長成集團聯營6千萬產業計劃

（吉隆坡3日訊）長成集團（GLBHD，7382，主板種植組）和地主依萬賓瑪山聯營，在沙巴7塊總面積達約14.01英畝的地段發展工業商店，發展總值達6千萬令吉。

聯營協議下，依萬將予長成集團旗下Putatan Emas發展聯營地段的權利，依萬則將獲得約1千900萬令吉，其中，400萬令吉將以現金解決，其餘1千500萬令吉將隨計劃的發展單位完成，按高達25%的盈利分享來償付。

長成集團將以內部資金和銀行貸款聯營。該聯營不僅讓長成集團能夠參與上述發展，也助該公司多元化投資組合至產業發展，該公司也預見計劃提振未來盈利和現金流。（星洲互動）
