如何转去 credit shell？请帮我！

请问要如何做？如果我想把它换成 credit shell 。。

我已经是 e-form 了给 AA，也收到这样的 email:\

Dear Mr. LAM,

First of all, thank you for emailing AirAsia.

In response to your email, please reconfirm if you would request credit shell for the whole reservation number XXXXXX for our further process.

Please refer to the credit shell condition as below.

The balance left will be the amount for you to utilize on the following options:

        Make new bookings, pre-booked meals and baggage

        Make changes to an existing bookings, pre-booked meals and baggage

If you wish to utilize this option, we would greatly appreciate if you can provide us the passenger or credit card holder’s member ID. This can be created by following the procedures below:

1)      Log in to www.airasia.com

2)      Register as a member

3)      Click on ‘My Account’ upon login

4)      Retrieve the Customer ID

Lastly, kindly take note of the following:

·         It is valid for 90 days

·         Once expired, it will be locked by the system and it is not extendable

·         It is applicable for D7, AK, FD and QZ flights

·         It is transferable to any family members or friends

We will create the credit shell upon receiving your reply, and will update you accordingly.

可以换时间的，而且还是免费的

之前我飞去寮国，时间也是在没通知的情况下被换掉，
我马上写email和attach文件交上去，一个星期就换到我要的时间给我了

而在不久之前，亚航宣布曼谷机场将搬去Don Muaeng Airport
我再次利用这个藉口，把我曼谷的原本7天，换成了9天，而且连没有影响的connection flight也成功换到了
而且今天交上去，明天早上7:00am就sent新的itinernary给我了

如果我是你，我直接换去10月份飞，而且趁机可以飞多几天才回来，延迟回来

当时我买票的时候因为是promotion的时候买，所以买到的时间非常烂，都是晚上去，早上回的
而且转机时间又很长，必须在机场过夜两晚

所幸就是因为亚航宣布曼谷机场换去Don Muaeng Airport，我们可以在无收费下换within 7 days的时间
所以我也立刻换了我要的时间，安排了美美的转机时间和飞曼谷的时间
全都是我要的时间就是了
简直是赚到了

可是我现在，因为一些问题，我不能出国了。。

我打算把 飞去曼谷的航班，换成 credit shell ，不知道如何做？
（我之前没有试过这样的情况）

请问你知道吗？

可以的，可以换成credit shell
但是好像有期限

我填了几次E-form但是等了一个星期才email我
而且连续两个星期都reply了还在等回复 (因为我写错东西)

到最后不能等了，直接去机场的AirAsia customer service
把AA给我的email，itinernary等等support documentation印下来，
然后写上你要的日期和时间，还有班机号码等等
全都交上去就是了，也不用讲多多

下午交上去，隔天你还没起床他们就已经sent email给你了
然后你马上log in check，已经换了新的itinernary了

所以总结是去机场最快！
我上次去寮国也是这样，填了e-form也是等了很久，每天都催他们
最后我直接去机场，多几天就settled了

不是那样的。

你要换去credit shell，你还是必须填e-form

不好意思，因为我第一次遇到这样的情况（航班被 cancel 然后被建议更换时间）

我之前的飞行都很顺利的。。所以我不大懂，真麻烦你了。。

那么，我现在填 e-form ，是等到 我本来要在 29/9 飞曼谷 之后，AA才会 转去 credit shell 吗？

还是我现在填写，几天后就可以换成 credit shell 呢？

如果真的 settle 不到，是否要去 KL sentral 那边的 counter？

你现在填,无需等到过了你原本要飞的日期才拿到的
但是照你的日期来看,等你飞了我看你都还没有拿到credit shell =.=

建议你如果你家靠近机场的话,直接带你的文件去customer service更快!

大大，如果直接call去thailand centre不知来得及换吗？？

call是换不到的，而且连live chat也换不到给你
他们直接叫你去填e-form等消息

如果你真的很急了，建议直接去邻近的AirAsia customer service，
他们会立刻处理你的case

我是要换同一天早上的时间～不知道做得到吗@@哦？打去附近的air asia office也能处理？
