The Board of Directors of Lee Swee Kiat Group Berhad ("LEESK" or "the Company") wishes to announce thatLee Swee Kiat Holdings Sdn Bhd (“LSKH”), the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 16 December 2014 entered into a Share Sale Agreement with Lee Swee Kiat & Sons Sdn Bhd, the major shareholder of the Company ( “the Purchaser”) for the disposal of 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Genie Media Sdn Bhd (“GM”), the wholly-owned subsidiary of LSKH, representing 100% shareholding in GM  for a total cash consideration of RM10,000.00 after waiving an amount of RM330,762.00 owing to LSKH ("the Disposal"). Upon completion of the Disposal, GM shall cease to be a subsidiary of the Company. The Disposal does not have any impact on the Company’s issued and paid-up share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings. The Disposal is not expected to have any material effect on the group’s earnings, gearing and net assets for the financial year ending 31 December 2014. Lee Ah Bah @ Lee Swee Kiat, Lee Kong Yam and Lee Kong Sim, the Directors of the Company declared that they are deemed interested in the Disposal by virtue of them being the Directors and substantial shareholders of the Purchaser. 购美床具智慧产权 李水吉股价异动

（吉隆坡12日讯）李水吉集团（LEESK，8079，主板消费产品股）答复大马交易所，指导致公司股价异动的原因，也许与公司收购一家美国床具公司的智慧产权及商标有关。

根据文告，李水吉集团透过独资子公司LSK Mattressworld私人有限公司，在本月3日签署合约，以125万美元（457万令吉），收购美国床具公司Englander Sleep产品有限公司的智慧产权。

上述智慧产权，包括商标、商名、服务标志、网页域名，并会以内部资金及外部借贷完成收购。

李水吉集团指出，公司目前是Englander Sleep授权的经销公司，这项产品占公司总营业额的约20%；收购EnglanderSleep可确保公司直接永久的控制权。

盘中攀38仙

李水吉集团近期价量飙涨，今天遭马交所发出不寻常市场交易（UMA）质询。

李水吉集团今天以32仙开跑后，一度攀至38仙的高点，写下自2005年1月以来的新高。

闭市时，该股收在34.5仙，全天起3仙，或9.524%；成交量达5415万7200股，排在热门榜第9名。

值得注意的是，该股是在周三开始走扬，交投也开始活跃。

相比周二，周三成交量大涨774%，达3826万2200股。

（吉隆坡27日讯）李水吉集团（Lee Swee Kiat Group Bhd ( Financial Dashboard)）董事经理李光森表示，并不清楚任何构成该公司股价今日交投异常活络的理由。

李光森向theedgemarkets.com透露，李水吉集团（基本面：1.7；估值：1.1）今日股价飙涨13%，公司近期并没有计划进行任何大型企业宣布。

他说：“我们近期并没有任何重大宣布。”

李水吉集团的股价劲扬4.5仙或13%至38仙。

不过，截至下午4时50分，该股涨幅缩窄，起2.5仙或7.46%，报36仙，成交量为4684万4100股。

安联投资银行抽佣经纪符之源表示，李水吉集团的股价上涨，主要是仙股炒作活动所致。

“仙股炒作是指多家财团轮番推高仙股股价，然后从中获利。”

（吉隆坡30日讯）李水吉集团（Lee Swee Kiat Group Bhd ( Financial Dashboard)）今日一度攀升2.5仙或6.58%，至40.5仙的10年新高。

对比3周前的7月10日，该公司市值提高了2592万令吉。

截至4时10分，该股转跌，跌0.5仙或1.32%，报37.5仙，成交量达3707万9500股，为全场第三大热门股。

该股自7月10日的23仙便开始趋高。受股价走高推动，市值因此水涨船高，从当时的3869万令吉，提高了67%至6461万令吉。

李水吉（基本面：1.7；估值：1.1）主要从事床褥生产业务，拥有一站式的生产线，其中包括天然乳胶、记忆海绵、以及各种弹簧产品。

该公司董事经理李永森本周早些时候向theedgemarkets.com表示，短期内并无重大的企业宣布。

一名抽佣经纪也说，股价上扬可能是有人推高股价，以从中获利。

他补充：“我不清楚当中的原因，但可能是仙股轮流被炒高。”
