富达获1.74亿基建合约

（吉隆坡15日讯）富达（PRTASCO，5070，主板建筑股）宣布，获得1亿7440万令吉巴生英达岛（Pulau Indah）工业园基础建设合约。

该公司今日向交易所报备，雪资产集团（KHSB）子公司Central Spectrum（M）私人有限公司，颁发该合约给富达旗下KPS-HCM私人有限公司。

KPS-HCM将为英达岛工业园第3C期发展项目进行基建工程。

富达会在18个月内，即7月5日至2019年1月5日之间，完成上述工程。

该公司预计，该合约会贡献今财年的盈利。【e南洋】

（吉隆坡9日讯）配合富达（Protasco Bhd）精简集团业务的内部重组计划，持股100%的子公司Ikram Greentech私人有限公司将持有一家新能源公司的51%股权。

建筑兼产业发展商今日向大马交易所报备，Ikram Greentech最初将以2令吉，收购冬眠公司Ikram Infra Bina私人有限公司的2股或100%股权，之后将被称为I2 Energy私人有限公司。

“I2 Energy计划进行新能源业务，并将缴足资本从2令吉，提高至10万令吉。”

根据富达，Ikram Greentech将持有I2 Energy的5万998股或51%股权，而Icon Energy Solutions和KI Engineering私人有限公司将分别持有45%和4%。

走出两年低迷．富达获大选主题护航

（吉隆坡20日讯）富达（PRTASCO,5070,主板建筑组）过去两年为盈利疲弱的转折年，预料旗下两大核心业务——道路保养及建筑领域未来两年盈利将扭转劣势、重现复苏。全国大选投资主题则是其短期激励“催化剂”。

联昌研究表示，预料其盈利将在2018及2019财政年复苏，特别是旗下道路保养领域较高赚幅的经常盈利贡献（42亿令吉订单）及7亿1800万令吉的建筑工程合约开始入账的支撑。

联昌指出，富达是承接政府道路保养合约最多的公司，估计2016年的道路保养市场占43%份额，也是唯一直接参与此领域上市公司，预料可从政府提高道路建筑及保养开销中受惠，即2017年开销大增逾200%，至59亿令吉。

2大核心业务复苏
竞标46亿合约

目前，富达旗下建筑业务正竞标46亿令吉新工程合约，特别在全国大选前推出。联昌认为富达的盈利有望在2018及2019财政年复苏，2016至2019年每股盈利复合平均成长率达10%水平。

目前富达股价比2016年高峰低19%，或比2018财政年杪调整净资产值折价55%。该行相信纠缠公司负面因素，已全部反映在股价里，包括令人失望的2016年业绩、2017年盈利料持续疲软及过去留下的问题等。

该行认为，反观目前富达潜在利好催化因素，主要是合约流复苏、全国大选投资主题、可负担房屋工程合约复苏等。

“富达旗下道路保养特许经营的稳定盈利，支持其派发丰厚的股息，预料其2017至2019年的股息派发率达60%（不包括潜在特别股息）。估计2018及2019年潜在周息率6至7%，为整体行业及小资本股之中最高。”

富达股价仅占道路保养业务的价值，即占其2018财政年每股调整净资产值2令吉39仙的44%，其余资产则是“免费奉送”，包括其建筑、产业发展、贸易／制造及教育等业务，则占调整净资产值的其余54%。

该行相信，富达的2017至2018财政年的风险回报率相当的诱人，该行开始将它列入研究名单，给予“加码”评级及合理目标价定在1令吉43仙，或等于2018财政年杪调整净资产值折价40%，或预测本益比14.3倍。

富達獲4.4億PPA1M合約

（吉隆坡21日訊）富達（PRTASCO，5070，主要板建築）獲頒4億4260萬令吉的一個馬來西亞公務員房屋計劃（PPA1M）合約。

富達向馬證交所報備，子公司富達發展私人有限公司將與KOP MANTAP有限公司共組聯營企業，攜手在布城建設1681間公寓單位。

“富達發展私人有限公司與KOP MANTAP有限公司將各持該聯營公司51%和49%股權。該合約料貢獻公司未來盈利表現。”

根據報備文件，加上是項合約，富達目前握有約9億令吉的建築工程訂單；同時，還持有總值42億令吉的道路維修訂單，估計可支撐公司營運至2026年。【中国报财经】

富达（PRTASCO，5070，主板建筑股）子公司富达发展私人有限公司获颁一马公务员房屋计划（PPA1M）的建筑合约，于布城建造1681间房屋，预计发展总值为4亿4268万令吉。

根据文告，富达发展将与另一家公司KOP Mantap合作发展上述项目，而双方的工作比率为富达占51%，而KOP Mantap占49%。

行家建议

这是富达获得的第三项PPA1M房屋工程，此前已完成首期工程，价值6亿令吉，且还在进行着价值3.01亿令吉的第二期工程。
此外，该公司也拥有第三期工程的意向书（LOI），价值1.2亿令吉。

虽然这项新颁合约与产业有关，但是富达将会放在建筑营业额，因为PPA1M项目的认购率高。

据悉，这项工程架构与之前两项PPA1M工程类似。

在获得这项工程之后，公司今年共获得3.48亿令吉的建筑工程，而订单合约则预计达7.56亿令吉。

虽然今年至今获颁合约总额超越我们全年目标的2.5亿令吉，但我们现在维持财测不变，因为最新第三季业绩显示盈利疲弱，归咎于进行中建筑工程的成本超支，及几乎没有售出产业。

富达拟派红股送凭单

（吉隆坡17日讯）为回馈股东，富达（PRTASCO，5070，主板建筑股）提议发红股和派送凭单。

公司今日向交易所报备，将以每6股配1股比例，发行最多至7078万2152股红股。

同时，再以每4股配1张比例，送出1亿617万3228张为期5年的凭单。

假设每张凭单的行使价定为98仙，股东在未来若行使所有凭单，富达最多可筹获1亿450万令吉，款项将用作公司未来的营运资本。

富达称，送红股和凭单可提高股东的参与率，并改善股票的流通率和交易。

发行红股后，假设所有股东行使凭单，该公司的股票规模，将从4亿2469万2914股，最多增至6亿164万8294股。

（吉隆坡14日讯）富达（Protasco Bhd）联号公司已与中央政府达成特许协议，维护砂拉越的联邦道路。

富达今日向大马交易所报备，DAL HCM私人有限公司已被授予751公里的部分联邦道路，进行日常维护、定期维护、紧急工程和其他活动。

DAL HCM是HCM Engineering私人有限公司持有30%的子公司，后者又由富达全资拥有。另外70%股权由D.A.L. Keluarga Realty私人有限公司所持有。

富达指出，这项10年的特许权将从今年9月1日开始。

该集团说，HCM曾在2003年获政府颁布15年的特许经营权，维护砂州诗巫、民都鲁和木胶部分的373公里联邦道路。这项特许权将于今年8月到期。

“新的特许权预计为集团未来盈利作出贡献。”

Protasco Berhad (“Protasco”) is pleased to announce that, DAL HCM Sdn. Bhd. (“DAL HCM”) has today entered into a Concession Agreement with  the Government of Malaysia (“Government”),  for the maintenance of the Federal Roads in the state of Sarawak, Malaysia ("New Concession"). HCM Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (“HCM”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Protasco, was awarded a 15-year concession by the Government of Malaysia on 14 July 2003 to maintain approximately 373 kilometers of Federal Roads in Sibu, Bintulu and Mukah divisions in the state of Sarawak, Malaysia. The 15 years concession shall expire in August 2018.    DAL HCM, which has a paid up capital of RM4,501,100, is 30% owned by HCM and 70% owned by D.A.L. Keluarga Realty Sdn. Bhd.    Under the New Concession,  DAL HCM is granted the right to undertake routine maintenance, periodic maintenance, emergency works and all other activities incidental to the performance of the said works on part of the Federal Roads consisting approximately 751 kilometers of roads or any other length as determined by the Government from time to time within the state of Sarawak, for a period of 10 years commencing from 1 September 2018.   The New Concession is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of Protasco Group.

Protasco Berhad (“Protasco”) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Empayar Indera Sdn. Bhd. has been awarded by the state Government of Perak both routine and periodic maintenance works for state roads in the State of Perak for a contract period of 5 years until 31 December 2024 with an extension of another 2 years until 31 December 2026 (“Contract”). The award is an extension of the existing maintenance contract with the state Government of Perak, which is expiring in December 2019. Description	CONTRACT FOR MAINTENANCE OF AGRICULTURAL ROADS IN THE STATE OF PERAK
Protasco Berhad (“Protasco”) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Empayar Indera Sdn. Bhd. has been awarded by the state Government of Perak both routine and periodic maintenance works for agricultural roads (jalan-jalan pertanian) in the State of Perak for a contract period of 5 years commencing from 1 March 2019 until 28 February 2024 with an extension of another 2 years from 1 March 2024 until 28 February 2026 (“Contract”). The award is an extension of the existing maintenance contract with the state Government of Perak, which is expiring in February 2019. The contract sum for the first 2 years shall be approximately RM90.1 million and will be subject to review every 2 years during the contract period of 5 plus 2 years. The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of Protasco Group.

Description	EXTENSION OF CONCESSION FOR MAINTENANCE OF THE PENINSULAR FEDERAL ROADS
Reference is made to Protasco Berhad's ("Company"/"Protasco") announcements on 14 March 2016 and 26 February 2018 on the concession for maintenance of Federal Roads in Peninsular Malaysia by Roadcare (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“Roadcare”), a subsidiary of the Company. The Company is pleased to announce that Roadcare has today entered into a Concession Agreement with the Government of Malaysia (“The Government”) for the extension of concession for maintenance of Peninsular Federal Roads within the Central – Eastern Regions,  comprising the states of Selangor, Pahang, Terengganu and Kelantan for a further period of 8 years, commencing from 17 February 2018 until 17 February 2026 ("Concession").   The Concession is expected to contribute positively towards the Protasco Group’s results for the financial year ending 31 December 2018.
