浅谈 KEINHIN

业务
- 精密金属压印（precision stamping）
- 金属冲压（deep drawing）
- 旋压 (material flow forming)
KEINHIN（建兴，7199，主板工业产品股），成立于1981年3月14日，并于2004年上市大马交易所第二板，之后转至主板。
KEINHIN早期开始只是生产萤光灯的套管和空调零件等。
目前，其核心业务为生产工具和模具的金属铸片、精密加工、精密冲压和组装配件等。
除了以上这些业务外，该公司也销售自己生产的煤气炉品牌ZENNE。
ZENNE煤气炉的品牌蛮获得市场的喜爱，而且它也获得公认的日本气体装置检测协会（JIA）的标准，而且也成功出口到日本、欧洲、香港、泰国和越南市场。
看中KEINHIN的主要是因为它的营业额和盈利在过去一年有很明显的进步，尤其是净利已经连续4个季度出现增长。
KEINHIN在过去是一只备受冷落的公司，但是去年10月开始其股价开始出现小爆发，这是因为该公司的大股东在10月份时积极在市场买进公司股权。
以其FY16Q2的业绩来分析，并给予10倍本益比的估值，其合理价应该处于RM1.23（目前股价已来到RM1.23）。
但是，如果该公司下一季度（FY16Q3）的盈利能够继续增长至每股4仙，那么合理价有望重估至RM1.60。

净利飙4.68倍 建兴国际第三季赚383万

（吉隆坡17日讯）建兴国际（KEINHIN，7199，主板工业产品股）截至1月31日财年第三季，净利飙涨4.68倍，至382万8000令吉，远超去年同期的67万4000令吉。
营业额则按年增27.45%，从4614万7000令吉涨至5881万3000令吉。
建兴国际指出，由于销售订单报捷和需求增长，加上越南客户的一次性销售收益，带动公司业绩表现亮眼。
累积首9个月，净利按年攀涨223.7%，报898万6000令吉；营业额则起17.16%，至1亿6815万5000令吉。【南洋网财经】

越南新厂产能渐增．建兴净利料维持10%增长
（吉隆坡19日讯）建兴国际（KEINHIN，7199，主板工业产品组）有信心在越南新厂房产能逐渐增加推动下，2017财政年销售额和净利维持10%的增长幅度。
建兴国际董事经理叶瑞才在股东大会后向《星洲财经》表示，该公司在越南的新厂房产能将按年增加，继而能够推高销售额，因此有信心2017财年销售额和净利可以维持10%的增长幅度。
建兴国际2016财政年净利由前期的381万零417令吉按年增长144.72%至932万4716令吉；营业额则增长12.06%至2亿1697万8990令吉，对比前期为1亿9363万4965令吉。
此外，叶瑞才也认为新厂房需时至少2年始能达到产能饱和。
他补充，该公司目前超过50%的盈利贡献来自于海外市场，其中越南贡献约40%。
计划3年内拓展缅甸业务
叶瑞才透露，该公司计划在未来3年，将业务拓展至缅甸。
他说，看好缅甸对于该公司涉及的业务拥有高度需求。
建兴国际业务多元化，包括提供汽车、办公室、家庭电器用品及设备，并且自行生产Zenne品牌煤气炉。
该公司目前主要营业额贡献来自于办公室和家庭电器用品及设备。
叶瑞才直言，煤气电炉仅贡献5%营业额于公司，惟相信在未来10年，将是该公司的主要营业额贡献来源。
他认为，电子炉没有办法完全取代煤气炉，因为必须考量能源安全的问题。
叶瑞才表示，建兴国际并没有股息政策，惟依据过去的记录，派息率为净利的15%，每年皆会维持派息，2016财年则派发约1.5仙或3%的股息。

全购越南子公司

（吉隆坡13日讯）建兴国际（KEINHIN，7199，主板工业产品股）宣布以107万8000美元（约479万600令吉），向Muramoto Asia私人有限公司收购Kein Hing Muramoto （越南）公司剩余的49%股权。
建兴国际上周五向马交所报备，已签署转移协议，收购Kein Hing Muramoto （越南）49%股权。
不过，该转移协议仍需获得越南有关当局的批准，并预计会在协议签署后的6个月内完成。
Kein Hing Muramoto （越南）是建兴国际持股51%的子公司，主要负责金属片成型、精密机械加工、及组装电子、汽车，以及其他行业的零件。【e南洋】

该公司向交易所报备，上财年比较基础高，营业额因此按年跌9.8%或578万9000令吉，至5302万4000令吉。
建兴国际去年脱售600万令吉的工具给一名越南买家。
不过，该公司称，零件销售继续增长，客户需求也走强，尤其是电视机和汽车领域。
累计9个月，净利按年挫40%，录得539万3000令吉；营业额则按年微滑2%，达1亿6442万7000令吉。
建兴国际指出，客户需求飘忽不定，拖累营业额波动，但是董事部仍相信，2017财年表现会令人满意。

建兴发出540万建厂合约
（吉隆坡20日讯）建兴国际（KEINHIN,7199,主板工业产品组）颁出总值122万2500美元（约540万令吉）建筑合约，以委任第三方承包商在越南兴建金属冲压、精密加工、零件组合和工具和模具制造工厂，放眼扩充现有产能5%。
该公司发文告表示，工厂将在今年5月动工，并在10月竣工。整个工程将通过贷款融资，预估负债比将从0.57倍扩大至0.59倍。

末季越南业务强劲
建兴国际净利翻4倍
2017年6月29日
（吉隆坡28日讯）建兴国际（KEINHIN，7199，主板工业产品股）截至4月30日末季，净利激增近乎4倍至165万7000令吉；建议派息1.5仙。
同期营业额扬13.8%，报5555万8000令吉。
全年净利跌24%
累计全年，净利则跌24.4%至705万令吉；营业额涨1.4%，报2亿1998万5000令吉。
建兴国际向交易所报备，当季营业额走高是因为越南业务的销售强劲。惟全年营业额几乎持平，则是因为去年的比较基础较高，归功于越南获得新项目，将当时的净利推高约700万令吉。
若撇除该单次因素，2017财年全年的营业额，实为增长4.7%。
基于销售增加，公司末季的税前盈利也大涨123%。
全年税前盈利减少35%，归咎于高基础效应，以及涉及一笔越南新厂房的启用成本。
同时，该公司也建议派发每股1.5仙的一次过股息。
未来，董事部相信2018财年可交出称心业绩。【e南洋】

（吉隆坡21日讯）建兴国际（KEINHIN，7199，主板工业产品股）建议发送高达990万红股，股东每持有10母股，可获1股红股。
建兴国际今天向交易所报备，将动用公司的股票溢价和保留盈利户头内余额，总值495万令吉，来完成上述活动。
发送红股是为了回馈股东对公司的信任和支持，让股东能够维持股权比例的同时，持有更多股票，并改善股票流通量。
在发送红股之后，建兴国际的股本将从9900万股，扩大至1亿890万股，会稀释每股净利。【e南洋】

建兴国际首季净利跌10%

（吉隆坡25日讯）建兴国际（KEINHIN，7199，主板工业产品股）截至7月31日首季，净利按年下跌10.47%至148万令吉，或每股1.49仙。
该公司向交易所报备，上财年同期净利达165万2000令吉，或每股1.67仙。
同期营业额，则从上财年同期的5439万7000令吉，按年增加9.79%至5972万5000令吉。
首季营业额走高，主要是因为客户对用在电视、冰箱、打印机及汽车领域的金属零件需求强劲。
不过，当季税前盈利按年下跌至232万7000令吉，归咎于坐落在越南海防市的新厂房，尚未达至最高产量及销售，导致需承担开销、新机器的折旧费用走高，以及大马业务面对劳工短缺与越南业务面对工资上涨，导致劳工成本走高。
营业额料起伏不定
由于无法预测客户需求，建兴国际预计，该公司的营业额将起落不定。
尽管如此，建兴国际董事部预计，相对于同行，该公司2018财年可交出称心业绩。【e南洋】
