重大賽事加重成本‧ASTRO上半年料賺2.6億

（吉隆坡18日訊）ASTRO公司（ASTRO,6399,主板貿服組）第二季業績可能低於預期，主要是因為世界杯和亞運會等重大賽事的內容成本偏高所致，聯昌研究預測2O15上半年淨賺2億5千萬至2億6千萬令吉左右，次季派息2至2.25仙。

聯昌因此下砍2015至2017財年財測2至4%。

頂盒機完成更換助提昇營收

不過，該公司淨利有望持續正面成長，看好頂盒機（STB）完成更換後有助於提昇營收，維持“加碼”評級及目標價3令吉90仙不變。

該公司將在本週五傍晚宣佈2015財年第二季業績，聯昌相信，將續取得正面淨利成長，不過大型運動節目，如6月世界杯及9月亞運會高內容收費，會導致運作成本增加。

據近期媒體報道，ASTRO公司委任Kantar媒體-電視觀眾統計（TAM）公司收集頂盒機（STB）用戶資料，料可提供準確用戶行為數據，有助於目標市場規劃及內容開發。

ASTRO公司的營業額主要視其用戶人數拓展及用戶平均收益（ARPU）提昇的能力。

聯昌相信，近期推出的Measat3-B衛星將迎合未來幾年的拓展需求及計劃加速推出新頻道，尤其是高清頻道。

“隨著頂盒機2014財年完成更換，B.yond平台用戶滲透率料在2015財年首季增至73.9%或290萬個家庭，潛在推出更多附加值產品及服務於400萬個客戶，持續成為國內最顯著的付費電視業者。”

B.yond平台有290萬用戶，不過高清滲透率僅約45%或180萬戶，聯昌預測，當更多用戶提昇至更佳視覺體驗時，2016財年的高清用戶人數將增至240至250萬，料提昇用戶平均收益，從目前的97令吉10仙增至104至105令吉水平。

ASTRO公司將持續成為大馬收費電視主導，受高用戶人數、用戶平均收益及廣告開銷成長催化，聯昌看好2015至2017財年盈利將持續上揚，3年每股盈利符合年增長率26.3%，2015年週息率4.1%。

由於該公司從今年6月的高峰迄今下跌12%，預見股價會回彈，提供趁低累積機會。

（吉隆坡18日讯）国际电视收视率统计（TAM）公司Kantar媒体（Kantar Media），受委担任Astro（ASTRO，6399，主板贸服股）用户资讯统计公司，将负责机上盒用户回传资讯的管理与统计。

在Kantar媒体协助下，Astro未来将可监督及追踪用户的观看习惯，并可统计出最受欢迎的频道以及服务，同时也可收集广告时段的收视数据。

Astro在文告中指出，所采用的创新服务DynamicTAM（DTAM）也可为至今尚未统计的收视数据，如节目回看、随选影片（VOD）及互动电视等进行平均统计与分析。

调整节目规划

这项服务，也包括收集Astro与免付费电视频道广告时段的收视率情况。

Astro总营运长陈宝福在文告中表示，与Kantar媒体的配合，可进一步改善电视收视率统计方式，并可借助DTAM系统的用户使用习惯资讯，调整公司未来的节目规划。

他说，相关资讯也让广告商直接锁定特定顾客群，进行更具效率且目标性的宣传活动，提高广告投资成效。

文告指出，国内有70%观众观赏多元频道，这个数目不断增加中，DTAM可为电视媒体业提供稳定的统计资讯，反映出快速变化的用户使用习惯。【南洋网财经】

ASTRO次季淨利升39%

（吉隆坡19日訊）ASTRO公司（ASTRO,6399,主板貿服組）的收費電視營收增加和融資開銷減少，帶動截至7月31日止第二季淨利躍升39.28%，從9千883萬3千令吉增至1億3千765萬9千令吉。

首半年淨利也上揚24.90%，由2億1千296萬8千令吉提高到2億6千599萬1千令吉。

次季和半年營業額分別增加13.54%和12.49%，各報13億4千915萬3千令吉和26億零300萬8千令吉。

派息2.25仙

董事部建議派發2.25仙股息，除權和享有日期分別是10月2日和7日。

該公司在初步報告中說，第二季營業額增加13.54%，歸功於註冊用戶營收、廣告和其他項目分別提高9千250萬令吉、1千270萬令吉和5千560萬令吉。

“註冊用戶營收提昇，是受到付費電視住戶平均收益增加3令吉10仙至98令吉，人數也提高12萬6千800至348萬5千600的提振。”

該公司表示，執照收益增加4千560萬令吉，NJOI解碼器銷售額達800萬令吉，提高了其他項目的營業額。

“電台聽眾評價良好，促使這項業務的營業額增至7千180萬令吉，比前期的6千560萬令吉增加了620萬令吉。”

淨利方面，第二季營運盈利增加5千760萬令吉，融資開銷也減少1千910萬令吉，抵銷稅務增加2千660萬令吉、機頂盒折舊費790萬令吉和軟件攤銷費390萬令吉，是單季淨利表現搶眼的主要原因。

該公司指出，除了爭取英超、亞運等內容，他們也與依斯干達松木影城（Pinewood Iskandar Studios）合作推出原創節目。

（吉隆坡22日訊）市場普遍樂觀看待ASTRO公司（ASTRO,6399,主板貿服組）2015財政年的業績前景，惟疲弱的消費情緒是該公司需關注的潛在風險。

ASTRO公司次季淨利躍升39.28%，帶動上半年淨利上揚24.90%至2億6千599萬1千令吉，普遍與市場的預測相符。

大眾研究透露，ASTRO公司管理層維持其2015財政年雙位數營業額增長的目標，主要受益於更高的每月用戶平均收入（ARPU）、廣告開銷（ADEX）以及授權收入。

管理層冀2015年可達35%賺益

此外，該公司在次季佔營業額38%的節目內容成本，預計會在下半年因世界杯賽事結束而恢復至32%左右的正常水平，管理層相信2015財政年可達到35%的營運盈利（EBITDA）賺益。

興業研究指出，管理層冀望營運盈利賺益會在未來3至4年間提高到40%水平，主要依靠有效的成本管理以及專注於成長領域。

隨著MEASAT-3B衛星發射後，ASTRO公司計劃增設額外18個新轉發器。該公司也預定在11月推出首個購物頻道，管理層估計此業務將可在未來4至5年內帶來5億令吉的營業額貢獻。

不過，在疲弱的消費情緒下，該公司在次季面對9.9%的客戶流失率，較前期的8.5%更高，導致該季度的付費電視只淨增1萬6千名用戶。

考慮到政府更多的潛在津貼合理化計劃，聯昌研究認為ASTRO公司來臨的新用戶量充其量只能取得溫和的增長。

駁回AV亞洲3億索賠 Astro大馬未違反協議條款

（吉隆坡13日訊）Astro大馬（ASTRO，6399，主要板貿服）獨資子公司東亞衛星（MBNS）遭AV亞洲（AV Asia）起訴一案，獲仲裁庭裁定並無違反協議條款，同時駁回AV亞洲3億令吉的索賠。

仲裁庭也指示，AV亞洲需支付總值105萬1554美元（約342萬7856令吉）堂費給東亞衛星。

Astro大馬今日發佈文告指出，公司是在上週五（10日）接獲仲裁庭的決斷，指明東亞衛星並無違反與AV亞洲的協議條款。

“該仲裁程序是針對AV亞洲起訴東亞衛星，在衛星天線製造與供應中，違反一份誌期2008年8月1日的互不透露協議條款。”

文告說，仲裁庭裁定，東亞衛星並無違反這項互不透露協議，同時也駁回AV亞洲3億令吉的索賠，並諭令AV亞洲支付105萬1554美元堂費給東亞衛星。

上述仲裁是在吉隆坡區域仲裁中心（KLRCA）于今年7月14日至18日進行。【中国报财经】

Description	ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS - MEASAT BROADCAST NETWORK SYSTEMS SDN BHD ("MBNS") VS AV ASIA SDN BHD ("AV ASIA")
We refer to our previous announcements dated 23 October 2012 and 29 August 2013 in relation to the arbitration proceedings between AV Asia and MBNS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad (“the Company”). By way of background, on 12 October 2010, MBNS was served with a claim by AV Asia. Tele System Electronic (M) Sdn Bhd (“Tele System”) was named as second defendant. AV Asia is alleging that MBNS had breached the terms of a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement dated 1 August 2008 (“MNDA”) and has sought the following remedies: (a)       an injunction restraining MBNS from making use of any confidential information and from supplying to its customers satellite dishes which were allegedly manufactured using such confidential information; (b)       an injunction against Tele System from making use of any confidential and from supplying to MBNS and/or MBNS’s customers satellite dishes which were allegedly manufactured using such confidential information; (c)       damages of RM4,410,000 for research and development and mould die cost; (d)       damages for loss of commercialisation in the sum of approximately RM1.342 billion; (e)       delivery up of documents containing confidential information; (f)        further and/or in the alternative an inquiry into damages suffered or at AV Asia’s option an account of profits made by use of the confidential information; (g)       exemplary and/or aggravated damages; and (h)       further or other relief and costs. On 10 December 2010, the High Court granted MBNS a stay of proceedings pending reference to arbitration pursuant to Section 10 of the Arbitration Act, 2005 (in light of the existence of an arbitration clause found in the MNDA). AV Asia appealed to the Court of Appeal against the High Court’s decision but this appeal was heard and dismissed with costs by the Court of Appeal on 12 May 2011. Subsequently, AV Asia filed an application for leave to appeal to the Federal Court but the Federal Court had on 28 August 2012 dismissed AV Asia’s application for leave to appeal. This meant that the dispute will have to be finally determined by arbitration. AV Asia also filed an application for an interlocutory injunction against MBNS to restrain MBNS from making use of any alleged confidential information supplied by AV Asia and from supplying to MBNS’ customers whether directly or indirectly any satellite dishes in the manufacture of which any such alleged confidential information has been used. However AV Asia’s application was dismissed by the High Court on 27 May 2011.  AV Asia appealed to the Court of Appeal against the High Court’s decision but their appeal was dismissed by the Court of Appeal on 12 September 2011. AV Asia subsequently filed an application for leave to appeal to the Federal Court.  Although the the Federal Court allowed AV Asia’s application for leave to appeal, the Federal Court upon hearing the appeal, subsequently dismissed AV Asia’s appeal with costs. On 23 October 2012, MBNS filed a notice of arbitration at the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA), seeking amongst others, a declaration that MBNS is not in breach of the MNDA. AV Asia filed a Counterclaim in the arbitration proceedings seeking a declaration that MBNS had breached the MNDA and sought, inter alia, the following relief: (a)   an injunction to restrain MBNS, Tele System and Global Invacom from using the alleged confidential information and from manufacturing satellite dishes using the alleged confidential information; (b)   an order to destroy or deliver up documents containing alleged confidential information; (c)   damages of RM300 million (as opposed to the RM1.342 billion initially claimed in the court filing); (d)   alternatively, an inquiry as to damages for alleged breach of the MNDA; (e)   special damages of RM4,410,000; (f)    further or alternatively, an account of all the profits made by MBNS, Tele System and Global Invacom from the use of the alleged confidential information. The arbitration proceedings were held at the KLRCA from 14 July 2014 until 18 July 2014. The Company wishes to announce that on 10 October 2014, MBNS received the decision of the Arbitral Tribunal.  The Arbitral Tribunal ruled that MBNS is not in breach of the MNDA and dismissed the Counterclaim of AV Asia.  The Arbitral Tribunal also ordered AV Asia to pay costs in the sum of USD1,051,554 to MBNS. 月费及节目转播带动收入 Astro明年营收看涨

（吉隆坡13日讯）Astro（ASTRO，6399，主板贸服股）指出，随着收入增加，公司营业额预计在明年将有所成长。

总执行长拿督罗哈娜诺珊日前在Astro新频道推介活动指出，公司主要的收入，来自于签订频道费用和区域地区的节目转播及版权，广告收入只占了6至7%，对于将在明年实施的消费税（GST），罗哈娜诺珊表示，已经向用户征收了6%服务费，所以，GST的影响不大，用户不必担心费用上涨的问题。

高清广播涨至RM25

另外，总营运长陈宝福指出，加上这次推出的10个新频道，用户将可通过Astro观赏超过180个频道节目。

另外，高清广播费用将在12月1日起，从原本的20令吉调涨至25令吉。而上一次的费用调涨是在2009年。

如今，Astro有420万户家庭订购，在全国拥有1600万名观众。

另一方面，艾芬黄氏投行的分析员指出，基于61%的Astro用户有签订高清频道配套，因此，在2015财年的第2季度，每名用户平均营业额（ARPU）将会达到98令吉。

分析员也说，Astro的股价可能会受通货膨胀和低落的消费情绪所影响，不过，目前仍给予“增持”和3.70令吉的目标价格。【南洋网财经】

Astro大馬（ASTRO，6399，主要板貿服）計劃鎖定國際觀眾，將更多內容和頻道銷售至海外，再加上近期調高高清（HD）收費可提高盈利，為國內媒體首選股項，建議投資者增持。

Astro大馬總執行長拿督羅哈娜諾姍接受財經週刊《The Edge》訪問時說，公司正積極規劃，以改善“內容貨幣化策略”，並將更多頻道和內容，出售至區域市場。

該公司正設立名為SPARK Asia的紀錄片頻道，並以墨西哥TV Azteca SAB de CV進行夥伴關係，聯合製作電視劇。這有助于多元化盈利，並擴大觀眾群。

另外，Astro大馬近期將高清用戶費用調高5令吉，將對該公司有利，可提高每戶平均營業額（ARPU）成長。我們相信，這將為該公司額外帶來約1億1300萬令吉營業額，或佔2016財年電視營業額的2%至3%。

不過，我們保持2015至2017財年的每股盈利預測不變。

雖然消費者信心指數低迷，但我們因Astro大馬的主導地位，即60%市場滲透率，以及抗跌型經營結構，持續看好該股的成長前景，並視該股為國內媒體首選股項，給予“增持”評級，目標價為3.85令吉。

Astro大马第3季净利跌8.3%

（吉隆坡11日讯）在付费电视用户和免费卫星电视NJOI用户增加，以及每月平均收益（ARPU）增长扶持下，Astro大马（ASTRO，6399，主板贸服股）2015財政年首9个月（截至10月31日止）营业额和净利，虽然按年分別提升10%和12.7%，至39亿令吉和3亿7940万令吉。

不过，该公司第3季净利却按年下跌8.3%，至1亿1340万令吉，营业额起5.2%，至12亿8020万令吉。

配合业绩出炉，Astro大马宣布，派发每股2.25仙的第3次中期单层股息，除权和付息日期分別落在12月24日和明年1月12日。Astro大马2015財政年首9个月总派息为每股6.75仙，高于去年同期的6.0仙。

Astro大马主席敦查基（Tun Zaki）通过文告指出，该公司2015財政年首9个月税后盈利按年增12%，至3亿6700万令吉；而扣除利息、税项、折旧及摊销前盈利（EBITDA）则按年成长11%，至13亿令吉。

敦查基表示，这主要受到扩大客户群、通过增值產品和服务的认购率，获得较高的每月平均收益、广告收入成长；同时，严谨的成本管理，也支撑公司的业绩表现。

消費趨弱料衝擊業務‧ASTRO 3年財測調低

（吉隆坡12日訊）ASTRO公司（ASTRO,6399,主板貿服組）第三季淨利萎縮8.33%，首9個月核心淨利增長8%至4億零75萬令吉，分析員預期消費情緒因生活成本走高而趨弱拉低業務，紛紛調低今後3個財政年財測2%至11%。

受業績打擊，該公司股價今日下跌26仙，以3令吉零7仙作收，為10大下跌股之一。

肯納格研究下修今明兩財政年財測9%與4%，主要是付費電視觀眾增長低和高銷售成本所累，其次人民生活提高、經濟前景具挑戰的“糟透感覺”預期拉緩消費。

MIDF研究也以消費情緒走軟，下修今明兩財政年財測4.2%與3.7%，派息率各10%與20%，來到每股9仙與10仙。馬銀行研究各調低今後3個財政年財測10%、4%與10%。

大眾研究下調今明兩財政年財測2至3%，儘管有能力從加值服務獲利，且逐步增加派息，惟認為2015年消費情緒走軟將限制其業務增長。

安聯星展研究下砍今後3個財政年每股盈利7%至11%，料其以美元計的內容成本下個財政年可獲全面護盤。

大眾表示，馬幣走軟，ASTRO公司可獲護盤至2015年10月。

肯納格認為，儘管ASTRO公司比其他媒體公司更具抗跌性，下財政年本益比28倍承壓很重，潛在下壓上漲空間，同時股價缺乏重估催化劑。

高端客戶具韌力

馬銀行說，ASTRO公司付費電視按季挫5千名，其中超高端付費電視用戶按季減1千名，這相信是首次面臨按季下跌之情況，相信超高端付費電視用戶仍具韌力。

豐隆研究說，儘管津貼合理化措施與實施消費稅在即而消費情緒疲軟，有信心高端客戶具韌力，可提供更高每戶營收與盈利。

大馬研究維持財測不變，認為縱使營運賺益第三季萎縮，這個財政年35%賺益在望；12月剛在高清配套起價5令吉，料可常年化每戶營收可增1令吉50仙。

第三季內容成本由高峰的38%正常化至電視營收的33%，符合設定目標的32%至35%。首9個月廣告營收亦增長4%至4億4千萬令吉。此外，11月1日也非正式推展購物頻道，迄今已售3萬件產品，平均每件250令吉。

Astro 4 新股东崛起

（吉隆坡8日讯）Astro（ASTRO，6399，主板贸服股）出现4名新股东，即莫哈末沙林莫里甘、Tucson N.V.、Harapan Terus私人有限公司和拿督巴德里玛斯里。

Astro控股私人有限公司（简称AHSB），通过AstroNetwork（马）私人有限公司，间接持有Astro股权，4名新股东通过以股代息和赎回优先股的方式，从AHSB分别取得Astro的8.88%、8.11%、8.88%和8.88%股权，从上周三起生效。

AHSB与4名股东的协议，已在早前Astro的招股书中宣布，一旦完成该企业活动，AHSB将不再持有Astro股权。【南洋网财经】

未来5年贡献25亿营收　Astro网上购物催化盈利

（吉隆坡30日讯）Astro大马（ASTRO，6399，主板贸服股）首席执行员拿督罗哈娜诺珊表示，「GO SHOP」將成为该公司未来盈利增长的催化因素，预计可在未来5年为公司营业额每年贡献5亿令吉。

她指出，「GO SHOP」是该公司与韩国领先多媒体零售集团GS家庭购物公司携手推介，一个透过Astro电视频道118、Astro On The Go、以及GO SHOP在线和手机平台的全新24小时购物服务。

「Astro大马与GS在此项联营协议（JV）各佔60%和40%股权，总资本高达7000万令吉。」

她今日出席Astro大马「GO SHOP」服务推介礼后，在记者会上如是指出。

罗哈娜指出，目前大马有55%的网络用户，使用多种电子设备在线购物。因此，该公司把「GO SHOP」服务的对象锁定现有的ASTRO客户群，即430万的家庭用户，以及1700万名消费者。

自2014年11月1日进行预试推介以来，截至目前，「GO SHOP」已有7万2000名客户，购买超过18万件產品，並预料每日会有800名新客户。目前，「GOSHOP」共有60项產品供消费者选择，公司计划在一年內倍增產品的种类和数量，其中包括电子產品、居家与厨房用具、生活时尚和彩妆等。

罗哈娜也透露，该公司至今的家庭用户市佔率是60%，预计在未来数年提高至80%，而该公司也会继续朝其计划和策略前进。同时，预测在2020年时，大马在线购物市值预计可达36亿令吉。

品牌具知名度

询及市场也有许多网上购物的竞爭者时，Astro「GO SHOP」有限公司首席执行员拿督罗札丽拉认为，该公司的优势在于「GO SHOP」內所推出的產品都是可以信任的品牌，同时还包括一些已在韩国有一定知名度的品牌，让客户更有信心购买。

她也说，客户也可通过ASTRO频道118，了解有关產品的好处，並且通过演示片段，可以更清楚相关產品的用法。

她相信，消费税不会对它们带来很大的衝击，因为目前通过「GO SHOP」购买的產品在大马半岛是免运输费，只有沙巴和砂拉越有收取运输费，因此她不认为这將会是一个问题。

1天通知‧Astro解僱60員工

（吉隆坡4日訊）國際職工會大馬聯絡委員會（UNI-MLC）主席莫哈末沙菲宜今日發文告表示，該會接獲投訴，指Astro在上月30日（星期五）解僱60名員工。

文告說，雖然公司當天即發遣散費給有關員工以示賠償，但被解僱的員工在事發前並未接獲任何Astro的通知和解釋，就要求他們簽下同意書。

他認為，Astro該用較適當的手法處理這回事，而非在短短24個小時給予通知後就直接解僱他們，這對在公司服務20餘年的員工，實在太殘忍。

有關員工已按照1967的勞資關係法向大馬勞工局做出投訴。

Astro:依據程序裁員

另一方面，Astro發言人說，Astro製作私人有限公司最近進行的裁員計劃是必要的，以確保該公司製作服務最優結構保持可行性。

發言人在文告中說：“儘管我們採取了一切努力以重新安置受影響的員工，但我們還是感到遺憾，因為這些裁員是無法避免的。

“我們竭盡所能地尊重和公平對待受影響的員工。我們的行動完全依據程序，而所有受影響的員工也獲得根據他們服務年資支付的賠償。此外，我們也為受影響的員工提供職業過渡支持。”（星洲網）

Astro末季净利增25%

（吉隆坡30日讯）儘管消费者情绪疲软及经营环境充满挑战，但在家庭用户渗透率持续提升的扶持下，Astro大马（ASTRO，6399，主板贸服股）冀望2016財政年將交出与2015財政年相近的表现。

2015財政年末季（截至1月31日止）净利为1亿3997万令吉，较去年同期的1亿1138万令吉，提升25.66%；营业额则为13亿4823万令吉，较去年同期的12亿6015万令吉，增加6.99%。

全年而言，该公司净利从去年同期的4亿4795万令吉，上升15.94%，至5亿1937万令吉；营业额则从去年同期的47亿9074万令吉，上涨9.2%，至52亿3144万令吉。

该公司派发2.25仙的第4次单层中期股息，將於4月10日除权。另外，该公司也建议派发2仙终期股息，则需要在即將到来的股东大会上获得批准。

Astro大马首席执行员拿督罗哈娜诺珊（Rohana Rozhan）表示，在每月平均收益（ARPU）增长、家庭用户参透率提升、优质服务（Premium Services）认购率提高、广告开销（ADEX）成长及內容销售增加下，推动业绩，抵消消费者情绪疲软情况，让该公司2015財政年仍交出不俗表现。

2015財政年，该公司广告开销按年提升1%，至5亿8900万令吉；自由现金流（FCF）增33%，至13亿令吉；用户群从2014財政年的384万，增14.06%至443万；家庭渗透率从2014財政年的56%，提升至63%；每月平均收益从96令吉，上升至99令吉。

此外，罗哈娜诺珊也透露，该公司GOSHOP在去年已售出12万件的物品，计划今年可取得1亿5000万令吉营业额。至於该公司与松木依斯干达大马影城（Pinewood Iskandar Malaysia tudios）合作节目《Asia's Got Talent》收视率表现让人鼓舞。

锁定智能手机用户

与此同时，她指出，该公司將会持续锁定80%拥有智能手机的用户，如AstroOn-The-Go（简称AOTG）下载次数已增加60%，至140万，每周观赏时间也提高35%至96分钟。

针对即將实施的消费税（GST），罗哈娜诺珊透露，他们还无法掌握消费税实施后的情况，不过，公司也將会与关税局紧密合作。

至於令吉疲软的影响，她披露，该公司的內容成本约为18亿令吉，其中60%是以美元计算，但是该公司有进行货幣对冲，以便可以更好地控制来自匯率波动的影响。【东方网财经】
