（吉隆坡23日讯）由于出售多项资产取得收益，国浩置地（GuocoLand (Malaysia) Bhd）第三季净利飙涨近6倍。

该集团今日向大马交易所报备，截至3月杪2018财政年第三季净利达5569万令吉，相较于上财年同期的834万令吉。

该集团在季内向GuocoLand Hotel私人有限公司出售JB Parade私人有限公司和PD Resort私人有限公司的全数股权，获利约1亿480万令吉。

第三季营业额则从8117万令吉，大跌56%至3583万令吉，因Oval的住宅项目贡献走低，以及缺少PJ City Parcel A第二期的贡献。

综合2018财年首9个月的表现，净利由1亿1942万令吉，降52%至5772万令吉；营业额则劲升90%至2亿8900万令吉，同期为1亿5231万令吉。

展望未来，该集团表示，由于市场和消费者信心疲弱，以及国家银行上调隔夜政策利率（OPR）25个基点，本地产业市场预计保持低迷。

“未来一至两年，产业市场的整体势头和前景预计保持疲软和具挑战。”

“由于产业发展是我们业务发展的主要动力，因此集团将根据当前市场信心，坚定不移地推出项目。”
