巴生谷建首间工厂
SCGM抢攻中马市场

（古来7日讯）SCGM（SCGM，7247，主板工业产品股）宣布，在巴生谷建立第一座厂房，以便在中马区域争取更大的市占率。

根据文告，这座位于巴生直落坡（Telok Panglima Garang）的厂房，占地4万7000平方尺，主要生产热压餐盒，目标市场是巴生谷。

SCGM投入新厂房机器的资本开销达2000万令吉，包括4台塑料热压机和2台塑料挤出机，预计年底之前投产，年产能达500万公斤。

SCGM董事经理李福财，今天出席特别股东大会后表示，新厂房加速热压餐盒的产量，同时也节省运输成本和时间，协助公司赢得更多市占率。

餐盒销量突飞猛

他指出，旗下品牌“Benxon”餐盒销售量突飞猛进，截至4月30日的2017财年高达1530万令吉，与去年20万令吉形成巨大对比。

另外，SCGM在特别股东大会上，也通过发行4840万股红股和1936万张凭单的计划。

根据红股计划，每持有3股母股的股东，可获1股红股；同时，每持有15股母股的股东，可免费获得2张凭单。

假设每张凭单行使价为4.05令吉，估计可筹得高达7840万令吉。

上述活动把公司的股票数额，从1亿4520万股增加至2亿1296万股。【e南洋】

SCGM 1.3亿建2新厂
冀产能下财年增88%

（古来10日讯）SCGM（SCGM，7247，主板工业产品股）投资1亿3300万令吉，未来两年在柔古来新港与雪州巴生谷建设两座新厂，预料公司年度产能在2019财年底时增长88%。

在两座新厂完全投产后，SCGM的年度总产能将从现有的3600万公斤，提高至6760万公斤，以应付本地与区域市场日趋增加的需求，并帮助公司应永续增长。

SCGM董事经理拿督斯里李福财，今午在第10届常年股东大会上指出。

他说，SCGM在过去30年稳定增长，在国内外供应优质食物包装容器方面享有盛誉。

巴生谷新厂年杪投产

现阶段，SCGM在古来24哩拥有一座厂房，并在毗邻兴建另一座厂房，估计2018年底完工。至于巴生谷的新厂，预计在今年杪开始投产。

记者会上，SCGM执行主席拿督斯里李福成透露，公司正积极开拓北马、中马市场，经一年来发现，公司有必要在巴生谷设立新厂，这背后考量到策略性位置、节省交通成本、缩短送货时间的成本等。

他指出，巴生谷新厂占地约4万平方尺，耗资约2000万令吉建设。

他谈到，一旦古来新港的新厂完成，公司决定把古来原有的两间厂房转移到新港新厂，新港新厂也会全面朝自动化发展，减少劳力依赖、增加生产效率。

同时，李福成也透露，公司在今年6月推出的可降解餐具产品，获得思灵认证，特点是产品能在5年内降解，符合政府鼓吹的环保政策，包括各州政府正积极推动禁止使用保丽龙政策在内。

响应一奖牌一棵树

此外，SCGM履行企业社会责任，响应本届东运会筹委会推动的“一奖牌一棵树”活动，成为这项活动的白银等级赞助单位，倡导绿色环保意识。

在本月、9月进行的第二十九届东运会、第九届东盟残疾人士运动会期间，SCGM将供应可降解餐具予运动员与官员；相关活动赛事的餐饮业者，也是采用该公司的有关环保产品。

SCGM首季赚559万

（吉隆坡7日讯）SCGM（SCGM，7247，主板工业产品股）截至7月31日首季，净利按年增长1.5%，达559万2000令吉；同时，将派发每股1.5仙的首次中期股息。

该公司向马交所报备，首季营业额也表现出色，由3787万6000令吉，按年激增41.7%至5366万4000令吉。

其中，本地销售按年增长64%，达3550万令吉，而出口销售则起11.8%，达1810万令吉。

SCGM董事经理拿督斯里李福财指出，公司乐观地看待前景，尤其对于本地市场充满信心。

“我们见证了热成型食品包装连续8个季度的双位数增长，除了因为商家的需求因聚苯乙烯塑料产品禁用而高企，同时使用热成型食品包装的成本较低，也更节省空间。”

新厂启用提升产能

另一方面，SCGM点出，当位于巴生直落坡的新厂房开始投入运作后，总产能将可在年底前升至每年4100万公斤。

另外，公司将于10月13日支付每股1.5仙的股息。除权日和享有权日分别落在9月21日和9月26日。

SCGM一共将派发了290万令吉，或相等于首季净利的51.9%作为股息，这与公司最低40%净利作为派息的政策相符。【e南洋】

首季营业额由3787万6000令吉，按年激增41.7%至5366万4000令吉。

行家建议:

SCGM该季核心净利，低于我们的全年预测（占18%），不过符合市场的预测（占20%）。

低于我们的预测，归咎于高于预期的原材料和营运成本，拉低税前盈利赚幅至13%，相比原本预测的16%。

首季营业额符合预测，不过，每股1.5仙的派息，则低于我们全年预测。

另外，长期扩张计划放眼明年12月完成，可推高产能至每年6万7600公吨。

对此，预计2018和2019财年营运开销达5400万至6000万令吉，前者将用作建造古来第2座工厂和设置巴生谷工厂，后者为古来工厂建筑用途。

同时，受惠于再投资税收优惠，预计2018和2019财的缴税率介于13至18%。

维持2018和2019年净利预测，但须留意盈利下行风险，因该季税前盈利赚幅受压迫。

成本走高．新厂落成．SCGM牺牲赚幅抢市占

（吉隆坡11日讯）SCGM公司（SCGM，7247，主板工业产品组）受到原料走高拖累，获利走疲，市场人士对该公司短期前景看法分歧，认为新厂房设立固然会增加销售量，但也可能面对营运成本走高和牺牲赚幅增加市场率等情况。

大众分析，树脂原料占了该公司成本70%，近期原料价格走高30%，使得该公司净利赚幅从第一季21.8%走低至18%。

肯纳格研究则指出，根据本季低赚幅表现，决定下调该公司核心赚幅至12.2%，并把2018至2019年财测分别下降10%和8%。

肯纳格下调财测原因包括树脂原料走高、巴生河流域新厂房水电开销增加、人事成本走扬，以及未来两年产品平均赚幅因种类增加而降低。

针对该公司扩充产能最新进展，目前该公司巴生河流域厂房会在本月开始营运，预料在2018年全面投运，年产量将高达500万公斤，大众预测这会为该公司带来额外20%销售额。

至于古来厂房部份，目前已经完成了65%工程，预料将为SCGM公司带来额外6260万公斤的年产量，放眼在明年12月开始投产，而SCGM公司目前整体产能应用率为70%。

肯纳格预测该公司在2018至2019年资本开销分别为6000万以及5400万令吉，分别用于巴生河流域以及古来厂房扩充生产用途。

同时，大众认为，SCGM工程成为东盟运动会赞助商以及厂房再投资津贴，该公司未来2年有效税率将走低至15至16%左右。

尽管肯纳格研究下降SCGM公司财测，但该行依然认为该公司长期前景良好，原因是厂能扩张带动销售以及外带食物禁止使用保丽龙包装政策，皆对该公司有利。

（吉隆坡7日讯）SCGM（SCGM，7247，主板工业产品股）截至10月31日次季净赚525万6000令吉，并且仍派息1.5仙。当季营业额则增长24%，报5210万6000令吉。

累计上半年，净利轻滑0.8%至1084万8000令吉；营业额涨32.4%，报1亿577万令吉。

SCGM向交易所报备，当季营业额显著增加，归功于塑料包装产品的需求走高。

而税前盈利滑落6.6%，则是因为销售组合有所改变，且当季的原料成本高涨所致。

派息1.5仙

董事部仍建议派发每股1.5仙的第二次中期股息。

如无意外，该公司相信，即将在末季落成的古来厂房，将会贡献未来营业额和净利，因产能获得提升，同时也装置了新的生产线。

未来，随着营运规模日益壮大，SCGM将继续拟定新的营销策略，并扩大产品范围，以推动业绩至另一个高峰。

塑料包装产品的需求走高，营业额则增长24%，报5210万6000令吉。

累计上半年，净利轻滑0.8%至1084万8000令吉；营业额涨32.4%，报1亿577万令吉。

行家建议

排除单次交易，次季核心盈利达510万令吉。但业绩只是占我们全年预测的42%。

总盈利赚幅从15.2%进一步减至11.9%，归咎于树脂成本增加，导致营运开销大幅走高36.5%。

尽管业绩不如预期，维持盈利预测，因为下半年将有所改善。

原油价格攀升，可能推高树脂成本，我们把本益比从24倍减至20倍，导致目标价从3.63令吉降至3.02令吉。

另外，古来新厂房进度良好，明年4月竣工，12月投产。

SCGM的优势在于，业务抗跌、即将大幅扩展产能，以及未来数年可分解塑料包装产品有双位数增幅。

盈利逊色•赚幅削弱‧SCGM展望谨慎

（吉隆坡8日讯）SCGM公司（SCGM,7247,主板工业产品组）2018财政年上半年盈利表现逊于市场预测，分析员忧虑赚幅削弱可能进一步打击盈利表现。

受营运开销增加拖累，SCGM公司2018财政年上半年核心盈利录得1080万令吉，逊于市场预测，仅达肯纳格研究全年预测的40%和市场预测的43%。

肯纳格相信，该公司盈利表现疲弱，主要是因为上半年税前盈利赚幅仅有12.8%，比该行预计的14.6%低。

上半年派息低于预期

该公司宣布派发每股1.5仙股息，累积上半年派发2.61仙股息，这也比肯纳格预计的低，仅达40%预测。肯纳格谨慎看待SCGM公司盈利前景，认为税前盈利赚幅进一步承压，则盈利表现将可能进一步下跌。该行维持SCGM公司2018至2019财政年财测，介于2770万至3510万令吉。

尽管SCGM公司2018财政年上半年业绩表现落后市场预期，不过，大众研究却看好下半年将季节性提升，因此维持财测不变。

资本开支约6000万

大众看好SCGM公司，主要是因为该公司的业务属于抗衰退行业、永续性的产能拓展及未来数年，生物降解塑料产品将以双位数趋势增长。

肯纳格预计，SCGM公司2018及2019财政年资本开支约5400万令吉至6000万令吉，其中2018财政年的资本开支将作为古来第二间厂房的建设资金和巴生河流域厂房租金；2019财政年应用资本则作为建设古来厂房之用。

大众指出，SCGM公司位于柔佛古来的新厂房建设工程进展顺利，管理层预计可在2018年4月完成，放眼可在年杪投入运作。

肯纳格补充，新厂房预计可以增加该公司年产量至6万7600公吨。

该行也认为，SCGM公司在2018至2019财政年将可享有13至18%低有效税率，对于该公司的再投资计划将带来利好。

另外，大众预计原油价格走扬将连带推高树脂成本，因此，下调SCGM公司的本益比估值，由24倍降至20倍。

该厂房未来将配置年产6260万公斤产品挤压器。丰隆预计古来厂房竣工后，公司每年整体产能将走高至67.6公吨。

巴生生产线使用率达95%

另外，该公司位于巴生直落彭里玛加弄（TelukPenglima Garang）生产线使用率高达95%，目前以每天两班制及一台挤压机进行，日产约22万8000个餐盒。

该公司高达2000万令吉资本开销，当中70%用在新厂房，剩余30%资本开销将在本月用于添置一台挤压机及热成器。

丰隆补充，该公司未来两年资本开销，分别为6400万及5400万令吉。2018年的资本开销，主要是用于巴生河流域新租厂房及古来第二新厂的建筑费用；2019年则主要是用于古来厂房建筑费用。

享有再投资奖掖

这将使该公司有2018及2019年有效税率走低13%和18%，主要是该公司享有再投资奖掖。

不过，两家证券行仍给予符合大市和超越大市的评级，目标价分别是2令吉75仙和3令吉零2仙，至于卖不卖，你可自行决定。
