Ltd. (“Shanxi”) to assess and evaluate any potential land at Pengerang Maritime Industrial Park (“PMIP”) suitable for the proposed development of palm oil biodiesel plant to be located in Malaysia (“Project”) and the associated activities for the Project (“Site Development”) (“Proposed Collaboration”).
