APFT拟私下配售 筹集256万令吉

（吉隆坡1日讯）蒙亏的APFT Bhd建议私下配售不超过集团股本的10%，筹集高达256万令吉用作营运资本。
该集团在4月28日获得股东批准，将每股20仙削资15仙，至每股5仙，以减少现有的发行与缴足股本。
APFT今日向大马交易所报备，计划配售予稍后鉴定的独立第三方投资者，发售价将在稍后确定。
不过，配售股的价格不会低于5日成交量加权平均价超过10%，以及低过5仙。
根据每股5仙的参阅价，将筹得高达256万令吉。
由于截至3月31日的现金和银行结余约为198万令吉，融资日常营运资本需求有限，私下配售筹措的额外资金有望缓解集团现金流。
截至3月杪，集团总贸易和其他应付款项企于约1680万令吉，而总借贷约为921万令吉，其中871万令吉是在12个月内摊还。
同时，该集团指出，高庭已与6月23日下达指令，确定削减面值，生效期将在适当时候公布。
为免生疑问，这项私下配售计划将在削资完成后才进行。

APFT今公布季度业绩
2016年9月7日
（吉隆坡6日讯）APFT（APFT，5194，主板贸服股）宣布，将延至周三（7日）公布截至6月30日的季度业绩，至于7月1日至31日的业绩，则将在30日公布。
根据文告，该公司早前已将财政年的截止日期，从3月31日改为7月31日。
若公司无法在8月31日后的5个交易日内公布业绩，则该股将在下一个交易日被停牌，因此，该股将在周四（8日）暂停交易。【e南洋】

APFT截至6月杪亏25万
2016年9月9日
（吉隆坡8日讯）APFT（APFT，5194，主板贸服股）截至6月杪当季，净亏25万2000令吉或每股净亏0.06仙，去年同期为净亏186万9000令吉或每股净亏0.54仙。
基于子公司PT Technic（马）有限公司的贡献减少，同季营业额按年猛跌70.85%至374万9000令吉，逊于去年同期的1286万2000令吉。
累积首半年，APFT净亏1831万4000令吉；营业额则为2753万4000令吉。
该公司早前宣布，将财政年的截止日期，从原本的3月31日，改为7月31日，因此，最新业绩无法按年比较。
APFT指，公司与教育部（MOE）合作的大马职业文凭（Diploma Vocational Malaysia）正在进行，今年有很多学生修读，并预料明年会有更多人参与。
此外，大马技能证书（SKM）课程，已经获得人力资源发展基金（HRDF）批准授课，招生也已开始。【e南洋】

子公司130万债违约
APFT向大众洽重组
2016年12月8日
（吉隆坡7日讯）APFT（APFT，5194，主板贸服股）独资子公司Asia Pacific Flight Training，两项合共129万7824令吉的贷款违约。
APFT向马交所报备，两笔贷款原是10月18日到期；债权人是大众银行。
“公司已和大众银行洽谈重组贷款事项，以及采取相关措施筹集资金。
早前，Asia Pacific Flight Training大众银行，获得分别为74万6986令吉和55万838令吉的贷款。
无论如何，APFT强调，子公司债务违约，不会影响APFT的表现。
文告说，董事部查询后认为，AFPT可根据主板上市条例9.19A项第4条，向马交所提出偿还能力声明，阐明有能力偿还上述贷款。
APFT在截至7月杪，累计16个月净亏3470万2000令吉，营业额为2695万5000令吉。 【e南洋】

APFT首季净亏300万

（吉隆坡29日讯）APFT Bhd截至10月杪的2017财政年首季净亏300万令吉，营业额为1516万令吉。
这家飞行培训学校今日向大马交易所报备，首季税前亏损为347万令吉，主要因为营业额减少。
由于该公司将财政年末从3月31日改至7月31日，因此没有比较数据。
展望未来，该集团表示，其拥有和经营的亚太飞行培训学院一直专注于直升机培训，目前正训练大马消防和救援学员。
“我们有信心，其他机构将派人员参与直升机许可培训计划。”
与此同时，与教育部的职专科文凭合约正在进行中，今年有更多学生报名参加该计划，且明年料招收另50名学生。
APFT指出，维修培训学院还为阿布扎比的客户进行培训。
“中东和非洲国家有联系我们，以在航空、石油与天然气领域，尤其是培训和服务方面提供援助。最初，我们可期望他们派学生来参加培训。”
此外，APFT的韩国伙伴已在韩国建立了该集团的产品营销，预期可在2017年首季招收学生。
