We refer to our announcement dated 5 February 2013, 20 February 2013, 21 February 2013, 22 February 2013 and 26 February 2013. In accordance with Section 9(3) of the Capital Markets and Services (Price Stabilization Mechanism) Regulations 2008, RHB Investment Bank Berhad, as stabilising manager, hereby announce that we have ceased stabilising action for TIH on 26 February 2013. During the stabilising period between 20 February 2013 and 26 February 2013, we have undertaken stabilising actions where a total of 31,533,700 TIH shares were purchased at a price range of RM1.33 to RM1.35. The last purchase was made on 26 February 2013 at a price of RM1.35. As of 26 February 2013, we have bought an aggregate of 31,533,700 TIH shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, representing 15.0% of the total number of shares offered under the IPO. Thus, we have fully covered the 31,533,700 TIH shares that were over-allotted in the IPO of TIH and there is no over-allotment option exercised. 通常是只有大形的 IPO 才会有 Stabilize Action 都会在 Prospectus 中写出细节。。

Tune 保险末季净利飙170%

（吉隆坡28日讯）受惠保费增长和投资收入高，Tune保险（Tuneins，5230，主板金融股）2012财年第四季业绩表现出色，净利和营业额分别涨169.74%和473.91%。

截至去年12月杪，Tune保险第四季净利从上财年同期的668万3000令吉，飙升169.74%至1802万7000令吉。

营业额更从上财年的1572万1000令吉，飙升473.91%至9022万5000令吉。

Tune保险2012财年全年净利和营业额分别增52.19%和305.19%至4148万令吉和2亿2638万令吉；2011财年的净利和营业额为2725万5000令吉和5587万令吉。

集团第四季和全年每股盈利为3.07仙和16.28仙，上财年同期为4.69仙和67.83仙。

Tune保险董事局表示，集团将继续透过多元化产品及提升普险组合带动营业额增长；并期望可从航空旅行和旅游增长，以及消费者旅游保险意识增长中受惠。[南洋网财经]

（吉隆坡11日讯）Tune保险（Tuneins，5230，主板金融股）向马交所报备，委拿督卡马鲁丁为非执行董事。

根据文告，现年51岁的卡玛鲁丁也是亚洲航空（AirAsia，5099，主板贸服股）非独立非执行董事，以及东协亚航集团副总执行长兼财务部总裁。

Tune保險控股（TUNEINS，5230，主要板金融）盈利前景看俏，基于亞洲航空（AIRASIA，5099，主要板貿易）持續擴張，有望帶動旅遊保險業務增長。

我們是首次評估該股，基于4大因素，包括區域覆蓋率、盈利前景看消、與亞航穩定的合作關係，及旅遊保險索賠率低，看好Tune保險控股業務前景，是為馬股最佳保險類股。

與國內其他保險公司相比，Tune保險控股擁有很特別的業務模式。該公司業務始于2009年，透過與亞航合作方式，分銷旗下旅遊保險產品。

該公司無權在海外分銷旅遊保險產品，故旗下旅遊保險皆由本地保險夥伴代為承保。Tune保險控股于去年5月，收購東方資本保險（Oriental Capital Assurance）以強化本地業務。

東方資本保險隨后易名為Tune大馬保險公司。

在我們看來，Tune保險控股總保費成長穩定，2014財年估計可成長15%，受益于旅遊保險介于3%至4%的低索賠率，有望推高淨利成長至17.8%；2015財年淨利估計可成長14.3%。

Tune 保险2613 万 收购印尼BMI 70%

（吉隆坡30日讯）Tune保险（TuneIns，5230，主板金融股）将以838亿5248万7868印尼盾（约2613万令吉），收购印尼PT Batavia Mitratama保险公司（BMI）70%股权。

Tune保险今天向马交所报备，公司今天签署投资与买卖合约收购BMI的1万6499股，成交价相等于每股100万印尼盾（约311令吉）。

卖方为PTOlympindo Multi Finance公司和两名印尼籍大股东。合约也提到，Tune保险未来可认购BMI的新股。

Tune保险表示，公司将以首次公开募股所得融资收购计划，估计3至6个月内完成收购后BMI将成为子公司，从2014财年开始贡献公司盈利。

“透过投资BMI，Tune保险将在印尼普险市场分一杯羹，以公司旗下的网上保险服务等产品，公司将从增长快速、规模庞大和保险产品需求较高的印尼市场获益。”

截至2012年杪，BMI净利报59亿9000万印尼盾（约187万令吉），净资产高达529亿6000万印尼盾（约1650万令吉）。

The Board of Directors of Tune Ins Holdings Berhad (known as "TIH" or the "Company") wish to announce that TIH had on 30 April 2013 entered into an Investment  Agreement and the Conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement ("Conditional SPA") (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Agreements") to obtain 16,499 ordinary shares ("Shares") of Rp.1,000,000 each or 70% of the issued and paid-up shares of PT. Batavia Mitratama Insurance ("BMI") from PT Olympindo Multi Finance ("OMF"), Ang Andi Bintoro ("AAB"), Meilyana Bintoro ("MB"), and to obtain rights to subscribe to new shares of BMI from Emmanuel Yao Mendoza ("EYM") (OMF, AAB, MB and EYM shall collectively, hereinafter, be referred to as "the Vendors") at a total collective purchase consideration of approximately Rp.83,852,487,868 (Rupiah Eighty Three Billion Eight Hundred Fifty Two Million Four Hundred Eighty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Eight) (equivalent to approximately RM26.13 million or USD8.62 million) (the "Consideration") (the "Investment in BMI").
