01/09/2010 since 31/08/2010 is public holiday.
However, I waited until 02/09/2010 and I made several calls to Skynet offices and only found out my parcel had been sent to Sri Muda, Shah Alam. After I confirmed the receiver's address, which is my address, I requested the parcel to reach me before 10:00am of 03/09/2010. The person-in-charge said they will send the parcel to PJ at the night of 02/09/2010.
Today (03/09/2010) morning, I had been waited until 10:00am but the parcel not reach me yet. I made calls to your customer service to track my parcel. The person-in-charge kept asking me to wait on the phone for calls that I made. After several calls only I got to know that the parcel is still in Sri Muda. I called to Sri Muda and they said the parcel is not sent out yet and they will only send it to PJ in the afternoon and will reach me in the afternoon.
I am very unsatisfied as the parcel should be sent to PJ office on the night of 02/09/2010 but not the afternoon of 03/09/2010. I need to go to work and I can't stay at home everyday just to wait for Skynet to deliver the parcel to me. Besides, the address written is very clear stated that the delivery address is 6, Jalan 19/21a, Seksyen 19, 46300 Petaling Jaya, Selangor but why the sky code written is SMD, which indicates Sri Muda! I am very disappointed with the so called 'Fast, Accurate, Reliable' service of Skynet! If the address written is not complete, and the things sent to Sri Muda, then I am ok. But the address written is complete and yet the parcel is sent to Sri Muda! How can this silly thing happen in Skynet!
My phone number is written in the slip but none of the Skynet staff called me to confirm the address. Only when i called to Sri Muda office on 02/09/2010, the person-in-charge only told me there is some problem with the address! Please tell me what is the phone number written there for if you don't want to call your customers!
Please take action on my complaint and give me a good explanation. Please don't take this for granted or else you will see this in newspapers!

sky net always to be the worst in the world， 他们的员工乱来的，早上打来说下午东西会送过来，下午了没送来就打过去问，问了他们员工，没找就直接答我东西没有在，找他们branch manager，他给的答案是没有人送货。。那skynet离我家距离5分钟都不用，真是的！没见过这么懒得员工经理的 |

SKYNET偶这里服务也烂...
但最近遇见更烂的是......KANGAROO...
SUPPLIER星期一邮寄货给偶.还写明说星期二一定要到了.
偶查STATUS.星期二当天凌晨三点就开车送上来了.结果星期二当天偶跑了三趟OFFICE
昨天星期三跑了两趟OFFICE和打了几通电话.
他们语气还不很好~
说本来昨天12点LORRY会到.但昨天LORRY12点才到半途,还叫偶自己预算下LORRY几点到..
真的是TMD.偶也赶着出货给顾客咧
结果到了5.45分才信息偶说货到了..然后下一句写说他们OFFICE 六点关
害偶飞车去拿....刚好又大塞车.....幸好他OFFICE靠近偶家.
不然肯定来不及:@
邮寄东西要两天..真不懂他们是不是用跳的来送货:@ |

Skynet的服务差，standard的。我时常都面对。
我遇到最差的是JB一代的，差到够力！亲自打电话给他们的branch manager, 得来的是给他盖电话了，最siasui的是，那个manager是 华人
某天我同事再次打给那华人manager时，对方尽然叫我们换别家 =.="
换就换！我们也不想给他们生意做。 |

建议：如果急用的货隔天一定要收到的话可以叫寄货给你的人不要写你的地址，直接叫他们放在快递公司的office, “Self-Collect”，而且跟寄货给你的人拿Skynet的CN, 方便查询。我的KL supplier都是酱寄到马六甲skynet给我的，东西到Skynet Mlk office了就有人call我说我的东西到了skynet office,你可以来拿了！  |
