Mydin收购案 马国民信託调整股权协议

（吉隆坡15日讯）马国民產业信託（AHP，4952，主板房產信託股）宣布，针对向Mydin Mohamed控股有限公司的收购事项，于昨日签署一项附加协议。
同时，该公司文告也指出，配合收购案进行的附加股集资建议，管理层已收到国民投资公司（PNB）的信函，承诺將认购不获其他单位持有者认购的附加股，最高数额达6041万3600股。
至于与Mydin Mohamed控股签署的附加协议，涵盖双方同意由卖方承担材料维修等工程，以便能够完成相关收购；同时，调整股权买卖协议后，该公司需要寻求单位持有者批准附加股建议。
早前马国民產业信託建议向Mydin Mohamed控股有限公司买下芙蓉一座商场地段，总值2.4亿令吉。
该地段面积13.387英亩，目前有一栋3层楼Mydin霸级市场在营运。
届时，Mydin將会向马国民產业信託租赁该商场继续营业。
同时，马国民產业信託將会以5配6比例配售附加股，按每股附加股为1令吉预估价格计算，集资1亿2000万令吉。

国民产托首季净利减半

（吉隆坡4日讯）国民产业信托（AHP，4952，主板产业信托股）截至3月杪首季，净利按年挫53.29%，从103万4000令吉，减少至48万3000令吉或每股净利0.48仙。
当季营业额报333万7000令吉，按年跌2.6%，稍低于去年同季的342万6000令吉。
根据文告，由于首季总开销按年涨19.31%，达285万5000令吉，高于去年同季的239万2000令吉，拖累净租金收入走低，因而影响了业绩表现。
展望未来，鉴于旗下房产的出租率，仍处可持续的水平，因此，国民产业信托看好今年可交出良好的业绩。【南洋网财经】

國民產業信託 完成收購芙蓉新城邁丁
2017年1月16日
（吉隆坡16日訊）國民產業信托（AHP，4952，主要板產托）宣布，成功以2億4000萬令吉收購芙蓉新城邁丁（Mydin Mall Seremban 2）霸級市場。
根據文告，是項收購是通過融資與發行附加股集資完成。
國民產業信托的產托經理，國家資產投資公司（PHNB）的總執行長兼執行董事哈菲茲亞特拉什指出：“藉此收購，國民產業信托的總資產將增加至4億8300萬令吉，將補充該公司目前所管理房產組合，為單位持有人帶來更多收益回報。”
芙蓉新城的邁丁霸級市場位于森美蘭州的繁榮地區，總建筑面積約114萬平方英尺，占地13.4英畝，涵蓋一個樓高三層的商場和大型超市以及兩個地下室。

国民产业信托末季亏276万
2017年1月20日
（吉隆坡19日讯）国民产业信托（AHP，4952，主板产托股）截至12月杪末季，净亏276万5000令吉或每单位净亏2.77仙。
该产托上财年同期，净赚77万令吉，或每单位净利0.77仙。
末季税前净亏为305万2000令吉，归咎于当季房产重估出现575万1000令吉的账面亏损。
末季营业额这按年飙涨1.7倍至929万1000令吉，上财年同期为343万8000令吉高。
累计全年，净利按年猛挫93.25%至83万令吉；营业额则大涨54.57%，至2114万7000令吉。
同时，国民产业信托也宣布派发每单位1.5仙股息；除权日和享有权益日，分别落在下个月16日和20日。
董事部表示，今年的房市预计会如2015及2016年一样疲弱，尤其是办公室与零售次级领域。
即将开张的商业和办公室，将加剧市场供应过剩的情况。
基于融资条件收紧及消费税，将加重发展商和商业房产投机者的压力。【e南洋】
