（吉隆坡22日讯）来百利（RUBEREX，7803，主板工业产品股）建议以每股配售价70仙，私下配售2292万6800股，给大股东MedBumikar Mara私人有限公司。

该公司昨日向交易所报备，私下配售规模等于该公司截至3月底，已发行股数的10%，料筹得1600万令吉。

根据文告，每股70仙的私配价，等于该股截至4月19日，约78仙的5天交易量加权均价（VWAP），折价10%。

来百利解释，进行私下配售活动的目的，是为了满足该公司扩展丁腈手套生产线需要的资金。

该公司认为，通过私配活动筹资，更快速和有效率。

且其他活动，如发售附加股，每股发售价可能要更高的折价。

开销比利息低

另外，私配也比贷款的利息开销低。

该公司指出，所筹集的1600万令吉，大约96.9%，将在未来12个月内，用来拓展丁腈手套生产线，其余为私配活动开销。【e南洋】
