新加坡电脑工作:
电脑维修人员 Desktop Support Enginner
Responsibilities: - Provide 1st and/or 2nd level support to Printers, Servers, Desktops support, VPN
- Provide helpdesk service to end-user, troubleshooting issues related to hardware, applications, networks and emails
- Experience & knowledge of Win XP, Win Vista, MS Office, Lotus Notes, printer mapping, etc
- Familiar with the concepts of basic LAN/WAN networking infrastructure
- Experience in desktop hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis
- Experience supporting end users for their daily PC usage problem
Requirements: - Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Computer, Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum few months experience in Desktop/Helpdesk support
- Effective in solving problems and recommend solutions if need arises
- Have a strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently while thriving in a team
Windows/Wintel/Unix Engineer
Responsibilities: - Installation/configuration, operation support and/or administration of Windows / UNIX servers.
- Installation, service setup, operation support and/or administration activities of various basic hardware and software in the Exchange service environment. (eg. server, storage, backup system, SMTP, MOM, anti-spam/virus, archival, etc).
Requirements:- Diploma or Degree holder with min 1 year experience in Wintel/Windows/Unix server administration and support.
- Experience in server migrating, Storage Area Network (SAN)/
Network Attached Storage (NAS)/ Virtual Tape Library (VTL)/Enterprise
back-up solution/ OS Hardening and performance tuning - MCSE and ITIL Foundation certification or other relevant certifications will
be advantageous
Network Engineer
Responsibilities: - Identify and propose network efficiencies, and optimise networks
- Perform routine network monitoring and maintenance of network devices
- Manage and provide regular updates on the implementation of projects assigned
Requirements:- Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- CCNA, CCNP, CCIE and other relevant certifications will be advantageous
- Min 1 year of experience in Network engineering, system administration / engineering.
- Experience in CISCO/ Alcatel network devises such as routers, switches, firewall, IP configuration etc
Desktop / Helpdesk Specialist
Responsibilities: - Provide 1st and/or 2nd level support to Notebook, Desktops and Networks.
- Experience & knowledge of Win XP, Win Vista, MS Office, Lotus Notes, printer mapping, etc
- Familiar with the concepts of basic LAN/WAN networking infrastructure
- Experience in desktop hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis
- Experience supporting end users for their daily PC usage problem
Requirements:- ITE NITEC/Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum few months experience in Desktop/Helpdesk support
- Fresh Graduates with good technical support skills are welcome to apply
IT Junior Manager
Responsibilities: - Be the leader to a team of school support personnel to provide end-user computing support to schools.
- Responsible to conduct regular customer visits, manage and possess people management skills to counsel support personnel.
- Assist to up-sell services, address escalated issues, billing queries and delegate assignments to support personnel.
- Coordinate desktop education programmes for Customers.
- Be the single-point of contact to Schools under your care, rollout and coordinate implementation activities in Schools.
Requirements:- Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- GCE “O” or “A” level or “SPM” English min B4
- Experienced in customer service, human resource coordination and contract administration.
- Singaporean, SPR & Malaysian are welcome to apply
IT Operations Specialist/ Data Center Operator
Responsibilities: - Perform level 1 server health checks, monitoring and perform batch runs.
- Ensuring system availability, scheduling/executing/monitoring batch jobs, migration to check in & out source codes, carrying out daily operations activities, onsite and offsite
- Media storage management of backup tapes, reports generation etc.
- To log and submit Incident management record in REMEDY and assigned to appropriate party
Requirements:- Diploma in IT/ Computer Science/ Engineering or relevant discipline
- Familiar with ITIL process (etc: incident management, problem management) and usage of ITSM management tools (eg:Remedy)
- Experience in operating Ms Windows servers and UNIX servers is an
advantage. - Shift work required.
- Open nationality.

hi realnormalman, network engineer 有不一样的工作范围，要看看你的工作经验是否符合公司的要求了， 需要 deal with Cisco products.
Ong仔， wintel engineer 也一样， 先需要了解你的工作性质是否符合公司的要求。
