都跑去CLIQ了。

买REIT的大大都应该要知道，买REIT就好像买了间店铺然后租出去收租金。
店铺有可能每天都在起的吗？KL有这样的店铺吗？
只要有”租金“收，“屋价”随时涨！

IGB Reit 半年发一次息。
下一轮的宣布月应该会在８月。
银行开始升息，会影响产托的价格。等国家银行升息 ...

就是说一年两次？ 上一次才派 0.0183 仙， 如果说一年 5%， 下一个股息不是要派很多？

上一次是不到半年的股息，接下来这回的股息大概有RM0.03xxx 才合理。
