環境海事伊債展望負面

（吉隆坡12日訊）低油價衝擊顯現！大馬債券評估機構（MARC）下調環境海事資源（ALAM,5115,主板貿服組）面值2億3千萬令吉伊斯蘭中期債券的展望至“負面”。

大馬債券評估機構文告指出，上述債券的負面展望，主要反映環境海事資源截至2014年9月杪為止首9個月的營業額及盈利下跌情況。

文告指出，該公司債券降級，也反映岸外支援船只行業走軟的趨勢，特別是最近石油價格重挫，從而造成其財務表現更大波動潛能。

它指出，若是該公司的盈利及營業額止跌回揚，該公司上述債券的負面評估展望，將可回調至穩定評級。

惟在目前的低石油價格，預期石油上游領域公司的業務前景持續深具挑戰，若是造成未來12至18個月的合約流量放緩，預料使該公司的財務情況走軟，到時將下調其債券評級。

較早時，大馬債券評估機構确認其5億令吉伊斯蘭中期票據的A+IS評級，包括上述的2億3千萬令吉伊斯蘭中期債券在內。（星洲日報／財經）

環海資源 獲頒1000萬工程

（吉隆坡29日訊）環海資源（ALAM，5115，主要板貿易）子公司獲頒總值1000萬令吉的工程授權合約。

環海資源旗下環海Hidro（大馬）私人有限公司，是獲本地著名主要承包頒發合約，負責為吉打離岸附近維修項目，供應空氣飽和潛水服務。

環海資源向馬證交所報備，環海Hidro將于2月15日動工，整個工程料于3月底竣工。

根據報備文件，該合約預計能正面貢獻環海資源2015財年12月底收入和淨資產。

（吉隆坡5日讯）环境海事资源（ALAM，5115，主板贸服股）宣布，旗下独资子公司--环境海事资源（马）私人有限公司，获国油勘探私人有限公司（PCSB）颁发租船合约，以提供现租船（spot charter）。

该公司在文告指出，这项合约为期2年，从今年1月29日起至2017年1月28日，同时国油勘探私人有限公司有延长一年的选项。

环境海事资源（马）私人有限公司，在PCSB颁发的8种租用船只合约中，获得提供锚拖供应船、直补给船和工作船等7种租用船只合约。

（吉隆坡24日讯） 环境海事资源（ALAM，5115，主板贸服股）今日宣布，MDSV1公司与Wellspring Marine贸易公司签署谅解备忘录（MOU），以总值6000万美元（相等于2亿2200万令吉）收购离岸油田支援船。

根据文告指出， Deepsea Leader Venture公司旗下独资子公司--MDSV1公司的该项收购预计將在2015年4月中完成。

在完成收购后，將在大马和东南亚海域支援有关探勘与生產（E&P）活动。

环境海事资源认为，这项收购將有助于该公司的发展，以应付国际和本地日益增加的海洋支援服务需求，特別是油气领域的上游业务。

该项收购预料会对公司的未来盈利与资產带来正面贡献。

Description	ACQUISITION OF OFFSHORE SUPPORT VESSEL
INTRODUCTION The Board of Directors of Alam Maritim Resources Berhad ("ALAM” or "the Company") wishes to announce that MDSV 1 (L) Inc, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Deepsea Leader Venture (L) Inc, had on 24 March 2015, signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Wellspring Marine Trading Ltd for acquisition of offshore support vessel namely OLV Venture 1 for a total purchase consideration of United States Dollar: Sixty Million only (USD60.0 million). DETAILS OF THE NEW VESSEL OLV Venture 1 was built in 2014 and is currently registered in China. The offshore support vessel is of 85M DP2 6000 brake horse power (BHP) and classed under the American Bureau of Shipping Classification Society. The vessel is planned to be deployed in the operational waters of Malaysia and South East Asia to support the exploration and production (E&P) activities in the region. COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION The acquisition is expected to be completed by mid of April 2015. Upon completion of the acquisition, the vessel shall be registered to ply Malaysian flag. APPROVAL REQUIRED The acquisition is not conditional upon any approvals being obtained from any authorities. RATIONALE The acquisition is in line with the fleet expansion plan of the Group’s core business in providing marine support services to the offshore oil and gas facilities. This business segment will definitely help to spur growth with the increasing demands for marine support services, locally and internationally, in the upstream sector of the oil and gas industry. FINANCIAL EFFECTS The acquisition of the aforesaid vessel will be financed partly by proceeds from the New Share Issuance recently issued by ALAM and borrowing from financial institution with staggered payment structure. The new vessel is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings and net tangible assets of the Company for the financial year ending 2015 and beyond. Notwithstanding this, the acquisition of the vessel is not expected to have any material effects on the share capital and shareholding structure of the Company. （吉隆坡21日訊）環境海事資源（ALAM，5115，主板貿服組）船艦使用率有所改善，但興業研究對其合約更新前景憂心忡忡，預期2015財政年首季盈利表現趨疲。

與此同時，環境海事資源料在本月完成6千萬美元的OLV Venture 1的岸外支援船收購計劃，興業研究預期相關船艦初期將用於Talisman海底合約，隨後將競標區域長期合約。

“以4個月營運節省和51%股權計算，我們預計相關動作將提振環境海事資源2015財政年淨利5至10%。”
