资源基制造业务看俏　IOI集团缓解种植风险

（吉隆坡16日讯）IOI集团（IOICORP，1961，主板种植股）最新业绩表现符合大部份分析员的预测。分析员也普遍认为，原料成本料持续放缓，推高其油脂化学产品销量和赚幅，同时，以资源为基础的制造业务（RBM）将继续表现良好。

IOI集团最新出炉的2019财政年末季（截至6月30日止）盈利报捷，大涨30.17%，至4660万令吉；营业额则按年微跌3.55%，至17亿3820万令吉。惟受累于营运盈利走低及蒙受外汇兑换亏损，其全年净利减少近八成，至6亿3170万令吉；全年营收仅微滑0.43%，至73亿8560万令吉。

油脂化学业务良好

分析员认为，IOI集团末季核心净利减低至1亿5400万令吉，主要是因为种植业务和联号公司Bunge Loders的净利贡献走低。按季比较，净利下滑是因为较低的棕果串产量、棕油产品较低的平均售价（ASP），以及资源基础的提炼业务赚幅走低。

BIMB证券研究分析员表示，资源基础制造业务将继续表现良好，并可缓解种植业务潜在下行风险，而基于原料成本放缓，管理层也预期油脂化学业务将维持良好表现。

由于下砍棕油产品平均售价6%到8%，该分析员也下修2020和2021财政年盈利预测至7亿8900万令吉和10亿令吉。

同时，兴业投行分析员表示，尽管预期棕果串增长不佳，但以目前的原棕油价格看来，下游也将保持强稳的盈利。

“值得注意的是，IOI集团打算收购地库或并购的机会，这会带动未来的盈利或提高风险，则取决于所支付的收购价，及收购的资产是否会带来盈利增长。”

因预期较低的棕果串产量成长，分析员纷纷下调2020至2021财政年盈利预测约2%到10%。

此外，丰隆投行分析员补充，近期股价回调后令该股估值具吸引力。但达证券分析员则持不同看法，认为其股价已充分反映IOI集团的价值。

追踪IOI集团的分析员中，仅有一家给予“买进”投资评级，7家给予“中和”、“守住”和“与大市同步”投资评级，以及2家给予“卖出”投资评级。
