We will organise a fun run at Pulau Ketam with detail as below:-

2.00pm Gathering at Jeti Port Klang
3.00pm Arrive Pulau Ketam
3.30pm Check In Hotel
6.30pm Dinner served
8.00-9.30pm Breathing workshop by Art of Living
10.00pm Rest time

19 Jun 2011
6.00am Gathering at Hwa Lian Primarary School
6.30am Warm up session
6.45am Fun Run start (~6km)
8.00am Breakfast served
10.00-11.30am Running Experience Sharing time.
12.30pm Lunch served
01.30pm Hotel Check out
2.00pm Gathering at Jeti Pulau Ketam
3.00pm Arrive Port Klang
3.30pm Dismiss

The cost as:-
KPAC member and its direct family member: RM100/pax
Non-member : RM150/pax
Adult and child will charge at same cost.

The cost will cover:-
2 way Ferry
1 night Hotel
1 Breakfast
1 Lunch
1 Dinner
1 Run4it T-shirt (available size only)

This trip only limit for 100pax as first come first serve.
The closing date as 01 Jun 2011.
