（吉隆坡16日訊）INNO種植（INNO，6262，主板種植組）過去一年內共賣出價值214萬令吉的棕仁給陳順風豐益公司。

該公司發文告說，上述交易是根據一般商業條款的正常業務運作環節，用意是儘可能以最好的條件迎合公司業務需求，公司喜歡與那些熟悉和可靠的買家進行交易。

陳順風豐益是陳順風資源（TSH，9059，主板種植組）和豐益食用油的聯營公司，雙方各持50%股權，陳順風資源的大股東拿督陳逸檳，同時也是INNO種植董事兼大股東。

該公司說，除上述交易外，公司過去12個月間不曾和陳順風豐益進行其他相關人士交易。（星洲網）

Inno种植拟1拆2 再4配1发附加股

（吉隆坡9日讯）Inno种植（INNO，6262，主板种植股）建议把每股面值1令吉的股票，分拆为两股面值各50仙的股票，以及4配1附加股计划。

根据文告，公司截至上周一（28日）的股本，达1亿9123万7300股，或1亿9123万7300令吉。

同时，公司的雇员认股计划（ESOS），尚有122万4000个雇员购股权利还未被行使。

假设相关购股权利在股票分拆活动前行使，缴足股本将增加至1亿9246万1300股。

完成股票分拆后，Inno种植股本将进一步提高至3亿8492万2600股，或1亿9246万1300令吉。

接着，公司建议以4配1比例，发行最多9623万650股附加股，预期筹资高达3656万8000令吉。

这批附加股将分为2个部分，假设发售价为每股50仙，有意认购的股东，只需支付每股38仙的现金。

公司将通过股票溢价户头，为股东支付剩余的每股12仙。

在筹集的资金当中，1850万令吉将用来偿还银行贷款，900万令吉作为种植发展与资本开销，843万8000令吉是营运资本，其余则支付相关开销。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡12日訊）Inno種植（INNO，6262，主要板種植）建議進行股票拆細，再發行附加股以集資3657萬令吉供營運資本、償還貸款和資本開銷用途，這消息提振公司股價大漲，並擠進十大上升股榜。

Inno種植以1.47令吉開跑后，股價持續走高至1.57令吉並以該水平休市，股價起18仙，為十大上升股之一。

午盤期間，該股仍不斷衝高，一度漲23仙或16.6%至1.62令吉；閉市時，該股報1.62令吉，起23仙，成交量5萬2700股。

該公司上週五（9日）向馬證交所報備，建議將現有每股面值1令吉股票，拆細成2股面值50仙股票。隨后，該公司建議以兩次付款（two-call）方式發行9623萬650股附加股，即4股拆細后股票配售1附加股。

Inno種植附加股的指標價為50仙，對于認購Inno種植附加股投資者，首次付款每股需付38仙現金，而第二次達12仙的付款數額，將通過公司股本溢價（share premium）和保留盈余（retained earnings）賬戶資本化。

該公司預計股票拆細后可提升市場流通量，因股價更具負擔能力，讓更多大眾投資者有能力持有。Inno種植管理層料可于2016年首季完成上述建議。

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Innoprise, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had resolved to fix the following prices pursuant to the Two-Call Rights Issue:- i. the issue price of the Rights Shares at RM0.50 per Rights Share pursuant to the Two-Call Rights Issue; and ii. the first call at RM0.38 ("First Call") for each Rights Share and is payable in cash on application. The Board of Directors of Innoprise Plantations Berhad had on 31 March 2017 recommended a first and final single tier dividend of 2 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2016.
