建设Hometree次期
Kerjaya获龙城2.07亿合约


2017年5月12日
(吉隆坡11日讯)Kerjaya(KERJAYA,7161,主板建筑股)获得一项总值达2亿736万2500令吉的合约,为Hometree第二期发展项目,负责主要建设工程。

Kerjaya发文告指,旗下Kerjaya Prospek(大马)私人有限公司,今日获得龙城集团(BCB,6602,主板产业股)子公司BCB发展私人有限公司颁发合约。

该项计划的建筑工程,在本5月开始,为期约29个月,放眼2019年9月竣工。

根据文告,该项计划包括在莎阿南兴建166个三层楼半独立式洋房单位、99个三层楼独立洋房单位,及相关工程。

Kerjaya获得这项高级有地发展工程,进一步加强集团的技术专长,不仅在高级高楼,还跨足高级有地发展计划。

未完成订单逾25亿

该集团有信心在高级高楼项目取得很大成就的工业化建筑系统(IBS),也将在进行高级有地发展计划时,带来竞争优势。

加上该项合约,集团目前未完成订单合约达25亿令吉。【e南洋】

("KPSB"), has on 11 May 2017 accepted a letter of award ("LA") from BCB Development Sdn. Bhd. ("BCB") at the total contract sum of Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred Seven Million Three Hundred Sixty Two Thousand and Five Hundred Only (RM207,362,500.00) ("Contract").

The Contract is for the main building works for a proposed development project comprising of ninety-nine (99) unit three storey (3) storey bungalow, one hundred sixty-six (166) unit three (3) storey semi-detached house, one (1) unit two (2) storey club house, two (2) unit security guard house, four (4) unit electrical substations and one (1) unit single storey mosque on Lot PT142768 (Lot lama 140594), Persiaran Anggerik Oncidium, Seksyen 31, 40460 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan, which is a development project of BCB Development Sdn Bhd.

The construction works to be undertaken by KPSB is expected to commence on 15 May 2017 ("Date of Commencement") and due to be completed on 30 September 2019.

The Contract will further increase and enhance the existing order book of the Company and its group of companies ("Group").

The Contract will have no effect on the issued share capital of the Company but it is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the Company and the Group for the financial years ending 2017 to 2019.

None of the directors and/or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.

最新进展:

Kerjaya(KERJAYA,7161,主板建筑股)获得一项总值达2亿736万2500令吉的合约,为Hometree第二期发展项目,负责主要建设工程。

这项合约是由龙城集团(BCB,6602,主板产业股)子公司BCB发展私人有限公司颁发。

建筑工程在本5月开始,为期约29个月,放眼2019年9月竣工。

行家建议:

我们对Kerjaya取得新合约感到“中和”,迄今已获得2亿3900万令吉合约,仍符合我们2017财年16亿令吉新增订单的目标。

该合约占新订单目标15%,Kerjaya还需获得13亿6000万令吉合约才能达标。

我们认为,通过现有客户,如实达集团(SPSETIA,8664,主板产业股)、东家(E&O,3417,主板产业股)及拿督郑荣和的私人产业臂膀,能助Kerjaya实现目标。

假设税前盈利赚幅为14%,预计该合约可每年贡献净利约1040万令吉。

纳入该合约后,Kerjaya未完成订单企于约25亿令吉,预计将提供2年的净利可见度。

Kerjaya获7700万工程
珍珠白沙罗镇建办公楼


2017年5月23日
(吉隆坡23日讯)Kerjaya(KERJAYA,7161,主板建筑股)获颁价值7700万令吉合约,在雪州珍珠白沙罗镇(Mutiara Damansara)兴建商业办公楼。

该公司今日向交易所报备,独资子公司Kerjaya Prospek(大马)私人有限公司,从West River资本私人有限公司旗下的TSM Towers私人有限公司获颁该项合约,以兴建新的24层商业办公楼。

预计该项目将从5月开始动工,为期15个月,可在2018年末季竣工。

该项发展计划位于方便地点,步行就能到达The Curve、特易购(TESCO)、宜家(IKEA),并连接至附近的苏丽安(Surian)捷运站、本查拉大道(Penchala Link)及白蒲大道(LDP)。

这是Kerjaya在今年内获颁的第三项合约,推高公司未完成订单合约至26亿令吉。

Kerjaya首季赚2885万

2017年5月28日
(吉隆坡27日讯)Kerjaya(KERJAYA,7161,主板建筑股)截至3月底首季,净利按年上涨21.85%,从上财年同期的2367万7000令吉,走高至2885万1000令吉。

该公司向交易所报备,当季税前盈利则从3204万1000令吉,按年增加682万9000令吉,至3887万令吉。

同期营业额也按年增加25.43%至2亿3321万7000令吉;上财年同期报1亿8593万令吉。

整体而言,营业额及税前盈利走高,归功于建筑业务;该公司目前拥有大量由我国著名发展商颁发的订单。

维持制造业务

Kerjaya董事部表示,虽然公司的目标是扩展建筑核心业务;不过,作为综合业务目标与策略,公司将维持制造业务。

Kerjaya对未来业务抱持谨慎乐观,并将继续加强竞争优势。【e南洋】

Kerjaya(KERJAYA,7161,主板建筑股)获颁价值7700万令吉合约,在雪兰莪珍珠白沙罗镇(Mutiara Damansara)兴建24层高的商业办公楼。

该项目预计从5月开始动工,为期15个月,并在2018年末季竣工。

这是Kerjaya在今年内获颁的第三项合约,未完成订单提高到26亿令吉。

行家建议

尽管再获得新合约,但无改对Kerjaya的“中和”看法,因为今年至今的新合约仅达3亿1600万令吉,等于我们对该公司2017财年,16亿令吉新订单目标的20%。

该公司还需获得总值13亿令吉的订单,才能达到我们的预期目标。

无论如何,相信该公司有望达标,因为有绿盛世(ECOWLD,8206,主板产业股)、实达集团(SPSETIA,8664,主板产业股)和大股东的私人产业臂膀的工程支撑。

假设最新工程的税前盈利赚幅为14%,将每年为Kerjaya贡献650万令吉净利。

不过,暂维持该公司2017至18财年盈利预测,“跟随大市”评级和3.10令吉目标价。

(吉隆坡20日讯)Kerjaya(KERJAYA,7161,主板建筑股)获得Kerjaya Prospek产业私人有限公司,颁发价值6422万1213令吉的合约。

Kerjaya今日向交易所报备,是通过子公司Kerjaya Prospek(大马)私人有限公司,获得综合发展项目的基础打桩和相关结构工程合约。

项目位于蒲种路,包括兴建一栋25层的酒店与办公楼,及2栋高53层的服务式公寓。

该公司放眼今年8月2日动工,明年10月1日竣工。

根据文告,最新合约预计可为该公司贡献2017与2018财年的净利。

由于Kerjaya Prospek产业私人有限公司是由Kerjaya董事兼大股东拿督郑荣和、郑荣成和拿汀卓秀全所拥有的公司,而该合约已在股东大会上取得同意,进行相关人士交易活动。

Kerjaya获4595万填土合约

(吉隆坡1日讯)Kerjaya(KERJAYA,7161,主板建筑股)获得中国交通建设(大马)有限公司颁发总值4595万4158令吉合约,为斯里丹绒槟榔第二期工程(简称STP2)2B阶段周边地带进行填土工程。

Kerjaya今日向交易所报备,通过子公司Future Rock私人有限公司,受委担任该项工程分包商。

这是该公司取得的第二项基建项目,证明公司的能力强劲,有能力扩展到住宅高楼以外的建筑项目。

未完成订单26亿

该项合约预计将会在开工之后的10个月内完成,将对公司2017至2018财年每股净利及净资产带来贡献。

这也是Kerjaya今年内获得的第5项合约,今年至今,所取得的合约总值达4亿2600万令吉。

行家建议

我们对这项新发展保持中和,因为Kerjaya仅拥有70%股权,且年初至今已获价值4亿1200万令吉合约,仍处于我们16亿令吉新合约的预期中,占我们全年的25%。

假设该合约税前盈利赚幅达14%,可为未来10个月贡献340万令吉的净利。

大股东拿督郑荣和的私人产业臂膀公司将在吉隆坡旧巴生路,推出发展总值达10亿令吉的项目,预计Kerjaya可获3至4亿令吉的合约。

另外,公司可能以1送1比例派发红股,因根据“2016年公司法令”,股票溢价户头将从2018财年开始失效,该户头尚有3亿3200万令吉,股本则为2亿5700万令吉。

需要注意的是,公司需在5个月内得到12亿令吉的合约,才能符合订单目标16亿令吉,目前竞标项目达14亿令吉。

即使成功达到订单目标维持净利贡献,2018财年预测本益比达14倍,远高于同行平均的11倍。

委Kerjaya建Vertu度假村
Aspen颁4.42亿合约


2017年8月17日
(威南17日讯)在新加坡凯利版上市的槟城发展商Aspen集团,颁发总值4亿4200万令吉的合约予Kerjaya(KERJAYA,7161,主板建筑股),以兴建综合发展计划“Vertu度假村”。

Vertu度假村是由Aspen集团与宜家东南亚联营的Aspen视觉城私人有限公司所发展,而Kerjaya独资子公司Kerjaya Prospek(马)私人有限公司,将担任主要建筑商。

Aspen集团总执行长拿督慕力今日在签约仪式上指出,Vertu度假村是Aspen视觉城首个住宅发展计划,每个公寓单位内有全套的家具和Teka厨具,具备度假村的生活方式的设施,提供所有豪华的家居生活条件。

“Kerjaya在亚洲福布斯‘营业额10亿美元以下200强企业’榜上有名,相信双方合作,将能为购屋者提供高品质的房屋。”

他说,自从与宜家东南亚于2014年底,开始联营发展峇都加湾245英亩综合屋业发展计划以来,Vervea商业区目前已取得95%的认购率,建筑工程已完成45%,预期明年可取得入伙纸。

慕力今日与Kerjaya执行主席拿督郑荣和、董事郑荣成,以及Aspen视觉城总执行长A.阿尼拉拉苏签约,由Aspen集团执行董事拿督斯里纳兹尔,以及Kerjaya集团项目总监郑荣汉等人见证。

郑荣和指出,这是公司与Aspen集团首次合作的计划,将兴建5座20层至36层楼、共1246各单位的公寓,其中9层楼属于公众设施。

工程需时38个月,预计在2020年11月4日前竣工。

这是Kerjaya今年获颁的第六项合约,今年至今已获得8亿6800万令吉得月,目前的未完成订单高达29亿令吉。

“这是我们与Aspen集团合作的首个项目,感谢有此机会参与槟城这标志性的项目。”

有关计划工程也是Kerjaya Prospek集团今年度第6个建筑工程项目,所有项目总额达8.68亿令吉。【e南洋】

Acceptance of Letter of Award
The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad ("Company") is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary company, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn. Bhd. ("KPSB"), has on 17 August 2017 accepted a letter of award ("LA") at a total contract sum of Ringgit Malaysia Four Hundred and Forty-Two Million Only (RM442,000,000.00) ("Contract") from Aspen Vision City Sdn Bhd ("AV City"), a subsidiary of Aspen Vision Land Sdn. Bhd., which in turn a subsidiary of Aspen (Group) Holdings Limited ("Aspen"), a company listed on Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.

The Contract is for the main building works for a proposed development project known as "Vertu Resort", a prestigious project jointly developed by Aspen Group and IKEA Southeast Asia, which consists of five (5) condominium blocks ranging from 20-storeys to 36-storeys consisting of 1,246 units of condominiums to be built above an 8-storey car park podium with one storey above the car park for community recreational facilities on Plot 10 (Fasa 4) Sebahagian Lot 282, MK. 13, S.P.S Pulau Pinang.

The construction works to be undertaken by KPSB is expected to commence on 4 September 2017 ("Date of Commencement") and due to be completed within 38 months from the Date of commencement.

The Contract will further increase and enhance the existing order book of the Company and its group of companies ("Group").

The Contract will have no effect on the issued share capital of the Company but it is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the Company and the Group for the financial years ending 2017 to 2020.

最新进展:

独资子公司Kerjaya Prospek(马)私人有限公司将担任Vertu度假村主要建筑商,该度假村是由Aspen集团与宜家东南亚联营的Aspen视觉城私人有限公司所发展。

行家建议:

假设该合约税前盈利赚幅达14%,可贡献1470万令吉的净利。

我们对该新发展保持中和,因年初至今获颁高达8亿5400万令吉的合约,虽然超出管理层2017财年目标的8亿令吉,但仅占我们全年新合约目标16亿令吉的54%。

因此,我们将全年目标下调至11亿令吉。

过去4年,Kerjaya平均建筑净利赚幅达13%,表现超出预期,我们将平均建筑净利赚幅,从11%提高至12%,并分别调高今明两年净利预测0.6%和1.2%,至1亿2670万和1亿4880万令吉。

我们上调目标价至3.30令吉,但维持“低于大市”评级,因为预计明年本益比达13.9倍,建筑本益比达14.5倍,高于我们对中小型承包商所规范的9至13倍。

建筑产业标青.KERJAYA次季赚3290万

(吉隆坡22日讯)由于受到旗下建筑及产业发展业务标青表现推动,KERJAYA公司(KERJAYA,7161,主板建筑组)截至2017年6月30日次季净利增加33.82%,至3290万令吉,使同期首6个月净利增长27.95%,至6175万令吉。

该公司次季营业额为2亿4020万3000令吉,较前期的1亿9348万1000令吉,增加24.14%。首6个月营业额则为4亿7342万1000令吉,前期为3亿7941万1000令吉,增加24.77%。

该公司文告指出,次季及首半年业绩表现良好,主要是旗下建筑业务取得标青表现,特别是获得国内高档产业发展商颁发显著的工程合约,产业发展业务料做出正面贡献,因旗下云顶柏迈发展计划获得良好的订购率。反观制造业务较为放缓,因现有工程计划已完成。

文告指出,目前公司手握25亿令吉工程合约,建筑业务在本季度总共攫取3亿6200万令吉新工程合约。公司新推出的产业计划——Vista Residences取得良好订购率,未入账销售达8300万令吉。此外,该公司谨慎乐观地看待整体业务的未来表现。

该公司宣布股息政策,即公司将每年做出至少25%的股息派发率。

The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the Company has adopted a dividend policy to pay an annual dividend of not less than 25% of the Company’s profit after tax and minority interest per share (per audited financial statements of the Company) in respect of any financial year subject to the Company satisfying its solvency test.
