次季净利升7% Kerjaya Prospek派息1.5仙

（吉隆坡30日讯）由于营业额走高，Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd第二季净利按年扬升6.9%。
该集团今日向大马交易所报备，截至6月杪次季净利为3517万令吉，高于上财年同期的3290万令吉。然而，每股净利降至2.83仙，同期报3.5仙，反映2月27日红股计划完成后股票数量扩大。
季度营业额从2亿4020万令吉，增长15.9%至2亿7840万令吉，主要由建筑业务所推动。
Kerjaya Prospek表示：“制造业务表现改善，产业发展业务也预计为集团未来盈利作出贡献，因位于Genting Permai的产业项目取得不俗的认购率。”
该集团首个项目，即位于梧桐再也的Vista Residences，反应亦热烈，目前的未入账销售约为6200万令吉。
该集团宣布派发每股1.5仙的股息，并将于10月30日支付。
季度业绩推高Kerjaya Prospek在2018财政年首半年的净利增长9.3%至6751万令吉，同期为6175万令吉；营业额由4亿7342万令吉，升12.7%至5亿3354万令吉。
该集团表示，对本财年的整体业务持谨慎乐观的态度，因市场料充满挑战但可持续发展。
该集团计划专注于建筑业务，因这是主要的收入来源，并将维持制造业务为综合商业目标与策略的一部分，以及完成现有的产业发展项目。
截至6月底，该集团的未完成订单为28亿8000万令吉。

（吉隆坡27日讯）建筑公司Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd放眼截至2019年12月31日止财年（2019财年）获得总值12亿令吉的订单，比今年的10亿令吉目标高出20%。
执行主席拿督郑荣和在媒体汇报会上表示，他认为明年的市场仍然具有挑战性，但相信该目标是可实现的，因为该集团的强劲资产负债表和良好工艺，有助于提高得标率。
他透露，截至目前，该集团尚未完成的订单总值28亿令吉，足以让其忙碌未来两年半。
目前，其招标账面价值超过15亿令吉，预计下个月会颁发多个外部工程，有助于提升Kerjaya Prospek的2018财年订单价值达到10亿令吉目标。
郑荣和补充说，从今年初至今，该集团已经获得总值7亿7820万令吉的订单。
该集团昨日宣布，在截至今年9月30日止第三季净赚3688万令吉，比上财年同期的3441万令吉，按年增加7.2%，营业额则按年上涨17.4%至2亿6989万令吉，上财年同季报2亿2994万令吉。
现财年首9个月净利报1亿439万令吉，比上财年同期的9616万令吉，按年提高8.6%。
营业额则年增14.2%至8亿343万令吉，上财年同期为7亿336万令吉。
