鲁斯特工业承建槟城产业
2017年5月28日
（吉隆坡27日讯）鲁斯特工业（LUSTER，5068，主板工业产品股）获得合约，在槟城威省北部约84英亩地皮，进行发展计划。
该集团日前向交易所报备，独资子公司Luster Venture私人有限公司（PFMCC）与GDW Mengkuang私人有限公司，签署一项项目融资、管理及建筑协议，委任PFMCC为项目融资商、项目管理人及承建商。
根据条款，该项发展计划将带来不低于2500万令吉的净利。
该合约符合鲁斯特工业多元化营业额来源的新策略，让集团能够长期推动发展，而非完全依赖现有核心业务。
该集团的核心业务，是制造精密塑胶零件、组装塑料零件及产品、精密工程及制造压铸组件。【e南洋】

鲁斯特雪州联营产业项目
2017年11月3日
（吉隆坡2日讯）鲁斯特工业（LUSTER，5068，主板工业产品股）与Enrich Realty私人有限公司（ERSB）联营，在雪兰莪柯玛彩哈雅花园发展产业项目。
该公司今日向交易所报备，独资子公司Luster Hijauan Home私人有限公司与地主ERSB签署联营协议。
鲁斯特工业计划在该3.6725公顷永久地契地皮上，兴建商业或住宅或综合发展项目。
该公司称，联营与多元化至其他获利业务的战略计划一致，而不只是完全依赖现有的制造与组装精密零件业务。
由于发展计划还未获得有关单位许可，该公司认为，目前决定发展总值、成本和盈利言之过早。
可以确定的是，ERSB至少可以获得3900万令吉或最多22%发展总值。

此外，鲁斯特工业也无须拨出巨额款项购地，避开支付昂贵的利息开销。
我们目前维持盈利预测，等待各监管单位核准该项目以及最终的发展总值数字。
目前维持“买入”评级以及14.5仙的目标价格，看好该公司源自制造业和房产业稳定的盈利贡献。
