数据的话好像在房产版那边有人提过，可是你去google看看过去发生过的房产泡沫破裂就知道，房产泡沫一旦破裂肯定是国家/区域/甚至全球性大灾难时所体现出来的
拿最近的一个次贷风暴来说就好了，recession就是因为高盛将这些房贷重新包装，转换成抵押债权转卖给其他国家和投资者，可是当中的risk他们并没有透露，这让很多投资者不知道所持有的债权究竟风险是多高，但是我个人觉得祸首是投资者抱着只要是老美丢出来的就一定是好的心态，而且一定也有很多的无知投资者头脑发热，别人说买啊买啊不买就被抢光了，就是这种贪婪的心态才会酿成recession；

还有另一个就是日本失去的10年，你去google下就会知道了；还有一个就是我们98金融风暴的时候了，那时候不要说房产，甚至是很多建到一半的大楼和百货商场全部停工，就这样空置着一直到现在，成为白粉仔的天堂。如果还不确定的话，自己可以回想回想98年的时候你记忆中看到的马奶下是怎样的就懂了。

成功食品今年淨利料增長18%

（吉隆坡27日訊）成功食品（BJFOOD，5196，主板貿服組）旗下餐飲業務銷售看俏，加上對未來成長計劃深具信心，預計現財政年淨利可寫下15%至18%按年成長。

該公司首席執行員拿督李國全在股東大會後表示：“隨進一步擴大印尼市場，加上從母公司成功集團（BJCORP，3395，主板貿服組）手中攫取星巴克咖啡的50%股權，料也將帶動營業額增長18%至20%。”

成功食品現財政年首季錄得285萬8千令吉淨利，按年成長10.22%，上財政年全年走高22.02%至寫下1千零59萬1千令吉淨利。

他預期公司於今年杪前在印尼另設5家“Kenny Rogers”分店，明年初則有3家，促使在當地的分店數量達到12家。

“我們相信在未來一年內，新分店將捎來1千500萬令吉營業額，並預計印尼業務會在明年中旬達到無虧盈。”

至於星巴克咖啡在國內分店，則料從現有120家，在未來5年內大幅增至200家。

李國全指出，目前成功食品將專注在大馬及印尼市場，暫時無意擴展其他海外市場，且沒有考慮爭取其他餐飲品牌的經營權。

另外，現場小股東也期望該公司穩定派息政策，至少每半年派發一次股息；上財政年僅派發3仙終期股息。（星洲日報／財經）

之前看了某位大大分享VT的炒作手法，喜欢把赚钱的放在新公司，呆账就放在旧公司，让新公司看起来好像很赚钱酱，看来此话真的事实

Berjaya Food 2Q net profit up 8% to RM1.62m

KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 8): Berjaya Food Bhd's net profit for the second quarter ended Oct 31, 2011 rose 8% to RM1.62 million from RM1.5 million a year earlier, due mainly to an increase of restaurant openings during the quarter.

It said on Thursday that revenue for the quarter increased 15.58% to RM18.18 million from RM15.73 million in 2010.

Earnings per share were 1.14 sen compared to 1.06 sen a year earlier.

It declared a first interim single-tier exempt dividend of 2 sen per share.

For the first six month ended Oct 31,2011, Berjaya Food’s net profit increased 9.54% to RM4.48 million from RM4.09 million. Revenue rose 15.60% from RM33.12 million to RM38.29 million.

Reviewing its performance, Berjaya Food said the higher revenue and pre-tax profit was mainly due to higher sales recorded as a result of additional restaurants operating during the current 6-month period as compared to the previous year corresponding period.

On its prospects, the company said that the opening of additional restaurants in the subsequent quarters in accordance with its business plan for Malaysia would likely enhance the its performance for the financial year ending April 30, 2012.

（吉隆坡8日讯）成功食品（BjFood，5196，主板贸服股）在截至10月31日止第二季内，净赚162万4000令吉，比上财年同期的150万4000令吉增加了7.98%。

现财年次季营业额也按年提升了15.54%至1817万7000令吉，上财年同期则报1573万2000令吉。

截至今年10月杪首半年内，该公司的净利累积至448万2000令吉，比上财年同期的409万7000令吉上扬9.40%。

派息2仙
该公司首半年营业额则上涨了15.64%至3829万4000令吉，上财年同期为3311万5000令吉。

截至今年10月杪次季内，该公司的每股盈利为1.14仙，比上财年同期的1.06仙提高了7.55%。

现财年首半年每股盈利则扬8.97%至3.16仙，上财年同期为2.90仙。

该公司董事部宣布，在现财年次季派发每股2仙的首次中期单层股息。

成功食品披露，除权日是在明年1月5日（周四），享有权益日期则在明年1月9日（周一）。[Nanyang]

每股盈利從3.04仙小跌至3.03仙。

首9個月營業額達6445萬8000令吉，較去年揚升19%。

淨利從808萬6000令吉增加8.6%至878萬2000令吉。

拓展大馬和印尼市場‧成功食品前景亮麗

（吉隆坡15日訊）成功食品（BJFOOD，5196，主板貿服組）的大馬、印尼擴展步伐穩健，大馬研究預測其前景亮麗。

在印尼未開發市場成長潛能佳，而國內城市與城郊地帶成長動力大，“星巴克”正式注入成功食品後，有助加強業務。

成功食品本財政年開21間KRR餐廳（大馬12間、印尼9間），也計劃擴展其他國家。在馬每年增15間KRR餐廳，直至200間。目前總共有88間KRR餐廳（77間在馬、印尼11間）。

4月截止本財政年仍有3千500萬令吉淨現金，2013財政年淨利2千190萬令吉，2015財政年淨利預測3千700萬令吉。扣除固定資產註銷（印尼KRR餐廳關閉與遷入大印尼購物中心），剛公佈全年淨利按年增長11%至1千100萬令吉，按季則挫39%至300萬令吉。

週四宣佈每股派2.5仙免稅股息，每股總派息4.5仙，或派息率56%，高於管理層承諾之40%派息率。目標價由1令吉25仙，調高至1令吉45仙。

你理解是错误的。。以上指的是该公司发售附加股配免费凭单。。
就是指除权日12/7前特有该股的股东-每特有5股就配有4股附加股权益。。

例子：
如你特有1000股BJFOOD，就会分配到800股right share。。
如想购买该附加股，附加股的发售价为rm 0.65，也就是0.65 x 800股 = rm 520

该免费凭单是当你买了附加股才附送的。。就是根据以上的例子你会再得到800股免费凭单。。

如是个人户口，会收到邮寄来的申请表格，填妥后附上银行汇票+贴上十块钱setem hasil再邮寄回给他们就行了。。如nominee，到时候只需联络经纪处理就行了。。
