Description	D'nonce Technology Bhd (DTB of the Company)- Distribution of A-Cast brand of Cell-Cast Acrylic Sheets by Dnonce (M) Sdn Bhd in South East Asian Market
The Board of Directors of DTB  wishes to announce that the wholly-owned subsidiary, D’nonce (M) Sdn Bhd (“DMSB”) has on 5 April 2019, accepted Asia Poly Industrial Sdn Bhd's ("APISB") proposal for distribution of A-Cast brand of Cell-Cast Acrylic Sheets in South East Asian Market by DMSB ("the Contract") for approximately RM18 million, covering a period of 12 months.  APISB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Asia Poly Holdings Berhad (“APHB”), a company related to Dato' Yeo Boon Leong, a Director of DTB. The Contract falls under the category of Recurrent Related Party Transaction and relevant announcement pursuant to paragraph 10.09 (1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad will be made when necessary. The Contract is expected to commence immediately and subject to renewal. The Company do not foresee any exceptional risk other than the normal operational risk associated with the Contract. The Company will take necessary steps to mitigate the risks as and when it occurs. The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the revenue and earnings of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2019. Further to above disclosure, Mr Lim Teck Seng, the Executive Director cum Chief Executive Officer, is also a Director of APSB. Save as disclosed above, none of the other Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected with them, has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.
