股价7年挫近倍 布米亚马大 市值蒸发 107亿
2018年11月30日 布米亚马大 财经 （吉隆坡30日讯）大马钜商阿南达克里斯南旗下布米亚马大（ARMADA），上市7年 间饱经风霜，不仅股价从2012年的辉煌时期4.48令吉，至今猛挫97%到15仙的历史新 低，市值也蒸发约107亿令吉或92%！
值得一提的是，雇员公积金局（EPF）作为该公司主要股东之一，同期的持股价值也 惊跌90%或6亿9835万令吉。

布米亚马大股价从高峰时期，狠跌97%至15仙的历史新低；图为该公司旗下浮式 生产储卸油船。
EPF失血7亿
布米亚马大2011年于马股上市；根据年报，该股曾在2012年一度登上4.48令吉巅 峰，惟在年底收低于3.98令吉，当时的市值仍高达116亿5808万9000令吉。截至 2012年底，公积金局持有布米亚马大1亿9411万1500股或6.63%，价值相当于7亿 7256万3770令吉。
无奈好景不常，布米亚马大股价在2014年5月因业绩欠佳而开始陷跌。随后因非洲的 业务疑似面临营运问题，加上传言指大股东阿南达克里斯南寻求售股后，该公司股价 表现更是一蹶不振。
该股在2014年最后交易日跌剩1.09令吉（在附加股计划后经调整），全年下滑约 53%，市值大减至64亿令吉。直到2017年，布米亚马大已沦为仙股，去年底跌剩76.5 仙，市值再砍至45亿令吉。
近期油价在多项利空打击下呈弱，连累命运多舛的布米亚马大股价再暴跌至历史新 低，今日最低下探至15仙，市值仅剩约9亿999万令吉。
根据马证交所股票市集资讯平台，公积金局截至本月23日持有该公司4亿9475万或 8.43%股份，持股价值相等于7421万2500令吉，与2012年相比，共跌了90%或6亿 9835万令吉。 油价前景不乐观 卖压沉重股价写新低
国际油价近期因原油产量激增而萎靡不振，随着市场对供需失衡的疑虑加深，分析师 认为未来油价走势依旧不乐观。油价前景遭看空，作为岸外能源设施及服务供应商， 布米亚马大的股价也随之跌入黑洞，一度大跌21%至15仙，写下历史新低。
布米亚马大周五（30日）开市微扬0.5仙至19.5仙，随后转往南下；休市时，该股在 交投火热中跌2.5仙至16.5仙，半日已有1亿5404万1500股易手，冠压10大热门股 榜。
该股午盘间持续下挫，最低跌4仙或21%至15仙，创史上最低水平。闭市时，布米亚 马大报16仙，跌3仙，成交量2亿7912万6200股。

由于股价无故挫至历史低位，布米亚马大遭马证交所发出“异常交易活动”（UMA）质 询，要求该公司解释股价跌挫的原因，并交待可能导致股项异动的企业活动或传闻。
由于美国、俄罗斯和石油输出国组织（OPEC）产油国的原油供应过剩，让油价从10 月初至今下跌近三分之一。
“路透社”引述富拓外汇（FXTM）期货分析师卢克曼指出，市场对原油供应过剩及需求 下降的悲观情绪持续成为左右油价走势的主因，因此伦敦布兰特原油和纽约西德州中 质原油的前景依然看跌。 阿南达身家蒸发16亿
布米亚马大股价今年4月曾攀升至95仙，但随着股价于周五（30日）写下15仙新低， 若以16仙闭市价估算，大股东阿南达的持股价值迄今一并蒸发83%或16亿令吉！
阿南达透过Objektif Bersatu私人有限公司，目前持有布米亚马大34.9%或20亿4829 万股，为该公司最大股东。
布米亚马大股价于今年4月攀升至95仙，阿南达持有的这批股权当时价值约19亿4587 万令吉；与周五的16仙闭市价相比，其持股价值目前已挫至约3亿2773万令吉，共蒸 发16亿令吉或83%。
阿南达在2012年持有布米亚马大42.34%或12亿4049万2000股，以当年3.98令吉闭 市价估算，其持股值约49亿3716万令吉。
除了公积金局，国民投资机构（PNB）截至今年3月底，也持有该公司7亿5710万股或 12.9%股份；公务员退休基金局（KWAP）则持有1亿3090万股或2.23%。

Type | Announcement | Subject | OTHERS | Description | BUMI ARMADA BERHAD-NEW SUBSIDIARY | Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Bumi Armada Berhad (“Bumi Armada” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bumi Armada Offshore Holdings Limited (“BAOHL”), has on 8 January 2019 entered into a shareholders agreement with Cosmarq International Limited (“CIL”), and Corib Holdings Inc (“CHI”) to form a joint venture company known as Abaco Offshore Limited (“AOL”) for the provision of offshore procurement services to Armada Cabaca Ltd. (“ACL”) in connection with the FPSO services contract between (a) Eni Angola S.p.A. ("Eni") as charterer, and (b) a consortium comprising ACL as contractor and Angoil Bumi JV, Lda. ("ABJV") as operator in Angola.
AOL was incorporated on 16 August 2017 in the Republic of the Marshall Islands with an authorised capital of USD50,000 and paid-up capital of USD1,000. BAOHL holds 49.0% equity interest in AOL and the remaining shareholders are CHI and CIL holding 20.4% and 30.6% equity interest respectively. AOL is deemed as a subsidiary of BAOHL and an indirect subsidiary of Bumi Armada upon the execution of the shareholders agreement on 8 January 2019, which terms provides the Group control over AOL’s operations.

CIL is a limited liability company incorporated in Malta on 16 August 2018.
The authorised and paid up capital of CIL is Euro2,000.
The principal activity of CIL is investment holding.
Information of CHI
CHI is private limited company incorporated in Republic of Panama on 21 May 2004.
The authorised and paid up capital of CHI is USD10,000.
The principal activity of CHI is investment holding.
AOL as a subsidiary of Bumi Armada is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings or net assets of Bumi Armada Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2019.
None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of Bumi Armada and person connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in AOL.
