纳音英达拟私配筹782万

（吉隆坡3日讯）纳音英达机构（NICORP，4464，主板贸服股）建议私下配售最多占缴足资本的10%新股，料可筹得782万2000令吉。

根据文告，该批规模达7822万3000新股，将配售给该公司董事、大股东、执行董事、以及数位特定人士。

假设发售价为每股10仙，这项配售活动料能为公司筹集最多782万2000令吉。

其中，296万8000令吉给与购物广场整修开销、216万令吉作偿还债务、261万4000令吉将用作企业开销、剩余作配售活动成本。

纳音英达机构指出，公司将为位于森美兰Gateway Centrepoint购物中心作整修，其中开支包括建筑与设计顾问费146万5000令吉、监督成本60万1000令吉、以及整修开销90万2000令吉。

Bhd. (Company No. 309839-H) (“AL”), details as follows:- - 2,040,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each representing  51% equity interest in the share capital of Bitarex Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 262011-W) (“Bitarex”) for a cash consideration of RM1.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: One) only (“Bitarex Disposal”). - 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each representing  100% equity interest in the share capital of Consistent Harvest Properties Sdn. Bhd. （吉隆坡7日讯）基于无法达成协议条款，纳音英达机构（NICORP，4464，主板贸服股）终止一项在缅甸仰光联营兴建一座32层办公楼的了解备忘录。

这些备忘录是独资子公司Naim Indah City Development私人有限公司（NICDSB）与缅甸United Pacific Development有限公司在去年6月签署。

根据协议，该项计划原定在签署联营协议后的四年内竣工。【e南洋】

耐因英达进军房产‧最快年内推大型项目

（吉隆坡23日讯）耐因英达机构（NICORP,4464,主板贸服组）对大马产业发展市场充满信心，并计划进军产业发展，最快将於今年宣布大型住宅产业发展项目。

耐因英达机构董事经理拿督斯里萧瑞兴在股东大会後向《星洲财经》表示，看好大马产业发展前景，因此公司计划在未来专注於产业发展。

他说，该公司目前准备进军产业发展项目，也与相关单位在洽商，惟他不愿透露详情。

“我们希望在今年内能够宣布公司将进行的大型产业项目，会以住宅为主。”

萧瑞兴认为大马的房产价格稳定，不会出现泡沫。

该公司在此前涉及木材业务，惟在2014年已经停止该项业务。

另外，他希望公司今年将录得比往年更好的业绩表现。

据2015年年报，耐因英达成功由前期的亏损1255万3000令吉转为净赚143万9000令吉；营业额则涨88.81%至885万5000令吉。

截至2016年3月31日止首季，净利增长61.19%至10万8000令吉，营业额则大涨152.65%至233万2000令吉。

他说，耐因英达目前的营业额贡献来自工程管理资讯及将於今年9月重新营业的Gateway芙蓉购物中心的租金。

他补充，公司目前手握2项项目管理资讯，分别是拥有3年合约，工程管理谘询费约1800万令吉的Gateway巴生项目和合约期限5年，工程管理谘询费约2400万令吉的卡斯布拉瓦（Likas boulevard）。

萧瑞兴说，该公司也与中国公司洽商，以引进液化石油气输送管设施进来大马市场，惟尚在初步商讨阶段。

针对取消与缅甸联营发展产业计划一事，萧瑞兴说，主要是因为缅甸更换新政府，担心会使得批准程序延长，不过，他不排除一旦情况明朗化，会再度进军缅甸。
