当了一年的programmer,想要找一份外面跑，hit target, 建立人脉的 sales job
当初选择当programmer 是因为不想浪费我用了四年所读的东西没用到...

考虑到银行的sales job benefit 应该不错下，但不是很清楚，希望一些资深的网友可以分享一下...
比如说
basic 会去到哪里？想知道会不会高过我现在的salary
sales 的范围，种类 - e.g. 信用卡, personal loan (不清楚)
target 会高吗。。。

一些好或不好的info。。。
如果有兴趣要做，要等他们开放面试还是自己寄resume过去？什么条件？

sale的银行工，坦白告诉你，basic很低。
高的basic, comm很低。
basic很低,comm很高，一些comm base的，comm还高过gm的工钱。

public bank的有2.8k的。
不过要你interview pass先。
不过comm不高。。。。

一部分是有的。
我有个朋友pbb在里面做。不过他说comm很少罢了。吃basic多。

就如我上面所问的，sales 出一张信用卡佣金RM50是高还是低？(不清楚是不是这样的数目）

For your information，银行的Sales其实有很多种:
1. 卖给普通人的 - Retail Banking / Consumer Banking
2. 卖给有钱人的 - Premier Banking / Private Banking
3. 卖给中小型企业的 - SME Banking
4. 卖给大型企业的 - Corporate Banking

1&2多数都是Comm Base的，而且如果Sales好的话Comm会赚到很够力。不过听说没有Bonus或是很少Bonus。
3的有听过Comm Base也有听过没有Comm的。
4的不了解，应该也不是Comm Base的。

3和4的每一年都会拿到不错的Bonus，而且除了Basic和Bonus，有时候还会有很多"外水"。

还有一个比较冷门的:

5. 卖给银行的 － International Financial Institutions / Correspondent Banking

听说Basic不错，Bonus中等，没有Comm，不过有很多出国公干的机会。
