HARD ROCK CAFE 马六甲分享

各位大大你们好,以上只是小弟个人的意见发表和一些很不愉快的经历,如果你们觉得错的话也可以纠正我。
小弟今天心血来潮就想试试HARDROCK CAFE因为小弟很喜欢其他的HARDROCK有如PENANG和KL的。案件的发生是在12/2/2013 8.30pm, 我很愉快的在WAITING LIST等了30分钟左右然后就被SERVE了。我觉得没问题,新的和好的就是要等的。
我和两位朋友ORDER了差不多接近RM270的食物和酒就浩浩荡荡的一起享用,差不多945pm左右,我才吃完我那个牛扒和刚刚要喝那个酒的时候。有一个光头的我相信是MANAGER吧就过来以很凶和很不友善的语气跟我说HOW LONG YOU GUY NEEDED MORE AS CUSTOMER IS WATIING OUTSIDE. 我也明白他的做法是对!!!可是他的语气太过分了,很像我来没消费那样。我做为一个SERVICE LINE的人我也明白他那样做也是为了他们的REVENUE 着想。可是你跟我们普通的笑一笑或者温和说就可以了吗!!!还不用紧!当我要给钱的时候。酒还有80% of 一杯(Pint Beer 来的), 那个服务员就快快报告位子好了,客人可以上桌。哇!!!我们一口气快快喝完我们自己的酒,快快就让给客人了。真的是给钱还要受这种优待。!!
小弟我只是分享,我真的很气,已经EMAIL给他们的customer service希望他们可以improve 一下。我想看看那位大大有这样的不愉快事件吗~

哇,樓主。。原來他們的員工service態度是這麼差的啊? 開店做生意的還可以這麼lan si, 真的不敢想象後果。。。 |

之前有一间马桶餐馆刚开幕的时候也是这样lanci的,结果现在zaplap了。

8.30去等了半个小时才进去,然后9.45pm就被催了,那不是只有45分钟在里面?
原来会被催的啊,我都不知道,那天除夕夜我也有去,等一下就被进去了,在里面大约一个多小时才出来,只叫了被饮料而已。。。 |

去过了,贵、不好玩。他们先收钱才给人进,如果没位子就要等到有位子才能坐。应该不会在去了 |

现在还有这么lansi的餐馆 ? KL和Penang都没这么lansi ? 楼主为什么没有录下来分享 ?不过现在不怀疑有人用网络造谣 。有没有人有同样的遭遇 ? 可以上来分享吗 。(对不起 ,不是针对楼主 ,只是不习惯听一面之词 ) |

Thank you for visiting our newly opened Hard Rock Cafe Melaka and sharing with us your experience and feedback. I have investigated the whole situation and found that we had the usual long wait list because of the long holiday week and we have to turn away more than 200 our raving fans away because of the long wait and we are not able to get them in to have a drink, let alone dine. All the guests for drinks are seated at the bar and the diners are assigned in the dining area following their turns in the wait list. We even had guests waited for 2 hours just to get a table to have their meals. You were requested to move to the bar area to continue drinking as accommodate the diners who were here from far and near to have their turn to have their meal and we do not want to disappoint any waiting list guests not to get their meal after waited for too long. Please assured that we are known for the kick ass service standards and we have raised the standard level in service in Melaka and we welcome you to visit again and experience it.

It was suppose a great day to visit hard rock today, but i had experience a total worst moment in my life at HARD ROCK CAFE MALACCA. Kindly refer to my complaint as below.
I went to HARD CAFE MALACCA FEW HOURS ago on 12/2/2013 and approximately around 9.00 o`clock i been called to table due listed in waiting list. Approximately during 9.45pm once me and my friend finished our meal yet our beer does not finish yet. One of the serving crew i believe is your branch manager(bald guy) asking us how long do we NEEDED MORE AS CUSTOMER IS WAITING at WAITING LIST with very rude manner. We just finished our meal and very surprise that he wanted us to finish drinks now and forced us to go. WHAT YOUR SIDE CAN DO is just inform us with smile customer is waiting, ofcourse we know what to do. I had no idea how you guy can allowed this happened to customer. I don't want ANY compensation. I just want you all to investigate this matter as to prevent any unpleasant things happened in future. I love hard rock like some other do's. I don't want one minor things bring bad impact towards your corporate image.
It was very bad experienced in hard rock Malacca in contrast with other hard rock hotel or cafe. How can international standard cafe will make your customer so unpleasant. Kindly inform that we not go in just for drinks. We grab meal as well as result we 3 pax ate almost RM270. i Hope the money we given deserve atleast a minimal respect! I just hope you can give me a feedback regarding for this cases.

LZ,我的遭遇也差不多和你一样。。。初二当天,外坡的朋友来就打算带他们到哪里。。一共7个人,我就和3个朋友先进去Order酒喝食物,可是由于从外坡的4个朋友塞车和找不到Parking的缘故迟了差不多45分钟到1小时左右。。然后就是你讲的那个Manager来很不客气的说“我给你们多10分钟,如果你的朋友没有到,我就搬走1张桌子(用那种很没礼貌的语气)”。。问题时我们的酒那些都在桌子了,而且也Order了不少。。结果我们就直接连酒都没喝,付钱就换场了。。。这种服务态度真的不要的,不会再去那种烂地方了。。 本帖最后由 SkyWalker707 于 13-2-2013 10:34 PM 编辑

Lz说的是真的,我也有差不多这样的遭遇,真的很不爽。。。去过其他国家的Hardrock从来都没有遇到这样无礼的服务态度。烂 害到我真的很没面子,付了钱快快跑。。
