大马邮政次季净利翻1.79倍

（吉隆坡28日讯）大马邮政（POS，4634，主板贸服股）截至9月30日次季，净利大涨1.79倍，达1882万7000令吉；营业额激增48.6%，报5亿8715万8000令吉。

累计上半年，净利扬41.9%，达5474万7000令吉；营业额扩大47.8%，报11亿9878万5000令吉。

大马邮政向交易所报备，上半年营业额走高，归功于纳入了新收购物流业务的表现，以及快递业务的强劲增长。

看好电子商务

上半年税前盈利走高22%，达6670万令吉。单看次季，税前盈利也按年倍增至2330万令吉，因营业额增加。

大马邮政集团总执行长拿督苏克里沙烈，通过文告表示，公司电子商务相关业务，特别是最后一里运送（last-mile delivery）服务，是驱动营业额和净利增长的主力。

“国内外的电子商务迅速扩展，推动快递货物的数量走高。我们开拓电子履约（e-fulfillment）相关服务的进度也在达标途中，符合我们要成为大马电子商务业者首选电子商务物流公司的愿景。”

由于次季通常都是属于较弱的季度，因此，我们认为公司的表现，大致上还是符合预期。

展望未来，我们认为大马邮政的前景还是相当乐观。

尤其今年大马的双十一“光棍节”销售再创新高，大马邮政的快递业务，将会是主要的受益者，因此，下半财年的净利表现应会强劲。

大马邮政是我们在物流股中的首选，公司在国内包裹运输市场有绝对的优势。

数字自贸提振．大马邮政争取DFTZ商机

（吉隆坡29日讯）首半年业绩亮眼，再加上数字自贸区（DFTZ）可刺激电子商务发展，大马邮政（POS，4634，主板贸服组）包裹服务有望从中受惠，肯纳格研究上调评级与目标价。

肯纳格说，归功于新收购的物流业务，提振了该公司的盈利表现，该公司首半年核心净利报5560万令吉，符合全年盈利预测的46%。

肯纳格认为，随着电子商务的发展，预期包裹量将取得成长。值得一提的是，大马邮政将是DFTZ首期项目的受惠者，因该公司是其中一位主要的营运商。

针对普通邮政服务方面，肯纳格说，该业务现阶段仍在亏损中，且没有达到收支平衡的迹象，该公司亦没有关闭亏损的分行。

肯纳格看淡该公司2018财政年的业绩表现，并下调4%盈利预测，料核心净利为1亿1520万令吉，不过看好2019财政年的盈利预测成长幅度为5%，核心净利为1亿2880万令吉。

此外，肯纳格也调整估值法，从本益比估值改为综合估值（SOP）估值法，后者更能反映该公司个别业务的价值。

肯纳格补充，包裹成长量低于预期及邮政服务亏损扩大，是该公司主要面对的风险。

因此，肯纳格上调该公司评级至“符合大市”，目标价则从4令吉上修至5令吉10仙，本益比估值为35倍左右，而该公司过往本益比为34倍。

电商 物流 航运 三足鼎立　大马邮政营收至少10%成长

（吉隆坡5日讯）受惠于电子商务、物流和航运业务的贡献，大马邮政（POS，4634，主板贸服股）放眼2018財政年（3月31日结账）的营业额至少成长10%。

大马邮政2018財政年次季（截至9月30日止）交出標青的业绩表现，对此，该公司首席执行员拿督莫哈末苏克利接受《东方財经》询问时指出，公司会继续关注业绩表现，以期全年能取得稳健的增长。

「如今只过了半个財政年而已，但我们希望（营收）至少取得10%的成长，这是我们每年的目標。」他表示，该公司希望能保持稳健的营收增长，而非如过山车般大起大落、起伏不定。

他今天出席大马邮政、大马通讯及多媒体委员会（MCMC）和大马集邮协会共同合作的「150週年海峡殖民地迷你精装书」推介礼后，如是表示。

大马邮政2018財政年次季净利按年飆涨1.80倍，至1883万令吉，获益于今年次季收购的物流业务开始做出贡献，以及快递业务快速成长；营业额也按年起48.60%，至5亿8716万令吉。

成立邮票博物馆

被询及会否进一步拓展物流和航运业务，莫哈末苏克利仅表示，隨著物流和航运业务对盈利和营业额做出正面的贡献，该公司会继续关注其表现。

另一方面，通讯及多媒体部副部长拿督斯里再拉尼佐哈里则透露，政府有意成立邮票博物馆，以收藏见证歷史的珍贵邮票，惟细节尚有待决定。

大马邮政明年加大投资‧乡区增设物流中心

（吉隆坡7日讯）大马邮政（POS,4634,主板贸服组）明年将加大投资，在巴生河流域以外设立物流中心，以应付乡区不断增长的电子商务物流需求。

公司首席商务员诺阿兹詹在一项电子商务座谈会上表示，除了城市电子商务活动蓬勃，目前乡区从事电子商务的人数也迅速增加，该公司75%物流包裹是来自巴生河流域，25%是来自其他地区，但随着乡区一带从事电子商务活动增加，这比例将会改变。

他说：“我们会在巴生河流域以外地区设立物流中心，以满足东海岸市场，他们也有不少人从事电子商务，物流需求也在走高。”

明年添100辆罗里

除了物流中心外，大马邮政也正打算增设更多得来速（drivethrough）包裹邮寄中心，诺阿兹詹表示，部份从事电子商务人士是全职妈妈，他们带着孩子，寄包裹并不方便。在年底之前该公司将增加至20家得来速邮寄中心，明年再增加20家。

“增设该中心，不只是为赚钱而已，而是改善客户服务体验。”

询及是否有意在交通工具上做出更多投资，诺阿兹占回应道，明年打算增加约100辆罗里。至于飞机，在物流需求高涨的情况下，该公司会寻求伙伴合作，目前公司有两架商用飞机暂时还足够使用。

大马邮政是在2016年以约8亿1800万令吉收购机场服务公司（K L AS）以及一块位于沙亚南地皮，开始积极布局电子商务物流事业版图。

谈到公司扩大市占率的策略，他说：“我们目前是物流业前3名，但是物流市场很大，我们无法独占，也会和其他物流公司合作。目前公司面对是快递人员不足，正加速把邮差训练成专业快递人员。”

他也说：“在2016年传统邮政业务的营业额贡献，已低于包裹快递，这是一个趋势，我们已经做好转型准备。”

Lazada大马首席执行员汉斯彼得也表示，大马与东南亚各国网上销售只占总零售额1%左右，对比其他国家10至15%依然很低，本区域一个充满爆发力的电子商务市场。因此他预见这也将提高大马包裹物流业表现。

（吉隆坡11日讯）大马邮政（Pos Malaysia Bhd）集团总执行长Datuk Mohd Shukrie Mohd Salleh掌管公司5年后，将于12月31日离任，原因是希望转换跑道。

Datuk Azlan Shahrim将暂代此职，并将向董事部汇报，直到委任一位合适人选。

大马邮政今日向大马交易所报备，Shukrie表达他想改变职业跑道已有一段时间。他在大马邮政母公司多元重工业（DRB-Hicom Bhd）服务了12年，包括在大马邮政工作的5年。

“Datuk Shukrie在任职期间表现良好，进行许多重要举措，并在收购物流相关资产发挥至关重要的作用、与Lazada Malaysia缔策略合作，以及与香港TIGERS Ltd等合作。”

“这带动大马邮政股价攀至最高位之一，且也是最高市值之一。”

该集团表示，在Datuk Shukrie的领导，业务表现一直持续改善。

Shukrie是在大众银行证券私人有限公司展开其职业生涯，之后转职大华银行。

他于2005年加入多元重工业，并在集团内公司担任多项要职，包括主要负责人、总财务长、总营运长和总执行长。

大马邮政于2016年9月15日收购Pos Aviation私人有限公司之前，他是后者的集团总执行长。

Pos Aviation是多元重工业的飞机地勤、货运和物流臂膀。

Shukrie在2011年7月1日加入大马邮政，担任集团总营运长，之后于2013年2月1日调任为集团总执行长。出任大马邮政集团总执行长之前，他是Pos Logistics Bhd的总执行长。

今年贡献营收7亿令吉
大马邮政快递明年料增21%

（吉隆坡12日讯）大马邮政（POS，4634，主板贸服股）预计，邮递臂膀大马邮政快递（PosLaju）今年将贡献营业额约7亿令吉，而明年则料维持增长20至21%。

大马邮政集团营运总监拿督阿兹兰，今日出席Pos Laju预付竞赛后对媒体说，Pos Laju在过去三年，运输服务按年劲扬约20%，符合我国正在拓展的电子商务趋势。

电商提振

他还说，Pos Laju是集团的最大营业额贡献来源，虽然比其他国家每年增长20至25%相对低，惟受到电子商务的提振，预计会继续贡献营业额增长。

接下来，大马邮政会继续改善服务，包括增加接触点，以让顾客更容易获得服务。

目前，大马邮政拥有约700间邮政局、86间Pos Laju中心，并计划在近期内增加20个分店，及扩大合约客户的上门收货服务。

傅文耀．岂止是市场供需那么简单

大马邮政（POS，4634，主板贸服组）任职才短短2年的首席执行员拿督莫哈末苏克里，上周一突然辞职，使得市场谣言四起，公司股价也受到影响，周二下挫29仙或5.3%。

令人惊讶的是，在公司管理层出现重大变动后，该公司拥有绝佳机会对外解释，因为第二天该公司举办了一项公开活动，不过，在现场，高层并没有做出任何解释，莫哈末苏克里更是在半途离场，留下一整桌发楞记者。

将在下个月出任代首席执行员的首席营运员拿督阿兹兰，受询及莫哈末苏克里辞职原因以及他的代理任期时，他如录音机般复述了前一天的文告内容。

针对掌舵人突然下台，导致公司股价大幅下滑，阿兹兰则回应道：“股价下挫纯粹只是市场供需问题。”

这个答案给人的第一个印像是，一点诚意都没有。

虽然莫哈末苏克里上任只有短短两年，但是他在任内确实带领大马邮政步上了转型之路。但就在大马邮政从传统邮局转型为快递物流公司之际，他潇洒地挥一挥手离去，留下了投资者满肚子疑惑。

去年，大马邮政最大收购计划——吉隆坡机场服务公司（KLAS），他是一大功臣。

在2015年出任大马邮政首席执行员之前，莫哈末苏克里也在母公司多元资源工业（DRBHCOM，1619，主板工业产品组）服务长达12年。多元资源工业现在也正进行重大改革，苏克里在这个时候离开大马邮政或多元资源工业，原因确实令人感到好奇。

虽然一位高阶管理层离职，并不会令一家上市公司基本面在一夜之间改变，但是投资者并不喜欢这样的惊吓。掌舵人离职是一件可管理事情，只要公司稍微准备一下，开诚布公对外界清楚说明，公司股价波动或许就会稍微减轻。

无论如何，市场人士对该公司获利前景依然看好，主要是大马政府正大力推动数码经济，电子商务活动只有增无减，快递物流需求也持续攀升。

作为一家上市公司，该公司日常业务营运或许及格，但对外界沟通能力，确实需要改善。

大马邮政颁805万合约

（吉隆坡29日讯）大马邮政（POS，4634，主板贸服股）颁出总值804万7593令吉的合约，为旗下的吉隆坡廉航终站（LCCT）重新装修和发展计划引进通讯科技（ICT）和保安服务。

大马邮政向马交所报备，子公司Pos Aviation已在今日颁发合约给资讯科技公司PST Ventures。

Pos Aviation早前获得大马机场（AIRPORT，5014，主板贸服股）颁发献议书，为配合政府推动的数字自由贸易区（DFTZ）项目，与大马Lazada在LCCT设立一座电子商务区域分销中心。

根据文告，PST Ventures将会为Pos Aviation提供最崭新的ICT基建设备和保安服务。

（吉隆坡23日讯）大马邮政（Pos Malaysia Bhd）宣布，委任49岁的Al-Ishsal Ishak为集团总执行长，2月2日起生效。

前总执行长Datuk Mohd Shukrie Mohd Salleh于去年12月11日辞职，引发大马邮政股票面对一些抛售压力。

该集团今日向大马交易所报备，此外，Datuk Azlan Shahrim将卸下代集团总执行长之职，并继续担任大马邮政的邮政和快递部总营运长。

Al-Ishsal的职业生涯始于Turnaround Managers Inc，之后1994至2008年开始从事创业活动，主要是在数字领域。

他还曾担任不同的职务，包括马航（Malaysia Airlines Bhd）市场与产品高级副总裁，以及亚洲航空（AirAsia Bhd）辅助收入部门主管。
