请问怎样才算会Full Set Account??

菜鸟想问点问题， ACCOUNT CODE 需要分到很详细吗？
比如
1001/000 FUNCTION FEES
1001/001 FUNCTION FEES - HALL RENTAL
1001/002 FUNCTION FEES - GIFT
等等 。。。

为什么呢？？

   我现在会想要读书，就是在想要去读a/c还是去读英文课程。谁人知道价钱呢？我想读晚班的。

我也想报名，我会基本的，但属于皮毛那种。。
我做的虽然是小公司，可是也有很多琐碎的不懂要怎么进帐，因为不是普通买卖生意，是tshirt印花公司。。连a/c分类也觉得和一般的很“另类”。。
有时，有些a/c我也不懂该放什么名。。

按现代会计及财务管理，不论是 sole proprietorship, partnerhsip, sdn bhd , bhd, full set accounts 需要掌握：

1. AP （Account Payable ）module：

  -  掌握开设supplier information

   -  掌握怎么开设及进账: Ledger : (1) Purchase Ledger, (2) Account Payable Control Ledger

   - 掌握开control account 和 sub-ledger account (subsidiary account) 的细分。

   - 定时 对账: supplier reconciliation (purchase , payment made, credit notes, debit note)

  -  定时核对purchases against supplier

2. AR (Account Receivable ) module:

- 掌握开设debtor information
- 掌握开设及进账：Ledger: (1) Sales Ledger, (2) Account Receivable Control
- 掌握开设control account 和 sub-ledger 的细分
-定时对账：debtor reconcilation (sales, payment received, credit note, debit note)
- 定时核对sales against debtor

3. GL (General Ledger ) module:
掌握其他费用的账目开设及进账：
（1) payroll
（2）overhead expenses (factory overhead）
（3) sales, general and admin expenses

4.Costing module: (假如是制造业，需要做manufacturing accounts)
计算 cost of manufacture, cost of goods manufactured

5. Inventory module:
掌握开设inventory  control 和sub-ledger account
掌握stock take 和 stock adjsument, stock valuation

6. Fixed Assets module
掌握开设及进账：Fixed Assets purchase, depreciation, disposal, write off, gain or loss on disposal
掌握fixed assets verification, control and labelling system

7. Closing adjustment entry (e.g. provision, accrual, prepayment)

8. Prepare Trial Balance for checking accuracy

9. Prepare financial statements based on Trial Balance prepared: P& L , BS, Cash Flow Statement, Supporting Schedules of Financial Statement (eg.listing of accrual, prepayment) .

以上都是基本的要求，当然你能掌握或被老板要求做到哪个程度就要看你老板的生意有多大了。当然the set of of full set accounts is also depends on whether your business is (1) Manufactruing business， （2） Trading business (3) Construction business （Contracting or sub-contracting) （4） Property Development business  (Property Developer) (5) Agriculture business or plantation business and etc.

应该还有一个module: Treasury Module:
- receive payment
- making payment
- petty cash account
- cash account or bank account
-bank reconciliation

假如是新手的，我建议你去上UBS Accounting. 课程不贵，好像是600 元左右，包材料，很多tuition center 都有办这课程。至于那些不清楚怎么开设和分类account code 的朋友，我也建议你们跟 ubs accounting 的 standard chart of accounts,熟悉之后，你可自己另外加其他的chartof account / account code.

一些公司或老板或公司的大小规模的要求都不一样，有的要求简单的full set of accounts, 要的却要求比较复杂的，这要看情况了。我说的一般包括中小或大型公司的要求，年销售一般有6、7 百万以上。一些小、或微小企业的要求比较简单。

您所说的Treasury Module，我在之前的公司有负责 这个。
在MYOB里有一个
Purchase 的，我对里面的操作也熟悉那是不是代表我会AP module?
   1. AP （Account Payable ）module：

  -  掌握怎么开设及进账: Ledger : (1) Purchase Ledger, << (跟着收到的INV key in 价钱/单号码等等？）

  - 掌握开control account 和 sub-ledger account (subsidiary account) 的细分。 <<< （这个不明白）

3. GL (General Ledger ) module: （我觉得我公司好像没用到这个？？ ）
掌握其他费用的账目开设及进账：
（1) payroll <<< （这个不明白）
（2）overhead expenses (factory overhead）<<< （这个不明白）
（3) sales, general and admin expenses<<< （工钱/应酬/车油/之类花费？）

我所提到的是个大概念，现在一般的会计系统都是按这些 module 来设计会计或财务管理系统 ；ERP 系统。总之，你了解这些module 概念，你做起full set accounts 就容易了。当然，有些公司没有那么细分，就一个module (all in one), 就是说你一个人负责全部会计。我没用过MYOB, 但基本上都是一样的；在什么module 进什么帐，打印什么账单，查询什么账单等，都有系统。我记得一个普遍的 UBS, 也是按这些概念也电脑语言写的如，当我们log in 是，就有几种 access authority level code ; 0 = Management, 1 = AP clerk, 2 = AR clerk, 3 = GL clerk......这些系统已说明你的账务怎么分类，归类，总结等。然后再来 这个Report, 你就可以看到 TB, PL, BS, CashFlow, 等等。掌握我系统，加上记账的基础，你离目标不远了。只要找到一个老师指点，怎么核对你所进的帐是对的就很不错了。怎么核对，就要一些专业知识和经验了。

   AP Module : DR: Purchase   (P&L items), CR: Account Payable (Balance Sheet items).

   AR Module: DR: Account Receivable (BS item), CR: Sales (PL items)

Inventory Moduel: DR: Stock (Balance Sheet item)

GL module: DR: SGA (Sale, General and Admin Expenses) 等等。

Treasury : 当然是 DR / CR: Cash / Bank

Fixed Asset Module: Fixed Assets control/ listing, sub-ledger, DR: Depreciation, disposal  等

P& L:
----------
Sales
less: COGS (Opening stock + Purchases - Closing stock)
= Gross Profit
Less: SGA expenses:

= Profit for the year.

BS:
-----
Assets:
1. Fixed Assets:
2. Current Assets: AR, Bank Balance,Stock

Liabilities & Equity:
