(吉隆坡30日讯)CYL企业（CYL，7157，主板工业产品股）截至1月31日的2011财年第4季，净利激增116%，并宣布派发每股4仙股息。

订单减少

CYL企业在2011财年第四季净利报108万1000令吉，比上财年同期的50万1000令吉，增加了116%。

但该公司期间的营业额只有1491万1000令吉，按年下滑了19%，上财年同期为1831万5000令吉。

CYL企业在文告中指出，营业额滑落主要是订单减低，净利上扬则因两季之间的保险金及雇员成本准备金的时差所促成。

2011财年全年，CYL盈利报37万2100令吉，比上财年的37万5300万令吉，稍微减低了0.9%。

CYL企业冀营业额增10%

（吉隆坡27日讯）CYL企业（CYL，7157，主板工业产品股）预计，该集团2013财年营业额可取得5%至10%的增长。

CYL企业董事经理曾悦利昨天在公司常年股东大会后向媒体指出，受客户增加推动，公司现财年营业额增长料可达将5%至10%。

“虽然我们有许多跨国公司的客户，但我们的营业表现以及本地经济走势，将主导公司的营业额走势。不过，要取得5%营业额增长将不是问题。”

曾悦利指出，CYL企业截至今年1月杪的财年，营业额按年下挫4.8%至6160万令吉。

“我们现财年共拨出880万令吉以充作资本开销，而400万令吉则用来提升机器设备。”

不随意多元化
他披露，CYL企业将继续投资在提升科技技术，包括提升高速机器以减低生产成本，并改善生产力和效率。

CYL企业的主要业务，是制造塑胶吹膜以及铸模容器。该公司在莎阿南设有每月产能500公吨的制造厂，至今已营运逾25年。

询及CYL企业有无计划投资其他领域时，曾悦利指出，CYL企业目前并没有投资其他领域的打算，而公司的专业是塑料包装领域。

“我们不能随意将业务多元化，不过，若有投资其他领域的机会，我们也会考虑。”[Nanyang]

最低薪影响 CYL企业净利料收窄

（吉隆坡25日讯）塑料包装业者CYL企业（CYL，7157，主板工业产品股）指出，在今年初推行最低薪金制后，或导致其截至2014年1月杪财年净利跌至200万令吉左右。

该公司董事经理曾悦利披露，该公司在2013财年净赚350万令吉。

他说：“2014财年净利收窄，主要是我们在今年初实行了最低薪金制，这将影响劳工成本、所得税开支以及营运开支。”

曾悦利今天出席股东常年大会后，向记者作出上述表示。

他预计，2014财年的劳工成本，将比2013财年增加180万令吉。

他续称：“同时，高企的原料成本也会影响净利。”

尽管成本上涨及该领域的竞争剧烈，该公司仍然强大，并将致力提高产量与效率。

曾悦利说：“我们已经确认与推行成本节省措施，以及不断改善机械科技，以加强生产过程。

“同时，我们也将维持与改善客户关系，以改善交货与产品品质。”[南洋网财经]

成本上涨兼令吉疲弱 CYL企业财报倒退

（吉隆坡8日讯）CYL企业有限公司（CYL，7157，工业产品组）公布，在截至2013年7月31日止第2季度，所取得的税前利润按年从131万8000令吉大幅下降至86万7000令吉。

至于营业额亦由前期的1795万7000令吉减少至1709万3000令吉。

该集团致函马交所表示，税前利润和营业额双双下降，主要是受到原料成本上涨，以及令吉汇价疲弱所拖累。

展望未来，它透露，在现财政年度持续竞争激烈的经营环境料将继续。

CYL企业补充：“董事局将会继续专注于提高生产效率，生产力和作业流程，以确保集团在本财政年度余下日子的财务报告能够令人满意。”[光华日报财经]

（吉隆坡25日讯）CYL企业（CYL，7157，主板工业产品股）2014财年末季由盈转亏，亏损7万7000令吉，上财年同期为66万2000令吉净利。

至于营业额则从1466万令吉，上扬2.82%至1507万3000令吉。

CYL企业表示，原料成本走扬、令吉疲弱促使汇率亏损、削减包装原料净价值，以及最低薪金制度和电费上调都是拖累表现走弱的主因。

至于全年净利按年下跌61.22%至135万3000令吉；营业额则微跌0.2%至6317万9000令吉。

CYL企业也宣布派发第二次中期免税股息4%，相等于每股2仙股息。【南洋网财经】
