联合种植拟从美股下市

（吉隆坡16日讯）联合种植（UTDPLT，2089，主板种植股）计划从美国那斯达克（Nasdaq）股市下市，该公司将在来临的股东特别大会上寻求批准。
在美国双边上市的联合种植，今日向大马证券交易所宣布此事，配合下市作业，公司将购回于那斯达克股市的股票。
该公司表示，维持那斯达克上市地位，已非公司的计划之一，因目前于那斯达克股市交易的股权，仅占联合种植已发行及缴足股本的4.6%。
“联合种植于那斯达克的股价表现缺乏动力，相较该股，在2010年至2012年于马股市的表现，较那斯达克高出10至23倍。”
此外，那斯达克股权交易涉及实体股权证书，并以支票支付股息，在行政上耗费更多时间与成本，该公司估计，若从纳斯达克股市下市，公司每年可节省50万令吉的上市维持费。
该公司指出，于那斯达克股市下市，并不会对大马上市的联合种植的盈利造成任何影响。[南洋网财经]

申請在納斯達克除牌 聯合種植下月開特大

（吉隆坡25日訊）聯合種植（UTDPLT，2089，主要板種植）下月12日將召開特別股東大會，尋求通過將在美國納斯達克（Nasdaq）上市股票，轉至馬股上市議案。
該公司今日在發佈給股東通知書指出，目前僅有4.6%繳足資本在納斯達克市場交易，自2010年開始，交易已越來越淡靜，續維持納斯達克上市地位，並不能惠及公司。
“2010年在納斯達克交易股本有134萬607股，相較馬股1344萬3800股相差約10倍，到了2012年僅有88萬2545股有交易，活躍馬股的達1982萬3100股，規模相差23倍。”
聯合種植說，一旦這項議案，在下月12日特別股東大會獲通過，將向納斯達克申請除牌。

联合种植第3季净利挫61%

（吉隆坡25日讯）鉴于产量减少且成本提高，联合种植（UTDPLT，2089，主板种植股）截至2013年9月30日财年第3季取得净利3904万1000令吉，比上财年同期的1亿31万8000令吉挫61%。
联合种植季度财报显示，第3季营业额报2亿1235万令吉，上财年同期为3亿840万1000令吉，跌幅为31%。
公司通过文告指出：“种植业是我们的核心业务，但由于产量减少、成本提高，以及原棕油价格下滑，拉低了当季业绩。”
合计3季，联合种植净利年跌35.7%至1亿6076万1000令吉，上财年同期是2亿5003万3000令吉；营业额则从上财年同期的8亿7912万5000令吉，下滑23.8%至6亿6987万6000令吉。[南洋网财经]

如没记错 United plantation 以前很稳的。是资優股。现在还是吗? 楼主什么时候买进? 我就收了很多年,看着它慢慢长大,舍不得卖了。之前缺钱,就卖了一些。过后就一直涨。后悔死了。

（吉隆坡24日訊）聯合種植（UTDPLT，2089，主要板種植）截至年底末季淨利微跌1.2%至9701萬令吉，上財年同期為9221萬令吉；不過該公司宣佈派發每股1.03仙股息。
單季營業額從3億426萬令吉，下滑7.9%至2億8035萬令吉。
聯合種植全年淨利下挫26.4%至2億5183萬令吉，上財年為3億4224萬令吉。該公司全年股息亦從1.25令吉，減少至1.03令吉。
全年營業額從11億8339萬令吉，下挫19.7%至9億8022萬令吉。聯合種植業績表現走低，主要受較低產量、較高生產成本和低原棕油銷售價格促使。

联合种植：棕油价上看3000令吉

（吉隆坡4日讯）联合种植（UTDPLT，2089，主板种植股）表示，若乾燥气候对油棕作物造成破坏，今年棕油价格或从目前的水平，上升6%至每公吨3000令吉以上水平。
创17个月新高
大马棕油基准期货合约价格，在2014年已上升15%之多，週一（3日）更上探每公吨2860令吉水平的17个月新高，这主要是因为市场预期炎热与乾燥的天气，將影响大马及印尼的收成。
另外，鉴于乾燥气候影响，一些市场人士预测大马2月份的棕油產量將从1月份的151万公吨下跌12%至13%。
然而，也有一些人认为，来自主要消费国--印度及中国疲软的需求，以及全球油籽供应重组，则將抑制棕油价格的上涨走势。
联合种植首席执行员卡尔柏尼尔森则认为，2014年棕油价格將会介于每公吨2500令吉至3000令吉之间。
尼尔森今日是在出席大马交易所的棕油及月桂油大会时，接受《路透社》记者的访问，发表上述的谈话。
他指出，若印尼提高生物柴油的棕油含量要求至10%，加上，未来4周依然没有下雨，价格相信会进一步走高。

（吉隆坡28日讯）种植、提炼业务和印尼盾兑令吉走强带动，联合种植（UTDPLT，2089，主板种植股）截至3月31日首季净利扬35.75%至8774万5000令吉。
首季营业额则增21%至2亿6102万5000令吉，去年同期为2亿1571万7000令吉。
该公司计划今年在本地大面积重新种植旧油棕地，而印尼地区的业务将处于生产期，很大程度上有助抵销大马生产受损的影响。

次季淨利勁挫20% 聯合種植派息75仙

（吉隆坡25日訊）匯率波動拖累，聯合種植（UTDPLT，2089，主要板種植）本財年截至6月底次季淨利卻勁挫20%至4584萬令吉，儘管如此，公司仍大方派發每股75仙股息。
聯合種植今日發佈最新業績，次季營業額按年增2.5%，錄得2億4782萬令吉。
該公司本財年首半年營業額按年增11%至5億884萬令吉，淨利起10%至1億3359萬令吉。
聯合種植主要業務為種植業務，稅前淨利按季增12%，主要因原棕油產量走高，及銷量因全球蔬菜油價格獲改善而走高。
股價漲22仙
“原棕油和棕櫚仁產量按年增8.8%和1.3%。”
展望未來，該公司遇見未來因大豆產量在今年和明年增加，以致未來前景備具挑戰，國內和印尼原棕油存量會比今年6月預期的來得更高。
“我們未來銷售政策是降低價格，及翻種一些種植區域以降低產量。董事局預計，今年業績將會如往常般。”

根据文告，第三季净利达7169万令吉，或相等每股34.5仙，胜于去年同期的3904万1000令吉，或每股18.76仙。
同时，营业额从2亿1235万令吉，按年增长32.18%，至2亿8069万3000令吉。
