面積各500英畝‧柏丹洽購柔森2州地段

（吉隆坡8日訊）柏丹（BERTAM，9814，主板產業組）正在柔佛以及森美蘭州洽談土地收購事宜，預計這兩處土地的面積將分別達500英畝。

柏丹董事經理陳愛忠表示，由於巴生河流域的土地日漸昂貴，導致許多土地發展商到都市外圍區尋找更實惠的土地。

“許多土地發展商已從巴生河流域的高檔地段，逐漸轉變成到外圍區購買中低價地段，我們也是如此。”

目前，該公司的地庫達800至900英畝，並表示往後不放過任何土地收購的機會。

陳愛忠認為，礙於今年經濟不景氣，恐怕會為產業銷售帶來一些阻礙，但公司位於哥打白沙羅較大型的產業銷售已接近完成，相信不會為公司帶來大的影響。

“至於其他較小的發展計劃如位於沙亞南峇都知甲、浮羅交怡等產業則會在2013至2014年完成，預計有足夠時間去推銷。”

有意進軍種植業
另一方面，陳愛忠表示，公司有意進軍種植業，但目前只屬初步階段，公司依然以產業作為公司發展核心。

“公司於去年中開始涉及橡膠種植業，並擁有約500英畝的種植地，我們不排除往後在該領域繼續發展，例如種植棕油等。”

陳愛忠表示，對於種植業方面，公司並沒有擬定長遠的計劃，惟正等待機會以圖發展。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡24日讯）柏丹联合（BERTAM，9814，主板產业股）今天宣佈，通过旗下的子公司--UH资本，將柔佛的8块地皮卖给KTLee產业私人有限公司，转手价是6350万令吉。

柏丹联合在文告中表示，脱售上述地皮不止可以从中赚取大约959万令吉，同时还可以释放这些地皮的价值。
