usually
in computer
is follow the cheque date then determine the pv no then follow by the cheque date
and another one is manually (book)
mean record the bank payment base on cheque no
book need to update very day
usually computer hard to uptodate 1

我没有用书的。。。
只是file起payment voucher 而已。。
那我现在需要开一本书吗？？

请问如果我现在要买bank draft，我要买的是pound，它的rate大概是多少？每一间银行的currency rate都一样吗？那一间比较低？
我是觉得你们都是过来人，应该买过pound，所以想问问你们咯。。。。谢谢

这个你就要一间一间银行做 research 了，因每次变动都不一样！

其实，每间银行的POUND ONVERSION RATE是差不多的。
有些银行比较低，但是BANK CHARGE比较高。
你是要买来付考试费的？

你需要 print out General Ledger, Debtors & Creditors Ageing & Balances, Trial Balance, P & L, Balance Sheet from system, Bank Reconciliation.
Prepare all the agreement eg. Rental Agreement, Hire Purchase Agreement etc., payment voucer, official receipts, Journal voucher, Invoices etc all the accounting document for audit.
对，就是用 Journal Voucher 来做.
Double entry 如下:

Depreciation
Dr Depreciation (P&L)
Cr Accumulated Depreciation (B/S-FA)

Accrual
Dr Expenses eg. Audit fee (P&L)
Cr Accrual (B/S - Current Liabilities)

Prepayment
Dr Prepayment (B/S - Current Assets)
Cr Expenses (P&L)

AR 的范围包含所有 Accounts Receivable responsibility.
有关系到 Receivable 就是了。

嘻嘻! 有book record,但不知道是不是record错了.........

一天有200张cheques, 差不多每个星期都有进错, 给老板骂到"狗头"酱............

account只分为3个部门Bank / AR / AP, 少了什么部门?????
