Finance Manager
Job Responsibility:
- Prepare monthly analysis of cost and operational expenses against prior year and budget.
- Developing financial management mechanisms, and providing explanations and business solutions to help mitigate the risks.
- Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure.
- Maintain good relationship with the banking.

我公司是和人家share的..
可是问题公司的户口是我另外一个股东负责的

问题是 :

私人户口可以和公司户口share一个id用的咩?
我们有问她 为什 ...

我知道的是 PBB是personal & business 用同一个id的。

其他hsbc,mbb,hlbb是分开的。

确实是pbb私人和公司是一起的，例如我名ABC,然后我是director ABC.

但是你可以去银行弄互相看不到balance和transaction的.
当你log in 时你还是会看到personal和business 户口link,但是你按对方的东西会出现***************
所以还是P&C

Invoice oversea customer USD 18500.但是因为bank negara rules， foreign currency进来80%必须进MYR户口，剩余的20%进usd account. MYR account 进 USD 13830， USD account 进 USD 4610， 剩余的USD 60没收到钱。是否considered as bank charges?

本地采购原料都会有SST
请问这个10%的SST都会和原料一起进在Purchase Account
还是分开进SST Expense？
因为如果SST都加在原料
变成Inventory也会是cost + 10%SST了

Bank Charge, or bank fees. Either one works. 你Chart of account set 的是哪一個，就用哪一個。

公司類型？C Corp? S Corp? Sdn Bhd? Bhd? 遇到的都不一樣的。

Depends on 你的 SST is refundable? Or non refundable? If it's non refundable 價格就需要放 gross purchase value (cost + tax) if it's refundable, 你需要分開。在美國reseller can get sales tax refund, so I usually separate them.
