1. What do you think are the criteria applied in the search for Acquisitions.
Why are these important?
2. Please state one IFRS Standard and explain.
这两个问题是否有标准答案？还是随意发挥的课题？
第一是不是主要从 财务状况，生意类型，管理方式来评估？
第二的话是否能把其中一个 IFRS（cash flow)拿出来讲？
我是finance学生 不太了解这类accounting的问题，麻烦帮帮忙解答 |

请高人帮助, loan to director is prohibited by company act 1965.
如果是payment on behalf or company increase share capital by debiting amount owing from a director. then 是不是loan to director?多多帮忙. |

对, 那也是 loan to director 的一种.
追根究底, prohibition of financial assistance to acquire share of company 是因为 capital maintenance doctrine.
讀过 company law 的人都大約知道. |

什么都可以講. 找一個你很熟的 IAS/IFRS 來写. |
