（吉隆坡30日讯）金轮企业（Kimlun Corp Bhd）获Sunway Iskandar私人有限公司颁发价值1亿6400万令吉的合约，以在柔佛Medini Iskandar兴建商业大楼及公寓。

根据文告，金轮企业独资子公司Kimlun私人有限公司获得上述合约。

金轮企业预计，上述项目将于2021年6月杪竣工。

该集团估计，上述项目将在合约期限内，为其财年收益及净资产作出积极贡献。

Medini Iskandar是柔佛州的一个城镇，拥有住宅、商业、公共设施及基建设施。根据Medini的网站，Sunway Iskandar是该镇的项目发展商之一。

Remarks :

On 28 February 2019, the Board of Directors of Kimlun Corporation Berhad ("Kimlun" or "the Company") ("the Board") had proposed a final single-tier dividend of RM0.037 per ordinary share of Kimlun in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2018 ("Kimlun Share(s)") ("FYE 2018 Final Dividend"). The Board had also determined that the dividend reinvestment plan ("DRP") that provides shareholders of Kimlun with an option to elect to reinvest their cash dividend into new Kimlun Shares shall apply to the entire FYE 2018 Final Dividend. The FYE 2018 Final Dividend was approved by the shareholders of Kimlun at the Tenth Annual General Meeting held on 17 June 2019. （吉隆坡29日讯）建筑及制造与贸易业务带动，金轮企业（Kimlun Corp Bhd）截至6月杪第二季净利报1345万令吉，较上财年同期的985万令吉，按年上涨36.6%。

这推高次季每股盈利至4.05仙，相比同期的3.07仙；营业额亦从2亿1797万令吉，劲扬49.2%至3亿2517万令吉。

金轮今日向大马交易所报备，建筑收入增45%，而制造与贸易收入大涨84.2%。产业发展业务收入则下跌。

季度表现标青，推动该集团在2019财政年首半年净赚2938万令吉，比同期的2250万令吉增长30.6%；营业额由4亿3890万令吉，扬升46.7%至6亿4372万令吉。

截至6月30日，估计的建筑和制造订单余额分别是17亿和3亿令吉。

“董事部对2019年业绩持乐观态度，因余下订单将支撑集团年内表现。”

“集团将继续积极竞标大马的新建筑项目，尤其是可负担房屋相关项目。中低收入群对可负担房屋的需求将继续强劲。”
