（吉隆坡7日讯）纳音英达机构（NICORP，4464，主板贸服股）宣布，终止一项产业管理顾问合约，并预计将影响业绩表现。

该公司今天向马交所报备，在与Lagenda Erajuta私人有限公司取得共识后，双方已于今日起，终止在2015年2月时签订的巴生综合商业产业发展项目的管理顾问合约。

根据文告，合约终止的原因，是因为Lagenda Erajuta向有关当局申请转让土地和改变土地用途有所延误。

纳音英达机构指出，上述合约的终止，将会影响公司的净利和营业额表现。

第三季转亏196万

另一方面，纳音英达机构截至9月杪第三季业绩，按年由盈转亏，蒙受196万5000令吉净亏，上财年同期则录得3053万6000令吉净利。

公司向马交所报备，同期营业额亦暴跌84.9%，仅取得42万9000令吉，远逊上财年同期的283万3000令吉。

累计首九个月，公司依然净亏172万6000令吉；而营业额亦只录得713万2000令吉，按年挫11.9%。

展望未来，公司认为2017年末季和来临2018年的零售市场依然充满挑战。【e南洋】

The Board of Directors of NICORP wishes to announce that the Company and Lagenda Erajuta Sdn Bhd (“Lagenda”) had on 7 November 2017 mutual agreed to cease the Letter of Award for Project Management Consultancy for the mixed commercial development consisting of duplex shop office, hotel tower, anchor lot, cineplex and related external works at Lot 6879-6890 and 10293-10304, Mukim Klang, Daerah Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan (“LOA”) due to the delay in obtaining approval for the land transfer and changing in land usage status matters from the local authorities by Lagenda. The cessation of LOA would have an impact on the revenue and profit of the NICORP. This announcement is dated 7 November 2017.

（吉隆坡9日讯）耐因英达机构（NICORP,4464,主板贸服组）展开系列企业活动，包括发股偿债，以及私下配售30%新股，最多筹措2275万4000令吉来还债和作为营运资本。

该公司发文告表示，在今日于独资子公司——Consistent Harvest私人有限公司（CHSB）特定债权人和前董事拿督斯里萧瑞兴签署债务清算协议，将分别发售1亿3067万6712股新股和3亿3824万1690股新股，偿还托欠的770万令吉和1992万2435令吉债务。

随后，耐因英达机构拟向待定第三方投资者私下配售4亿1370万8500股新股，相等于扩大后缴足资本30%股权，发售价将由董事部稍后决定。

假设每股发售价为5.89仙，耐因英达机构将藉此筹措最多2275万4000令吉，其中233万4000令吉偿还其他债权人、1060万2000令吉偿还银行贷款、779万8000令吉作为营运资本，其余159万令吉则为购物商场的活动、行销和强化开销。

整个计划完成后，耐因英达机构缴足资本将从8764万5996令吉扩大至1亿4138万4258令吉，负债比将从现有的0.29倍降至0.04倍。

排除任何不可预见因素，该公司董事部预期整个企业活动将在获得大马股票交易所批准后的6个月内完成。
