联合种植净利跌30%

（吉隆坡27日讯）受种植和提炼业务拖累，联合种植（UTDPLT，2089，主板种植股）截至3月31日首季，净利按年下跌30.31%。
今日，公司公布首季净赚6115万令吉或每股盈利29.43仙，低于上财年同期的8774万5000令吉或42.23仙。
同时，营业额则从2亿6103万令吉，按年收窄10.39%，达2亿3392万令吉。
联合种植表示，东南亚棕油产量增加，加上美国和南美洲的大豆油收割活动增加，将会冲击原棕油价格。
从目前的棕油和棕榈仁价格来看，董事部认为前景更具挑战。【南洋网财经】

徵地收益‧種植業務改善‧聯合種植次季多賺52%

（吉隆坡24日訊）聯合種植（UTDPLT，2089，主板種植組）得利於西海岸大道徵地的一次性收益，加上種植業務改善，截至2015年6月30日第二季淨利按年上揚52.01%至6千968萬5千令吉。
不過，種植業務疲弱，該公司半年淨利仍下跌2.06%，至1億3千零83萬5千令吉。
營業額方面，聯合種植在第二季按年成長3.18%至2億5千569萬2千令吉，半年則下跌3.78%至4億8千960萬8千令吉。
該公司發文告表示，淨利得以成長，主要是因為土地被西海岸大道徵用而獲得990萬令吉及生產成本下跌。
聯合種植表示，原棕油、棕仁及椰子產量在期間分別成長11.3%、8.9%及19.1%，但生產成本卻下跌8.5%、9.1%及2.7%。
煉油廠淨利跌19%
煉油廠方面，該公司因為競爭導致銷售下跌及匯率換算對衝，導致第二季稅前淨利下跌19.2%。
聯合種植表示，預計可能在下半年出現的厄爾尼諾（El Nino）現象影響低於預期，加上原油跌價，全球植物油行情面對沉重打擊。
該公司認為，值得慶幸的是，馬幣兌美元較去年下跌30%，可抵銷部份低原油跌價的衝擊。
該公司指出，雖然原棕油市場目前走勢欠佳，但該公司採取的預先鎖定售價措施可以減輕前述衝擊。同時，印尼產量增加，抵銷大馬產量因園丘翻種而減少的影響，該公司有信心全年業績仍可令人滿意。（星洲日報／財經）

联合种植净利扬23%

（吉隆坡23日讯）联合种植（UTDPLT，2089，主板种植股）截至9月30第三季，净利按年增23.1%，并且派发每股30仙股息。
在产量增加以及成本减少的推动下，该季净利从去年的7169万令吉，升至8823万7000令吉。
而营业额则从去年的2亿8069万3000令吉，萎缩4.8%，录得2亿6721万9000令吉。
另一方面，联合种植也在业绩报告中指出，通过政府收购旗下土地，以作西海岸大道相关工程用途，该公司从中获得990万令吉税前收益。
另外，联合种植宣布派发每股20仙中期股息，以及每股10仙的特别股息，两者的除权日皆在12月4日，并于同月18日派发。【南洋网财经】

聯合種植首季賺5976萬

（吉隆坡25日訊）由於生產成本增加，聯合種植（UTDPLT，2089，主板種植組）截至2016年3月31日止第一季淨利按年跌2.28%至5千975萬5千令吉，前期為6千115萬令吉。
生產成本增
首季營業額則報2億5千958萬令吉，按年成長10.97%。
該公司董事部透過文告說，集團種植業務的稅前盈利在首季大跌24.8%，原因是產量下滑和生產成本走高；期間，原棕油和棕仁油產量分別下滑19.2%和7.1%。
此外，原棕油平均售價在今年首季依然按年小跌0.6%，歸咎於印尼原棕油平均售價下跌，棕仁油平均售價則小揚1.2%至每公噸1千721令吉。
提煉業務則因收復前期的未兌現外匯虧損，而在首季錄得3千400萬令吉稅前盈利。
整體而言，董事部表示由於厄爾尼諾（El nino）現象影響了大馬和印尼油棕業，集團位於印尼的園地產量首季大跌。
“雖然印尼面對的氣候性問題已經改善，但大馬氣候環境依然惡劣，這使棕油產量存在下滑隱憂，並刺激棕油價近期出現反彈，從1千900令吉低點攀升至2千650令吉。不過，由於美國大豆產量看漲，棕油價欲進一步復甦非常困難。”
另外，該公司補充若政府繼續凍結引進新外勞，勢必對集團造成負面影響，造成人手短缺。

聯合種植 首半年淨賺1.3億

（吉隆坡1日訊）聯合種植（UTDPLT，2089，主要板種植）指，較低的稅務支出帶動，其截至6月底次季營業額按年揚8.6%至2億7773萬令吉，淨利則起3.8%至7235萬令吉。
聯合種植向馬證交所報備指，本財年首半年營業額按年揚9.7%至5億3731萬令吉，淨利則微揚0.97%至1億3211萬令吉。
文告指，聯合種植在今年將持續其翻種計劃，將已成熟且產量減少的油棕園進行翻種。
聯合種植也估計，棕油價格將保持在當前水平，並預見在不久的將來禁聘外勞政策有望放寬，因此展望本財年財報將達預期。
短期對盈利貢獻有限
聯合馬六甲與PE Bintang Gemilang Permai 成立聯營合作，后者持有印尼蘇拉威西中部5萬9900公頃工業種植地經營權。該公司長期面積擴展潛能備受看好，但短期內對盈利貢獻有限，因屬初步開發工程。
肯納格證券研究說，據悉聯合馬六甲有意持有聯營公司60%股權，並在這6個月的精明審核期間具有獨家權益。

維持“跑贏大市”評級
原棕油價格料于第3季下滑，不過聯合馬六甲2017財年首季業績相信有所改善，平均2.38萬公噸的每月鮮果串產量已超越截至4月底末季的產量表現。

联合种植首季赚7767万
2017年4月26日
（吉隆坡25日讯）由于种植业务业绩表现亮眼，激励联合种植（UTDPLT，2089，主板种植股）截至3月杪首季，净利按年上涨29.98%至7766万8000令吉，或相等于每股37.38仙。
联合种植向交易所报备，上财年同期的净利为5975万5000令吉，或相等于每股28.76仙。
旗下的种植业务税前盈利，从8413万5000令吉，按年增长22.7%至1亿322万4000令吉。
该公司称，种植业务税前盈利录得按年增长，主要是因为与上财年同期比较，产量增加及生产成本较低。
营收增46%
另外，该公司首季营业额从2亿5958万令吉，按年增长46.09%至3亿7923万3000令吉。
根据市场现有的棕油及棕仁油价格，以及公司远期销售政策里的价格，再加上翻种区中大部分将进入成熟期，联合种植董事部虽然知道未来仍充满挑战，不过，预计公司本财年将交出令人满意的业绩。【e南洋】

联合种植次季净利涨52%

（吉隆坡31日讯）种植业务业绩表现亮眼，激励联合种植（UTDPLT，2089，主板种植股）截至6月杪次季，净利按年上涨51.69%，至1亿975万2000令吉，或相等于每股52.82仙。
联合种植向交易所报备，上财年同期的净利为7235万2000令吉，或每股34.82仙。
次季营业额也按年上涨27.91%，从2亿7773万4000令吉，提高至3亿5526万2000令吉。
累计首半年，净利按年上扬41.87%，至1亿8742万令吉；而营业额按年增加36.70%，至7亿3449万5000令吉。
旗下的种植业务税前盈利，从上财年同期的1亿3840万令吉，按年增长53.3%，至2亿1220万令吉。
该公司表示，与上财年同期比较，种植业务税前盈利走高，归功于产量增加、原棕油与棕仁价格走高，以及生产成本较低。
董事部提及，今年上半年我国与印尼的原棕油产量显著复苏，这导致原棕油价下跌并触及每吨2400令吉的水平。
虽然前两年的埃尔尼诺（El Nino）导致鲜果串产量下跌的影响已经结束，但预计原棕油产量今年的复苏力道，或许不会比预期的还要多。而这也导致近期的原棕油价上涨至每吨2700令吉。【e南洋】

第三季净利增19%
联合种植派息30仙
2017年11月13日
（吉隆坡13日讯）联合种植（UTDPLT，2089，主板种植股）在截至9月杪的第三季净利按年增18.8%，另宣布派发每股共30仙的股息。
该公司向交易所报备，净利从去年同期8313万7000令吉或每股40.01仙，提高至今年的9876万4000令吉或每股47.53仙。
营业额也从去年的2亿9367万1000令吉，提高26.3%至3亿7082万令吉。
联合种植在财报指出，按季比较，该季种植领域营业额和税前盈利，分别减少9%和12.2%，归咎于原棕油与棕仁价格按年分别下跌2.8%和30.5%。
而在提炼业务方面，受惠于销量增加、商品价格上涨以及对外汇进行护盘，营业额和税前盈利，按季分别提高14.7%和6.0%。
3季赚2.86亿
累计首9个月，净利年涨33%至2亿8618万4000令吉或每股137.73仙，营业额录得11亿531万5000令吉，年增33%。
此外，该公司也宣布派发中期股息和特别股息，分别为每股20仙和10仙，除权日皆在本月24日，派息日于12月14日。【e南洋】
