(hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Parties”) to collaborate in the technology localization of PERI’s formwork and scaffolding systems.
The Board of Directors of AT wishes to inform that in light of the absence of any further progress on the MOU, the Parties have mutually agreed to terminate the MOU with immediate effect.

M3T’s product will enhance ATS’s chambers to allow for capability to detect body temperature, real-time display of body temperature reading, face recognition capabilities using bio-metric artificial intelligence technology and optional data-base recording and analysis.
At this stage, we look to focus on selling the chamber to the Malaysian market. Next, we will be aiming to market the chamber to South East Asia and other Asian markets.
