胡栋强：槟供水机构百万邮政代理费 遗憾首长仍逃避问责

（槟城25日讯）民政党槟州联委会秘书胡栋强说，民政党追究槟州供水机构赞助600万令吉予槟州足球公会，却把缴交水费邮政代理费让人民自行承担一事，槟州首长兼槟州供水机构主席林冠英仍然逃避槟州民政党的问责，继续让其他单位代他解释。
胡栋强表示感到遗憾，槟州政府先后通过槟州足球公会副主席格里奈尔和槟州供水机构首席执行员加瑟尼、反驳槟州民政党的责问，也质疑林冠英为何不敢坦然面对人民，亲自向人民解释为何槟州供水机构、不愿每年为人民承担100万令吉的邮政代理费，却可以先后赞助槟州足球公会600万令吉？
“根据槟州供水机构首席执行员加瑟尼日昨发表的文告，强调该机构每年已经津贴7477万令吉给人民，作为与该机构赞助给槟州足球公会600万令吉的比较，同时也解释了90仙的邮政代理费是由邮政公司收取。”
“但是，槟州供水机构的整篇文告里却没有针对我的提问做出解释，根本就是在企图模糊我所质疑的焦点。”
“从头到尾，我只是质疑为何槟州供水机构不愿为人民承担每年100万令吉邮政代理费，却可以阔绰赞助槟州足球公会600万令吉。我们都不曾反对该机构赞助槟州足球公会，更未否认该机构给予人民每年7477万令吉的基本用水量津贴。”
胡栋强周四发表文告指出，他认为槟州供水机构也不能将基本用水量的津贴总数与赞助槟足球公会总金额来做比较，因为两者是不同类别用途的金额数字，更何况基本用水量的津贴从前朝国阵执政槟州时期已经存在，这也并非行动党与民联执政后才有的津贴。

林冠英：槟供水机构拨300万 赞助槟足总明年球季

槟州足球队双喜临门，除了成功打入大马超级联赛外，队中2名球员也获选为国脚。由于球队达到目标，成功打入马超，槟州首席部长林冠英宣布，槟州供水机构将赞助槟州足总明年球季300万令吉。
他认为，这是一项槟州足球迷及州内人民期待的成功，并希望球队全力以赴，能够保留在超级联赛。
也是槟州供水机构主席的林冠英，周三在一项新闻发布会上，如此指出。
槟州足球总会会长阿力夫指出，该会2年前的承诺，今日已实现，这除了该会同人感到高兴外，槟州人民也十分欣喜。
他透露，目前槟州足球队已成功从首要联赛升级至超级联赛，而在过去的2年半，槟足总已把球队从丙组、乙组、甲组带至达到目标，以及队中2名球员也获选为国脚，这对槟足球队来说是一项荣耀。
此外，于本周五，槟足球队也在过去11年来，首次闯入大马会长杯决赛，对垒吉兰丹。

檳州水供機構 或付6150萬取水費

（吉隆坡7日訊）檳州水供機構（PBA，5041，主要板貿服）將針對3年期取水費，或支付檳城政府約6150萬令吉。
檳州水供機構向馬證交所報備，于2月26日接獲來自檳城政府的信函通知，指根據2016年至2018年的實際生產量，將取水費從每立方米3仙，調高至每立方米6仙，今日生效。
根據報備文件，有關取水費是項涉及檳州秘書機構（SSI）的相關人士交易活動（RRPT）。
檳州秘書機構是檳州水供機構的主要股東，截至去年12月底，持有后者55%股權。【中国报财经】
