PBAHB wishes to announce that Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang Sdn. Bhd. (“PBAPP”), a subsidiary of the Company has on 21 September 2020 received the approval letter from the State Government of Penang to remain the Water Intake Fee at the rate of 3 sen per cu.m based on the annual actual production volume for year 2021 (“Proposed Water Intake Fee”). The State Government of Penang shall reserve the right to review the Water Intake Fee by end of year 2021 to determine the fee for the next 3 years. Please refer to the attachment for announcement details. This announcement is dated 24 September 2020.
