该公司今日向交易所报备，次季营业额减少11.03%，报2052万8000令吉。

累计首半年，净利下降20.13%，录得1883万3000令吉；营业额则萎缩10.66%，报4098万2000令吉。

UOA产托指出，首六个月内，总租金收入跌10.6%。

另外，总开销则跌1.2%，这是因为借贷成本较低，抵销了较高的产业营运和管理费用。

根据文告，现有水平的使用率保持稳定，但经济波动将影响使用率和出租率。

该公司将持续积极管理投资组合的财产，并采取审慎的资本管理，以最大化单位持有人的收益。

UOA产托昨日向交易所报备，每单位4.37仙股息，包括4.12仙的须缴税股息和0.25仙的免税股息。

股息的除权日和享有权益日，分别在2月7日和9日，支付日则在2月28日。

末季赚898万

UOA产托末季净利897万8000令吉或每股2.12仙，营业额也按年跌2.54%，报2069万7000令吉。

总开销为1150万4641令吉，其中581万1447令吉为产业营运开销，569万3194令吉是非产业营运开销。

由于派息率是95%，因此，该公司已拨出1847万9497令吉，作为派息拨备。

比较去年，总租金下跌8.2%，总开销减少0.4%。

总开销下跌是因为产业营运和行政开销减少，但被较高贷款成本抵消。
