（吉隆坡24日讯）APFT（APFT，5194，主板贸服股）以520万令吉，收购吉兰丹的四片土地和建筑物。
根据文告，这项买卖协议是由子公司APFT维修培训，与Masterskill（大马）所签署。
公司表示，收购是为了应对未来的拓展计划，因地皮上的产业将作为APFT的培训中心。
这交易将通过内部融资及向银行贷款完成，如无意外，预计可在6个月内结束。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡22日訊）亞太飛行訓練（APFT，5194，主要板貿服）宣布獲得3280萬令吉供應、製造和架設鋼結構及機械設備安裝工程合約，加上公司管理層昨日在股東大會后表示，有信心公司虧損會在來年縮減，提振該股交投活躍且名列十大熱門股。
亞太飛行訓練以22仙開市，早盤起1仙至23.5仙，休市平盤報22.5仙，半日交投1871萬3100股。該股閉市時報23仙，起0.5仙，成交量2313萬8200股。
該公司向馬證交所報備，子公司PT Tecnic（大馬）私人有限公司獲得Flexsys化學（大馬）私人有限公司發出工程合約，預計會在2016年11月28日完工，料貢獻公司2016和2017財年每股盈利和淨資產表現。
亞太飛行訓練是在2013年收購 PT Tecnic並多元化業務至油氣領域，在截至3月底2015財年營業額貢獻70%，管理層有信心可在明年降低虧損，現有1億到1億5000萬令吉招標書。
該公司執行主席拿督法陸稱：“我們有意尋求更多合約，專注在邊佳蘭石油提煉和石油化學綜合發展計劃（RAPID）工程，但遭政府展延。”
該公司仍等待政府批准啟動相關工程，看是否能在明年轉虧為盈，不過法陸預計可減少公司虧損。
同時，他也有信心油氣領域會復甦，亞太飛行訓練現關注焦點是獲取金融支助。法陸對工程方面維持樂觀看法，賺幅達10%到15%之間。

油气业贡献70%营收 APFT有信心明年亏损收窄

（吉隆坡21日讯）飞行训练学院APFT（APFT，5194，主板贸服股）在进军油气领域后，除了在上财年为公司贡献70%的营业额，也有信心可在2016财年收窄亏损。
该公司于2013年收购油气服务公司PTTechnic（马）私人有限公司的51%股权，多元化业务至油气领域。
在3月31日截止的2015财年，该公司的净亏损扩大至2251万令吉，高于上财年的1967万令吉。截至6月30日，累计的亏损企于2980万令吉。
执行主席拿督法鲁奥曼昨天在特大后指出，PT Technic目前的竞标合约企于1亿至1亿5000万令吉，即将迎来一项为期1年的工程，相关详情将在2至3天内公布。
他说，公司放眼取得更多的合约，同时，计划夺得边佳兰炼油与石油化工综合发展计划（RAPID）的工程项目，不过该计划暂时已被延迟。
“尽管RAPID计划展延，不过一旦正式投产，公司将参与竞标。”
他有信心油气领域将复苏，重点落在公司的财务支援，且正面看待可夺得的项目，并指公司取得的赚幅相当不错，大约10%至15%。【南洋网财经】 |
